Yeh hotel me reception wale ache nhi hai sub chor humare rent zyaadh leye dusrun se kam 17or 18 16500 rup leye aazat nhi baat kar neka tareekh nhi hai

The hotel is situated at the end of Colaba market and opposite to Sassoon Dock. The rooms are average, not very well maintained. They provide only with some cheap soap and no dental kit or whatsoever. For this reason, I felt that it is very pricey for the service they provide.

It is a very good place for you if you are looking for a room in affordable price as well as their service and the cleaning is also very good.

Location is great but rooms can be maintained better. Maybe since the fish market is nearby there is a smell in the room and interiors are too old. Staff at reception are friendly and helpful

Actually room is too small. Yes, it can accommodate 2 people, but a family cannot stay at all because the room is very small.

Hotel staff is worst
Matter is not at all comfortable and they don’t provide any amenities and if you will ask for one extra towel they will not provide and blanket will give you a feel of jail i have visited this place many time and once i raise a complaint about the services instead of taking at as a feedback they started arguing reception staff are inhuman one day we checked in around 11 at night and i was not keeping well and receptionist called me multiple time and forced me to come down from 4th floor to just sign on register as a female and if you are unwell they don’t understand the situation and on the other hand there was one foreigner family they were 4 members and he took 1 signatures and leave them for checkin why this discrimination to Indian that he force one female guest to come down all the way from 4th floor to just sign the register and after that we have put the review about the hotel and then when again we went for checkin they denied even they have the room just because we have put the reviews they denied check in they don’t understand the concern or try to improve they want dismiss your complaint worst human i have ever seen

Hotel location is best in colaba. It's near to end of the market. Easy walakbe distance to gateway of India, just 1.5 km.
Market is also very good.

We stayed there for 4 days but no one came for room service. Location is in the good place. And surprisingly they charge too much for food

There are no any type of manners in staff.rooms are not so big.and didn't feel pleasure at that place.

Room is little bit small in size. Prize also, it looks a little bit on higher side for me. But I am not sure about the other places (especially about the price).

Not happy. Almost got duped here with credit card and financial fraud.

Rooms are very spacious. All amenities are well maintained. Bedsheets are very clean. Bathroom is very good with geyser, mirror and shower. Room is properly lit. Staffs are courteous. Location is great. It's really recommended for all.

It's a nice place to stay at reasonable cost, Receptionist are also very friendly. If someone is coming for holiday stay then I strongly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel, amazing rooms in affordable prices. So I'll definitely want's to visit again.

One of the most pathetic hotel we have ever stayed in. Staff is highly unfriendly, receptionist was very rude and looking for minting money even for providing the basics (like water, towel, blanket). Despite charging 4.5k for a night, we were not even provided toileteries. No geysers,

Rooms are small, but I ypu have good bidget then I recommend deluxe room, also room need rennovation. Its good hotel to stay in comparision with other at this price. Also do book direct online agent companies taxes would be added.
