Nice place to dinner. Nice service. Clean and hygienic. Food is so testy. Dine-in at least one time

I bought a Lindt chocolate bar for 350 RS and it was way past it's expiry date.the chocolate was dry tasteless and it crumbled.that was when I realised that the date was erase and reprinted.
Do not ever buy stuff from there.

Not at all suggested. Very bad behavior. Worst egg biryani possible. Bunch of cheaters. They have there settings with the bus travelling agencies and looting the passengers passing by. Just look for some other options. One more thing Debit card is not accepted. Only cash. Giving one star as less than this is not possible

It's now been changed. Food Quality is Way better than before. Also they started taking Online payment/ gpay / debit cards

It's a good stopover on Pune Satara highway, about 30 Kms from Pune. This hotel offers smacks, meals and tea/coffee of good quality at reasonable rates.

Was a stop on the way to Goa. Overall a good place to get some snacks for the journey. Since we reached around 10 PM, didn't find any food option apart from roti - sabzi

About this place good thing is washrooms are very good but need some maintenance on cleaning. For food these people don’t know about how to make biryani and rest of the food I don’t have any idea. My experience at this place was not so good. Last time I was travelling in SRS travels and they made halt for dinner at this place. I had a home tiffin and this hotel owner didn’t allowed seat me inside as I was not ordering anything. My question is why SRS is making halt at such cheap hotel. I request SRS travels please look into the matter and do necessary action.

This place was crowded but the taste of the food was not so good. I tried kaju curry and Tandoori roti here. The kaju curry gravy was not thick and the taste was not so good. The ambience was good. The washrooms were unhygienic and dirty. The staff behaviour was rude and they were not prompt.

Well the food here is pricey.but even if one is reluctant to pay.the food here is not only worth it but is quite disgusting. I won't advise to consume non vegetarian as it's quality is very very degraded.and also sometimes uncooked.well the hairs on those dishes can make for a complimentary dish.

One of famous hotel on highway from Pune to Satara. You can get all types of snacks, meals there. They are having separate kitchens for veg and non veg. I tried Meri vada there. It's crispy and dipped into Sambhar. It's very tasty. I saw it's food break for many travel buses. Washrooms are clean and well maintained

Not satisfied with the service and the quality of food and taste as I've heard this place for good and tastier food not got that much as I personally experienced it

The food wasn’t good, they completely screwed up on simple Veg. Cheese Toast Sandwich. Rooms are not properly cleaned. There was few microns on dust inside the wardrobe which smelt like full of indian spices when opened. Repelling smell. In bathroom there was on proper lighting and one bulb was dangling through two wires on top of wash basin. The toilet paper is placed so low and close to shower area that it gets fully wet while taking bath. Room quality has deteriorated than when I visited them last.

As it is on highway travellers need to freshen but this hotel staff allows use toilet if you u buy something above 50-100 rs per person

They are keeping clean rooms for special guests like television actor/actress and ladies.for gents the rooms offered are below average.for dinning you can find better options in nearby areas at cheaper price and better test.

We had poha, upma and misal in this restaurent. Quality of all the three items were third grade. Cleanliness and hygene is very poor. Place had sewery smell.

An open air and closed restaurant on the Pune-Kolhapur Highway. Well stocked with Multi-Cuisine Fine Dine. Patronised by 3very long distance bus and 5our operator. It is a pleasure to eat here. Mr Pawar and nowvu8s son a Hotel Management graduate go to great lengths and look 8nto every detail to provide a happy and pleasurable experience to every customer that steps in.

They dont allow you to eat your home food and you have to sit in a seperate space.
Thumbs down.

This was a quick stop for dinner en route to Goa. I must say the hotel has the best toilet space and facility along the highway, large, well lit, and clean as compared to other places. Although the management need to station an attendant to mop the washroom floor during peak hours. The restaurant need to be well lit. I found it too dim. The veg options looked very good although I ordered a schezwan Chicken fried rice. Generous quantity and good taste. Spacious parking.

Aur they won't allow outside food too, "soo if u want to eat outside food u have to 1st order something from their restaurant" by their rules

The waiters just ask for the tip and if u don't give them tip they just abous u

This a hotel where most of the buses travelling to other states stop for dinner. Food quality is very good. Price is little high. Taste is also good. Also there are seoarate choclate shop and ice cream shops here.

Very unhygienic place. Flies all around, unclean table, the place was stinking. We had to stop here for breakfast. The food was ok ok. Order took a lot of time. Not recommended at all. <br/>Toilets were ok.

Food quality was worst. Not up to the mark as per price. Captain don't know which subji is for plate. He said something else and served totally different

At core lunch time the staff denied serving Thali saying we don't have it but were ready to prepare any veg and rotis.
Business is one thing. Doesn't mean those who choose reasonable should not eat.
Don't recommend stopping here due to poor staff service.

We had to stop here because we were travelling from Pune to Bangalore in the bus. This was the stop for dinner. To my surprise the toilets were new installed however not maintained at all.it smells really bad.it just needs maintenance. Plus, the service staff here are really rude.they told my husband to eat what they can make.food is ok. I just wished the staff could treat people better

Visited during travelling from mahabaleshwar to Mumbai. Good place to have a quick bite. Quick service and tasty food. Price is Lil bit on higher side. Overall good place.

Its good place for tasteful food, prices are a little higher. But usually highway restaurants arent of thisclass.so that way justifiable.good quantity of food and average prices.they have ac sittings also available and a seperate cafe too.

Not happy with staff behaviour and the food prices are unnecessarily at the high end. Have seen this changed a lot over the last 10 years. Not satisfied with food quality also. Not worth the of money you spend.

Outlets Charges more than MRP for the snacks and other food items. Choice of food menu is restricted as forces to spend more than 150 RS per person for a basic dinner. Basically they loot money from passenger.

Highly Overpriced. Food is very overpriced. Charge extra 5 Rs minumum on MRP of packed items. Not sure why they charge such a high amount! Taste is also not great. Facilies like toilets are not well maintained. AVOID going there.

Very bad service. They cannot handle more crowd. And directly affects on food quality. Service very bad, and too costly (since highway monopoly price)
