Well maintained neat and clean rooms. They give only one complimentr y water bottle per day even in a double bedded room. Highly illogical.

Location is inside of main road. While talking on call the manager told its on the main road only. This was absolutely wrong when any person doesn't know the internal road of the city. Soft drinks were not available. Food was tasteless. Even complementary breakfast was not good, no taste.room ambiance as per deluxe rate was not up to the mark. Most important thing you get boiling hot water in both tap of bathroom, so you even cant bath before leaving.

It is a decent spot to stay while touring that area of Maharashtra. The area around the hotel is a provincial, so keep that in mind when rating it. It's an ancient town, it has charm most definitely

We booked 3 rooms for 2 days in this hotel with high expectations. We paid more online than the price they were charging on the counter, bad decision

We had to go through narrow road to reach the hotel, it is situated in a crowded locality.

We reached this place right after the checkin time however none of the rooms were ready, they started the cleaning only after we reached, one of the room we received after around 1.5 hours. They had some vague reasons for the delay but none of it matters since they are in the service industry and they need to consider all the eventualities.

Rooms were spacious but quality and cleanliness was not up to the mark.

The guy on the reception was arrogant and was fighting with another customer when we were waiting for our room to be cleaned, even they had some really bad experience.

We did not receive complimentary water bottle, we got it for one day that too only when we asked, no tea/coffee arrangements in the room. Rooms with this cost is expected to have these bare minimum facilities.

They have a restaurant, even that was a let down. Better find some other restaurants around.

Bibi ka makbara and some attractions are close by.

I am staying at JP for more than 2 yrs, my overall stay experience with JP is quite good, in terms of rooms, service, breakfast menu etc. Overall quite satisfied with my stay at JP

Worse experience ever. Pictures are deceiving, no courtesy in talking. Not even half amenities mentioned are provided. Mistakenly booked as travel providing website promoted heavily. Surrounding also not great. Added mistake is booking Cab from the same hotel.
Overall felt to complete the trip asap to get out of that hotel.

Mr Sandeep Jadhav the counter manager misbehaved very badly with me. I paid the full amount on the counter and book the room without checking the room. But once I entered the room I felt it was not worth paying that amount and asked for refund. He completely denied and started misbehaving. Abusive language, Very bad hotel, no hot work and very poor management. Pls don’t ever go to this hotel. The location is also very scary.

Multiple reasons to give lower ratings

5. Overpriced as per the facilities provided.

Charged us 2500 rs just for 5 hours early check in and extra 420 rs for breakfast.

The food was uncooked and not in sufficient quantity as per the number of guests. They were giving boiled potatoes in the name of breakfast as the quantity was not enough.

The bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty and unhygienic bathroom.

The side view of our room seem like local slum area so we couldn't open the curtains for air and sunlight. When asked to change the room the owner denied but charged us 5050 rs per night which is not at all a deserving price for such a cheap third class hotel.

I stayed in this hotel in June 2022, i travelled round the globe stayed in several hotels but haven't seen this much worst hotel, the owner and the staff are very very rude and they are interested in only robbing money, for money they use very abusive languages with the customers always ready to fight, they are Robbers, my suit case was opened when i was out of the room, this is the most worst hotel i have ever seen.
My personal review is that never ever visit or stay in this hotel you are not safe at all, they insult people who visit the hotel, this not the hotel it's a fight club, if are a power full enough to flight and like fighting this place is for you.

I will give zero 0 rating for this hotel. I don't know about the other Aurangabadi's but with this hotel and the owner i can't say about these people.

One of the poorest experience i had ever got, The owner of the hotel who is very much rude and don't have sense how to speak with customer and sits at the counter, abuses the customer not keeping their words as quoted, He asks extra charges for early check-in, however earlier himself clears that he will not take any early check-in charges, and at the time of check-out they charged me half day bill and argues that, (agar humne confirm Kiya hoga to bhi apko Paisa dena hoga) and threatens customers to pay! As I am a hotelier myself, I was with my family. The rooms were good enough. Only this was good about the hotel, and we had dinner package included in our rooms, we stayed there for 2 days the first day the food was awesome 2nd the breakfast was so smelly as everyone of our family had Wada Sambar both were smell of fried fish. This is not acceptable and one more thing one lady Supervisor was present @ all 2 days she was present there frankly she was very very rude to me and my family.

I've got complete videos to show how horrible recently JP international has gone.
I've been their regular customer since 2014 and the sole reason I pick them is because of the close distance to GMCH.
I booked a room on phone call (Mr. Nilesh) and when I reached there I was charged twice the price what was quoted which is also twice the price at any site like makemytrip. Because I happened to be their repeated customer they offered me the best "executive room" imagine if this is the best then what will be the standard.
1. The room was in complete dust and mosquitoes.
2. The windows won't lock.
3. The tv won't work as there was no set top box and wires were out.
4. Washroom switches were broken. Door won't lock. No toilet paper or hand towels. Misdirected taps. I didn't even check the cupboard or the table chairs.
5. Only one fan was working and that wasn't the main one.
6. Repeated power cuts for more than 30mins imagine being locked in a dark room in scorching heat.
7. I have to repeatedly ask for water bottle, not a single complimentary water bottle?
8. Front desk guy was rude asked me to pay again during checkout when I have already paid. Had to show him receipt given by him only.
9. Coming to the restaurant. The lady is polite and her staff is polite too but the food was disastrous. Gave me stomach issues later. Also never opt for complimentary breakfast because that's literally trash even the fruits aren't fresh. Also no tissue papers were provided.
10. Also there was some sort of music thing that didn't stop for a minute. Imagine the sleep I got.

This is the last time I've opted for JP international, I never imagined they will go that bad after pandemic. I've given them 4stars based on my 2014 to 2019 experience. But last month it was horrible.
In that price I'd rather book the ajanta ambassador or lemon tree.

My Parents stayed there from 9 March, 2022 to 12 March, 2022. The service was pathetic. Though claiming delux/star hotel never provid hot water for bath for single day. The Teriiff was inclusive of breakfast however breakfast was not provided sufficiently. Lady maneger and staff of hotel was non-cooperative.

Pathetic Experience! We stayed recently and were so disappointed that we changed the hotel. Bad hospitality, owner himself has no interest in customers, very unwelcoming treatment. Staff not trained, rooms had no working TV, plugs were not working, very very poor service in rooms and terrace hotel.no sweet dish at all, no fruit juices. NOT Recommended!

It's an average family stay hotel. With nothing special to offer to its guests, Bht couple of things to mention would be the food quality and options, it's good and my son really liked it. And the second thing would he the location, it's in the heart of of the city connected to major roads so it's average.

If it wasn't for the trend of online hotel booking, I don't think this hotel would have done even 10% of its business. You would never even visit this place if you were looking for hotel on foot or in a vehicle. It is located in a shabby back alley and an unattractive neighbourhood that you would never turn into, to look for a hotel.
The rooms looks good only because the building is new / newly renovated. The lack of any semblance of class is evident from the way in which the designers have gone overboard with the ceiling POP decor and ceiling lighting.
The Bathroom accessories and fittings were good though. Room cleanliness and maintenance is a different matter.
Buffet Breakfast starts at 8 am and is a chaotic affair to say the least. Though a good range of items are on offer, not all of them are available at the same time.
This is because only a limited quantity is brought out of the kitchen in batches.you are invariably left standing with an empty plate in hand in front of the serving table, waiting for a new batch of food item to come out of the kitchen. The lower rung staff is left to cut a sorry face in front of the guests, an effective strategy employed by the Management to hide deficiencies. Again, cleanliness is bad.
It'll be interesting to know how many repeat customers this hotel has served.
