Our first vist is worst because there service is not good they don't talk respect with costumes, food also not good and they are also doing food wasted I request you don't vist this hotel worst hotel in my life.
Reason: -I request him that please pack this left food he say rudely this is not allowed I can't pack he say that you're doing food wasted in fact they fighting with costumes also. I hope you guys will understand that jagdamba hotel is only for name. I will never vist this hotel again in my life.

A name is just for a name.
The hotel staff don't care about the customer at all. They don't care about the food. If we ask them to parcel the remaining food in our plate, they flatly refuse. They don't parcel the food that we didn't touch. In the end, that food was wasted. The same food. If we had been given a parcel at home, we would have lost our stomach. Please do not visit this hotel at all. They do not value the food at all.
Worst experience I had today.

Very disappointing.taste was very good when the hotel was small but now nothing like that.today bad millet (bitter) breads were over baked.other table customers along with me complained rude leaves Talk fell on deaf ears.very bad experience

I don't know why people bragging about this place. Food is NOT outstanding. Service was pathetic. They took your order serve food and forgets you. If you are coming here to taste something outstanding that you will not get anywhere then definitely you are gonna disappoint. Fakt toop ghatal ki jevanala chav yet nahi.

Food quality and taste is awesome.after 1 hour of waiting time we got entry.but the taste was worth waiting for.specially there "अळणी भात"

Non-Veg food is just awesome there. Although a bit far from city, but you wouldn't regret your visit there. It's mostly crowded because of its popularity.

Lovely place for Mutton Thali or any mutton dishes. Mind blowing seriously one should try it. Family, friends, and couples too can enjoy it.

Food was so delicious.on weekend you have to wait for min 15-30 min for seat but arrangement for parking cars & waiting Area is good. For Non veg lovers this place is so good.this place is near khed shivapur toll plaza on NH-48 Pune-satara Road.

Thali was good if we are trying for first time.but not worth for money as chicken mutton pieces are limited, it's (gavran chicken) approx 350 with gst.
Service was good, served hot with love.
Taste was ok.not spicy.

Need improvement in parking space

Very crowded. Taste was awesome. Specially ALANI BHAT with GHEE. Waiting period is long if you go during weekends and holidays.

Crowded with waiting, and frankly l found the dish as average.l had mutton bhakri special, wish the mutton to be tender with less fat. Black masala is decent, little spicy if you going with kids but overall ok to visit once, car parking is slight issue.

One of the famous Non-veg Hotels, Very Good service and Tasty food. Sometimes The waiting time us about an Hour, but it Worth's for special Chicken. Loved it!

First impression was that the restaurant is very u hygienic. But as in entered the washroom I was very very impressed since it was very clean and also had supplied like sanitizer, sanitary napkins, diapers etc. When we ordered our food we were just shocked by the quality. Also do do do try their indrayani rice and dal tadka

Some amazing kolhapuri food out here. If you stop for lunch trust me you aint gonna have anything for the next 7-8 hours.

Delicious food both veg and non-veg prepared with most of ghee and less oil by traditionally cooking methods on hearth (chula).
Need to reach this hotel an hour early before lunch and dinner time as the customers will always be in queue to settle on a seat.
I really enjoyed it.

The mutton here is simply exquisite. The richness of the Maharashtrian spice pallet is put to use at its best at Jagadamba.
Not too expensive for the kind of quality and service you get.
If you love meat and don't mind waiting for an hour or so to get a table, you must go.

Definitely a worth pit stop on the way back to Pune/Mumbai. The mutton dishes are just amazing and worry of the it's hype.

Food is the best no second thought about it. But the waiting period on weekend is avg 1.5 hr. Better to go on weekdays. Here are some menu.

Excellent food and good service. Excellent is particularly for NonVeg lovers though they serve good quality Veg food also. I will not Five Star rating because I didn't find sufficiently clean wash basin area in particular. Eventually if it is overlooked overall quality is superb. A place must try with family and friends.

Awesome place for chicken, mutton lovers, having varieties of unlimited thalies. But too crowdy & takes lots of time till ur number arrives. But the taste of food is worth to be waiting for.
