Very Bad Experience, Room Not Kept ready even after booking and full payment of Money in advance. Delayed 1 hour to give the available room. No roof for bathroom. No proper light. Unclean bed and pillows.

Extremely poor service. Even though I had reservation checkin took over an hour as they don't had free room. Booking was done in Galaxy but allocated room in other hotel. Avoid Avoid and Avoid.
So many better options available.

Good hotel room. Food is average, but food serving staff very cooperative. Location not that good, backside dilapidated buildings

Hotel is okay, due to its good location it gains more importance. Room is small but OK if on a single occupancy. Breakfast menu is bare minimum n is like having any ordinary breakfast in any normal restaurant. We booked via MMT paid about 4000 plus taxes per night n I felt it's little high for that type of room. 2500-3000 per ideal for this hotel.

Good room very hygienic every facility available here in room, fridge, WiFi, coffee maker, iron box etc bed was so neat bathroom also clean and tidy.can't say any bad. Overall this place is good for stay

Looking for low budget stay close to airport? This place is best, go without expectations, you will get what you pay for. For me it was very convenient and I am super happy with smiling and friendly staff.

There are only rooms available for stay and no in house restaurant, but you can order in food from outside. People were helpful and sweet and it felt safe as we were two women travelling. Easily accessible rickshaws and bus stops as well for travelling. Satisfactory.

Worst rooms, dirty bedsheets and blankets, room is full of mosquitoes and the worst part there was no water! From midnight 12 till next day afternoon 12.there was no water in the room.waste of money and pathetic service.do not book your room here!
Waste of money.they are fraud people.they assure you services.take money.and forget everything.end moment they act helpless. Overall PATHETIC!

Location is excellent close to the airport. Decent rooms to ensure a comfortable stay but the best part was Food in the restaurant.

Gd hotel at near by Airport, also near by super market is there so you can easily get anything from there.

I booked for this hotel online through Goibibo. However, when I went there to check in today, they told me that they won't accept online bookings because the tariff in Goibibo is too low. They wanted me to pay in the hotel itself in cash a greater amount. At the end, they asked me to cancel the booking.

This is bad enough, such a terrible experience. I had to go find another hotel in the area. However, in addition, I must say that the attention is really bad, they are rude and not too respectful.

Finally, there needs to be considered that most of the positive reviews are from accounts with only one review. It is too dodgy.

Edit:
The hotel has replied saying that I failed to provide my ID. That is absolutely false. After all the trouble they put me into, they are now lying about it. Why wouldn't I provide my ID, particularly when it si required to stay in any hotel?

I have written so many reviews, providing excellent feedback to hotels when deserved. Correspondingly, I am providing this hotel the negative review it deserves. Stay away from this hotel and their dishonest managers.

Very kind and helpful staff, very near to the airport and local train railway station and there is rickshaw stand close to it and lots of cabs available too. Had minor issues here and there in my room but all were taken care of promptly by the staff. They have complimentary breakfast made to the order and not on buffet which was good.

Such n amazing hotel to stay with budget price n lovely service.the manager is so helpful.everything is nearby. 15mins for airport.amazing cozy stay.will come back again

I am not happy with the service provided by them. The manager was very rude in Nature. Any party or function time they just forget other guest in hotel. I said clear to others pls verify or gain the info about the hotel which is you are using for ur comfort.

Decent hotel for single male travelers. Food is good and staff are very responsive. Rooms are very small and there is no lift in the annex attached to the main hotel. Only veg food available.

It's a very good location near station n highway just 2min walking distance.
Room are very neet n clean for couple or family stay.

I'm staying in Hotel Galaxy for past one month. I found it quiet a peaceful place to stay in low-medium budget. Breakfast is certainly best one unlike oyo's in other states.

The staff at the front desk are very good and co-operative. They are very helpful in every situation.
Food vise here Non- Veg is very tasty and reasonable. I personally did not like the quality of some Veg dishes.
Rooms are neat and very clean. There is ample space to move around in the room. Comparatively in Mumbai the rooms are very small and congusted. But Hotel Galaxy has the best rooms.
The room tariff is also reasonable according to Me
In short stay at Hotel Galaxy was a wonderful experience

I have visited about 6 times and I found them reliable and very cooperative, very clean and with experienced staffs that compel me to visit this hotel again and again.

Small buy clean room. Don't forget to turn on the hot water heater or else take cold shower. Very good breakfast

The location is near to Mumbai for a nice tourist spot and room is excellent value for money and service is too excellent must try when you visit Mumbai.

Best place for a family get together.
Good spacious restaurant and very freindly staff.
They serve nice non veg items.
Also alcohol is served.
We can take our families.
