Worst hotel to come at!
we checked in by 2 am and we booked our stay through agoda and payed online but then we came on hotel and the hotel staff said the hotel is booked and we didnt get room
its a scam please do not come here

This hotel is a scam. We booked the hotel from agoda and when we arrived they said they are all booked, and can’t provide us with a room. Its 2: 45 and we have no room and all they are saying is ke online bat karlo. Our booking was clearly showing on their computer and they said they cant accept or deny it. We asked for our money back, and they said they can’t do anything as they Don’t get the money agoda does. Which is obviously a lie. Worst experience ever.

Hotel is above a shop like a chawl but location is good.

Good service, clean rooms. In the midst of a few shops. At the door step of Saki Naka Metro station.

Adjacent to metro saki naka station. 30 mins from Andheri station / Mumbai airport. Although the surrounding area is a bit clumsy the hotel is a good neat n tidy from inside.

Stay away from this place. Unclean. Damp. No service. Small and cramped facility. They didn't even change linens, even after being asked to. Avoid under all circumstances.

They take booking via Oyo and when you reach there, they will inform that they cannot confirm it at booking price and need 50% extra. Sad part is Oyo is aiding this.

They are trying to make extra money. I booked through Oyo and when I went to hotel at night 11: 30 PM they gave me surprise by saying they don't allow check in if it's booked by OYO they helped me connecting Oyo helpline but they kept me asking to call Oyo I waited there tilll 1am but no resolution provided and they didn't gave me room after paying money in advance.and asked me to pay1500 for 5 hours I just want to tell hotel owner please remove your hotel name from Oyo if u not allowing guest. I was alone if anybody has came with their family and you have done this wot they would have done.this is not service.so other will not suffer this. Thanks to two guys who really helped me in getting connect with Oyo.

Never book through oyo. They charge extra on reaching. Nocomplimentary breakfast. Worst behaviour. Third class services and amenities. Oyo and this hotel are cheating in each others involvement

Hotel staff behaviour was so nice and helping, stay was gud just room spacious was less, ac was not working in our room no. 104 and wash basin pipe was little leaked so as per rate room is little costly rs. 940. Overall it was a nice stay.

Food is excellent in terms of quality and quantity. Helpful staff and cozy environment. Quick response to any query so if u r looking for quality and good service go for it.

Not worth hotel according to price.

Rooms are very small. Toilets are not clean and very small that not space to stand.

Very small area crowded but just very near to Saki naka metro station small rooms with least facilities but cooperative staff

Quite Nice and a Great Place 2 stay. Don't look the outer area, the Holiday Inn also.in same area. Just go with Interior, the Room, Cleanliness, staff all doing well yet.
Quite Good experience for me.

It's sufficient for two adult. But little smelly in the reception area. But the room was clean, ac and TV was working properly and location is near to the Sakinaka metro station.
