Please don't get deceived by their marketing pictures. I had a very bad experience and I feel like the management is is not taking any feedback seriously.

Had a great stay. Polite staff, timely service and decent room for the budget. Quite spacious and clean

Worth of your money. Clean and hygienic. No readily food available though. Breakfast timing could ve been flexible.

Very poor hotel not worth of staying.worst maintains, they don't provide water bottle in room.evening was dirty.was not at all satisfied with anything if and out so checked out in just 2hrs.attaching pictures for referance.pant was worn out the tap and towel holder was rusty very bad experience. Never prefer this hotel for 1hr also.

First of all aura hotel doesn't deserve any star because every staff of my hotel is very bad they don't know how to communicate with customers or they can't provide good service. Any kind of facility judge inside the hotel is not given any kind of comfort regarding the bathroom inside the bathroom I request to all people don't go to Aura hotel so that your money will be wasted. Don’t go this hotel I would be requesting all online booking agencies pls band this hotel otherwise I have no trust kind of oyo services.

One of the worst hotel one can come across. They denied checkin to atleast 6 separate customers including me. We booked through OYO and confirmed the booking by calling the staff.

But on the day of check-in they first said rooms are not booked and then said that there is a power shortage thus denying us a check in.

Even the breakfast they serve is cold.

Wrost hotel in my life. Matters of beds very bad. Service more bad and bathroom very dirty and stinking. AC room but ac not working. I have naver seen wrost hotel like this in my life

Worst experience I have ever faced.denied check in at OYO price.asked for extra money.after so much discussion we got dirty, no water, bad hospitality, worst receptionist.late check in etc.can’t express experience in word.will suggest never go this place.it’s completely waste of time.

Good hotel, good location, good staff just that it wasn't clean parking wasn't provided, I had to park my bike outside of the hotel on road which I didn't feel safe.

I Booked the hotel one day prior, I told the hotel I'll check in late when I reach the hotel they tell me I can't check in because there are no rooms available. I am saddened by this as I had called the oyo team at night and they also did not have a resolution to the problem. Done with oyo

Pathetic hotel, no water, no wifi. Room dirty, no clean up service. No response from reception, no response from oyo. Absolutely poor, unprofessional service. Never book this hotel

Pathetic staff and management. Rooms are maintained in ghetto style. Smelling rooms with dilapidated hotel condition. I need my money back.

Awfully disgusting.leakage, loose bathroom fittings, walls with peeling plaster, no toiletries, tried to cancel my booking wen I was to check in inspite of prior booking and full payment done on Make my trip.no proper cleaning of rooms.

Very bad experience, we seen the room and left immediately, poor hygiene, dirty toilets, mostly visited by couples, air conditioning not working, BMC has been notified, they shall be coming for inspection shortly.

Worst than 3rd class services. After communicating with staff, instead of resolving you issues they told these problems will be there. Very very disappointing. Never expected such services from such a big name “Aura”

I have booked the super delux room on the counter by paying advance. During the payment they have not shown us the room stating that rooms are occupied but room is same as photo shown in the online hence the most expensive room has been booked. However, during the allotment i have observed that all room were alloted to others and no room is vacant for us & finally alloted a room which was worst than the standard room as shown in the photo. Also, owner has asked us to get money back nd to book another hotel. Atlast, we have end up with mess. Don't book this hotel. All the clients were fighting at reception for their poor room service.

A BIG NO TO THIS PLACE!

- the rooms were not ready and they took forever to get them ready
- had to wait for more than 1 hour to get a clean room
- room smelled of cigarettes and booze
- the bedsheet and duvet were all spotty and dirty
- corridors are dirty and smelly
- The AC in the room wasn’t working so had to switch rooms
- the staff is pathetic and do not provide basic service like towels and linen despite several reminders.
- housekeeping only on giving multiple reminders and that too after increasing the tone of the voice
- free water bottle also on reminder only
- no reception area, only a desk
- No kettle or tea/ coffee sachets in the room

Horrible experience as i had booked the place for 4 nights and we had to leave the hotel after the 1st night stay due to horrible service, shabby rooms and 3rd class quality of beds which will give you back pains the next day. To add to our woes the ac vent started leaking in the night and the room was full of water the next day. Again to add to our problems i was inside the washroom and the water went off and even after repeated calls to them i was stuck in there for almost 20 25 min without water.

Decent budget hotel (please don't expect a resort like treatment). Worth the night stay especially if you are transitioning into this area of Mumbai for any short time work etc. Overall good

Very good location, service and cleanliness. But giving 4 stars as the hotel had some serious Air Conditioning issues that time, they changed my room twice but in both the rooms the AC stopped working after a while. Had to spend 2 days without the AC: (

Worst experience ever.
Rooms are not at all in resemblance with the pictures provided online. Heavy maintenance required in the whole building. Bathroom was very unhygienic, even the wash basin had a leakage. Rooms are in very poor condition. Staff coordination was average but even they also cannot do anything about it as the conditions are very severe.

The Room is ok - washroom is not so good. Overall experiance with the hotel is not good. No value for money. Can find better hotels with good rooms and ambience in the same price.

Comfortable hotel, best price, good ambience only onething to improve room service is little bit slow and I know the reason for slow room service bcoz there restaurant is full in lunch and dinner that's why.and one more thing that food was good

Possibly the best Hotel around the corner. Recently visited here for 4 nights, The supervisor Mr Tariq Khan is extremely supportive and pally. Great experience!

One star just for the location. Everything else was pathetic. The rooms and bathrooms are still manageable, but the service and staff isn't. Totally unprofessional. You have to call multiple times to get a smallest thing done. As a single female traveller I didn't feel safe staying there because my room keys never worked. Everytime I had to ask staff to open the room with master key. Definitely won't recommend to anyone.

The restaurant food is nice with good quality. Staff is also very polite. Overall the place and food is great.

I rate this hotel into minus.
They don't even know how to talk with travelers coming to their hotel. The staff and also the manager or the owner of this hotel is very arrogant.
It seems they book hotel rooms calling to the owner and othes who book hotel online are asked to walk back saying they dont entertain any bookings online, It is more like an Lodge then a hotel where they focus on hourly customers. Just do not book this property looking at their pictures and other things they are completely fake and you are just going to waste your time and money,

Worst service ever received. We having a group of 10 rooms and all rooms booked on a triple occupancy, even after 12.00am mid night there was no extra bed given in any of the rooms. After Continuos reminder there was no service at all. All the staffs had a rude attitude as if we are staying here for free. I strongly recommend not to stay at this hotel ever.

Rooms are very spacious according to price offered
Recommended booking portal on oyo because it gives a price range of 1500-1700 as other portals like mmt is very over rated

My experience at Hotel Aura was pretty great. We went for a holiday and their rooms were very hygienic and the ambience was soothing. Their service was up to the mark and I loved staying there with my family, Overall I would visit again and even recommend others. Loved it.

We went to the restaurant 'The Munchbox' which is located inside the hotel Aura.due to covid restrictions they have shifted the restaurant to the 1st floor within their banquet hall.

They offer food options but the quantity is less for the price they ask for. Since, the place is shifted within the banquet hall so when crowded it becomes too noisy.

Food is good taste wise but it's a bit pricey.overall I would say it's an average place to dine out with family.

The rooms were cozy and perfect. The services were quick and the location was easily accesable to alot of places

Receptionist was bad, no proper service, they feel they are doing favour on us by providing room, even after paying them, pathetic rooms, shaggy beds and broke after sometime, washroom is the most pathetic thing there, if someone planning to visit avoid it, else it will be a disappointment and u will regret as I did. Called them for glasses they said they don't have glass. Such a poor service even local hotels have better than Aura.

Location is Great rooms are very neat and clean and quiet big staffs are very helpful and friendly.

Pathetic rooms… untidy washrooms…. Worst service…. Not good for families…. I left in 5 minutes by paying full amount… don’t book this hotel… will get good rooms nearby for same price… staff are very rude….

What an experience! If you are looking for a cosy undisturbed night out in the suburb, would suggest Aura. Great service, cordial staff, owner Akash and manager Sandeep, both are very accommodating for any extra demands. We were a group of friends staying overnight for a party. Appreciate the courtesy!

Plz Dont go here with your wife/fiancee/gf. The entrance is from backside. It has a small reception desk similar to pan shop and 6-7 mens standing der. U will feel cheap coz all stare at you. The service and hospitality is worst. Half of their rooms ac is not working. They wont confirm anything on phone.and when you reach there. They will say dis isnt available, dis isnt working. So u need to pay up more.

I visited only once in the hotel and my experience was very bad because there is proper ventilation, washroom condition was worst and even A.c was not working properly.
Breakfast items are way too costly

Place was good location also but the rooms are really too much dirty no perfect room service and price also too high tv is there but no recharge in the tv so much disappointed

They don't clean the rooms well.they never come to give towel or clean room at all during your stay. We asked for new towels twice and ended up just taking some while they were "cleaning" other rooms. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

It's a good place. But I personally did not like the tea here. It wasn't worth the money. Otherwise food is good. But quantity wise they can do better.

They were not accepting any cards. They were accepting only cash because there machines had gone to the bank. This was so very inconvenient. The lift needs servicing and makes a vibrating noise while moving up and down.

The beds are resting on a wodden bed made of ply which makes chu chu noise when you are moving and rolling on the bed. The bathroom fittings are very old and rusted.

The AC does not cool and is pathetic. Except out of sheer desperation or as a last resort, i would never choose this hotel again.

Worst hotel i have gone seriously no respect nothing to there customers I will request you who are going on this hotel please stay away from this hotel. First then talk politely then after sometime they will be show her on face.please guys stay away from this hotel.
