HOTEL D69 RESIDENCY

A pocket friendly hotel to crash when you cannot spend much!
The rooms are clean, the washroom as well!
Reasonable pricing at around 1500rs per night for Ac rooms!
Very accessible as it is just after the Dahisar cheknaka and on the highway as well!

We booked two rooms and for only 1 ac remote that was to be shared
Hot water wasn't available in shower

Property is located near to highway and mira road station. Ample parking space for bikes but cars can be troublesome. Food is nice and tasty especially Chinese I had order manchurian dry, indian food was not upto the mark. Also they have started charging more for 4 hours instead of 1200 they are now charging 1500. In case of other options there is ajit palace and lotus residency. Lastly rooms require a bit of maintenance. Overall it is good for a short stay.

Food is delicious. And interior of the Room is quite impressive.
I must say, "Full paisa wasool"

The service offered was not as expected the rooms are not well maintained and also not very hygienic. Could definitely improve in maintainanace of the rooms.

Breakfast is limited and too late served and most of in breakfast serve only bread butter not more opation In complimentary.
Room is very small but staff is good.

Smaller rooms with AC, TV, Geyser makes it a pleasant stay

Lighting could be reduced
(lesser voltage bed side lights)

Great hospitality. Stayed here for quite a few days. Good management and amenities are available.

DO NO book this hotel. I had a very bad experience. I pre-booked this hotel (OYO 10166 Hotel D69 Residency) about one week before the stay. This one looked little better than all OYO hotels in that area within my budget. However, just one day before the stay, they asked me to move to another OYO hotel (OYO 27680 Hotel Stay Inn) in nearby area which is worse than this hotel and was not in good area, considering I was staying with family. This they did because they got more guests with higher rates, they simply kicked me out! This can happen to anyone. Remember, the next hotel was cheaper and worse, but they did not give me any refund. They said, " Accept this option, or you don't stay with us". I had no option because just one day before the stay all the hotel rates in the area were so high, I could not afford. This all experience was very bad. I decided not just to stay in this hotel but not to use OYO anywhere again ever.

Good hotel for rs 1800 per night for three people as charged to us on dt. 02.8.19.but at present not allow oyo bookings as some dispute between them so be careful in bookings through oyo.

Worst ever, be safe dont go at this place worst ever, thats the reason oyo has kicked them off they are now not the part of oyo, no proper locks, feels as if no cleaning has done from years, not worth for even 500rs

All is Good But Rooms Are deep. Look like Evertime night. Only Lite on the room by Bulb. No Natural lite in Room. Either room service was gud Or staff are friendly we stay here 2days Nice Experience Thx Oyo.

My experience for this hotel is NOT so good.
I will not go for it again and I don't suggest any one to stay there.

While this hotel looks like a chain hotel, there are many pleasant unexpected touches that make it memorable. Breakfast was very good and included in our room package. The decor in the huge breakfast rooms was charming. They also have a small arcade, and ice cream stand that would be very appealing to families.

We would definitely recommend this hotel. The hotel is within walking distance of the Mira Road East market, antique and other stores. It has ample parking and the rooms are very spacious. Come try it for yourself, you want be disappointed.

We've enjoyed meals at the Hotel D69 Residency for years so this time upon ordering show tickets for two consecutive nights we decided to stay at the Hotel D69 Residency. The staff was helpful & knowledgeable at the time of booking & check-in. When we mentioned extending our stay they were more than accommodating. This venue is very much the whole package. It's a bargain for the location & amenities offered. It was so nice to return for our night's rest after the show. The complimentary breakfast buffet adds value to the room rate. We look forward to returning. Thank you Hotel D69 Residency for always making our trip to Mumbai a pleasant one!

My stay at the Hotel D69 Residency was over a period of 3 nights and it was great. They had a great price and the rooms were also pretty amazing. I had a really bad view, but it was one of the back rooms. The staff was also really great, especially the doorman.

Good clean place with friendly staff in an excellent location and has an excellent breakfast! We were able to go around the town easily from the motel. The motel provided ample information about places to visit in the area. WE would stay here again and will in the future

Excellent experience. Our room was great. Checkin/checkout was smooth. Appreciated the before and after emails. Very clean and well-appointed atmosphere in keeping with devote. Just a very warm welcoming experience. We will definitely come again

Not good for family not a single Window in room, what u r seeing in oyo room images that all window r fake hospitality is bad, what they are charging is high compare to what facility they are giving this hotel don't have restaurant they order from outside.
