Hotel Grande 51

Stuck up in this hotel, due to another worst hotel " Dream Residency". This Grande 51 should be the worst hotel u can stay for. First thing is, there is no parking. The vehicle will be staying out all the time. Second thing, the lift is 3 decade old. Third, the staff doesnt knw about anything. Fourth, the room is cleaned or not, God knws. The bedsheet in my bed was torned out. When I asked about it, they said"During washing, the bedsheet gets torned. Its normal". The interior are horrible. Our doors were not getting locked. No room keys. Toilet not cleaned. Even we asked for everything. The toiletries, coffee, tea, all given when we asked. First they said there is free breakfast, later they sid, u have to pay rs 250 per head. I said okay, and i asked were is the breakfast buffet, and these idiots told" U have to order one dish, which we will bring". I checked out of this horrible hotel.

Had been visiting this hotel for nearly 5-6 times and never had any major issues with the staff. Though I had been complaining about lot of mosquitoes in the room but nothing more than that. This time though the new staff charged me nearly half the amount of booking for early checkin. Plus they even refused to provide plates to eat for outside food whereas my booking allowed food from outside. We were forced to eat in the tray kept for coffee mugs and glasses. Overall a pathetic experience. Never visiting this place again

The manager and mgmt are untrustworthy and bigots.they are capable of lying and deceiving you even after giving us a commitment in their own writing

it says that owners are answering, but actually the mgmt themselves are now answering and giving false promises for future hopefuls.it is the mgmgt who lied to me
who will want to work with cheats?
they make one promise1 day.change their commitment the next day
they give it in writing as confirmation and shrugg off their commitment the next day
are they dependable or totally unreliable?

Rooms was good as well as service, but i didn't like the breakfast, overall experience was very good.

Overall good, but food quality is not up to the mark. Maintainace is not good as per the charges. But nearby many Good Disco Bars, Live Orchestra and Bars are available. In that manner it's good to stay for maximum 01 to 02 days

Hotel persons are not trustable also room is not proper as showed in pictures. Worst experience
I stayed there on 08 Dec 2022 and checked out on 09 Dec 2022 at around 08: 45 am however, i forgot my wireless iphone ear buds in room (placed near pillow). Around 4.30 pm i have an meeting and i checked for the same and found missing. So i called to Hotel number and they are telling that they did not find anything. I know they are lying because i did not used buds after checkout.
I request all of you to think twice before book this hotel for stay.

Worse Service and very rude front office girl don't know how to speak with a guest, The guy in Night shift is good he was so helpful but The lady who is in reception in Morning Shift is worse, Really disappointed with the Service provided and Very Rude while talking.

Rooms are good.but the manager can be rude at times if you don't pay in advance and this is annoying in reality.

Too many cockroaches found in room which we booked, they have replaced with another room but it also has cockroaches they have assured they will do the pest control regularly.checking time takes minimum 2hours from the booked time. NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED.

Absolutely no service, Bath rooms glass door on single hinge, no place to keep soap or shampoo in bathroom, Basics are broken and safety is missing.

Went there for a wedding ceremony. Location wise it is ok, if you have a personal vehicle. Opposite to dmart in cbd. Food taste was good but the service management was not present all the time. So managing was difficult. For a party of about 50 members max it is good. But betound that if it goes then it becomes avg.

Room service needs to be looked at; Rats running thru the rooms; not well maintained; fooding good; location good;

One of the most pathetic stay I ever had. Torn bed sheets, electricity issues and untidy rooms. Bad food and sheer waste of money. Not recommended at all.

Entrance and outside ambience is average but rooms are good and rates reasonable. It's surrounded by some good eating places and pubs. Good place to be in

A pretty good hotel with a nice location. Yes there are tiny bit problems at times as the building is going through renovation now. And then sometimes the new staff don't do their job well. But I've always got my room the way I want with some additional requests and never got a negative response from them. Mr Nair looks after his guests very sensitively and ensures full attention to the needs. It's a great hotel if you are a corporate person and want to have a evening in a bar or lounge or coffee shop as it's location is great.

Good ambience. Courteous and humble staff. Breakfast is good with variety of menu. Daily hotel supplies are of low quality.
