This hotel will not entertain you if you booked online through a third party like make my trip or goibibo or something else.
Rooms are ultra small. There is barely 2 feet of space outside the bed and that's it for the room.

I've changed 2 rooms. First was leaking water second was painted wall and smells. Hot water issue. Other than that staffs are helping nature. Cleaning service is greatly appreciated.

Super amazing ambience, soothing music all over the hotel, swimming pool is fun and to have a super amazing fun.everyone should visit once

When i reached this facility, i really felt amazing the environment here is so friendly and lovable staff is really polite & humble here.

Hotel fortune is one of the best hotel at prime locality. The best thing is that it is near to the all important places we used to visit in Mumbai.church gate Marine line and CST station are very close to this hotel. So you can communicate very easily from here. Fort, gate way of india, tritent hotel search and wankhed stadium are very near by.hotel stuff is very polite and humble, very helpful and supportive.

The AC was dripping the whole night! The phone was not working for Room service! Room was conjusted! 2500 for 1 night is too much for such a small room! We got better rooms with tub for 1500

Good hotel in an excellent location. Very good behaviour of staff. Almost all services are catered to. Rooms and washrooms are a bit small but reasonable price in such a costly city.

It's a cozy little place in the middle of the old city. It has easy accessibility to public transportation and restaurants etc.

Rooms are too small and not ventilated. Room service is v.poor. Restaurant is also not good better to dine out.

The lower rooms have no windows. There is no place to sit and relax. In 2 days I had two huge orange cockroaches (why are they orange) and one 5 inch millipede (a first for me in a hotel). This was after I moved to an upper floor room. Sheets are stained. The smell was constantly disgusting and putrid pouring in from the outside through the window air conditioner. Saving grace is location and woman working front desk.

Hotel fortune is one of the best hotels at the prime locality. The best thing is that it is near to the all important places we used to visit in mumbai. For me, it is favourite hotel, it is very near to CST so it doesn't matters that at what time you are reaching mumbai take a taxi and within 5 minutes you will be at hotel. Metro Cinema at the touching distance where u can enjoy your favorite movies during free time. Marine drive is at walkaway distance so every morning/ evening you can enjoy the beauty of mumbai. Churchgate and marine lines railway station are very close to this hotels so you can commute very easily from here. Fort, gateway of India, trident, Taj, wankhede stadium are easily accessible from here. Hotel staff is very polite and humble, very helpful and supportive.

Unfortunately a very bad experience. After booking a room I was refused when I landed up at the hotel.

I was shown 2 rooms. Both were very very small. There was hardly any space to walk, forget about keeping your luggage. Since my stay was not prepaid, I said that I am not interested in staying this hotel. On hearing that, they gave me an upgrade to Deluxe room. But, it was no better. Although it was a little more spacious, but still not enough. The beds were old and dirty. The bed sheets and blanket felt filthy. There is absolutely no maintenance in this hotel. It felt like living in a cheap lodge. There was a cockroach roaming around in the cupboard. The geyser was equally useless, it was operated by a MCB switch which kept tripping even before the water could heat. The staff was also not professional. Donot even expect complimentary water bottles, as they only serve normal water in jug. The breakfast was not a buffet, but a pack of 2-3 items which is not flexible and not even readily available.

Pathetic experience
Waited 3 hours to get the room.
Then they changed room without any intimating me when I was out.
Highly unprofessional people they are.

Too expensive. Extremely small rooms. If you stretch both your hands you'll be hitting the wall! Pathetic. Only location is in its favor.

Minus - Dirty floor, Dirty bed rolls, Charging extra even for drinking water

Clean hotel with ok rooms and wash rooms. Good friendly staff, very bad free breakfast and at around 4000 very very bad value for money.

I was here for just for job work and did not video for longer period so I did not find something specific here and Hotel Fortune I was here to meet somebody and the person came in just a short spend 10 to 15 minutes I was affected minutes and then I moved out some really sorry maybe next time output something about this place

I really liked the service provided. Created a family kind of environment and the staff wa s really helpful in terms od information and suggestion. Hotel room are worth the price specially for the location it is in.

No water in the bathroom so we were given another room in the morning. Plus the complimentary breakfast wasn't served till 10 am even after reminding them repeatedly, so we left without having it. And a not so friendly guy at the reception who would help getting me a matchbox. Maybe he thought it was so cool to irritate a smoker. Think twice before booking this place.

Small. Very small rooms. The stars are for the courteous staff & crew that make sure you are taken care well enough.

Ideal for a layover & loved by backpacks, Indian & international alike. You surely can make friends around.

Did I mention that it's a stone throw away from all of South Bombay's hertiage spots, food joints and now the hip places.

Nice and clean, we got a small room, but the staff was very helpful. The only issue we had was a lot of noise from withing the hotel in the early hours of the morning, about 1-2am every night. Other than that, a great place to stay, and at the great location.

Excellent Hotel with a humble receptionist and friendly staff and especially quick room service. Food quality is excellent. Walking distance to Metro INOX Cinemas and few minutes walk to Churchgate station and marine drive.
