From the instant we made our entrance into the inviting premises of Kinara Resort located in the serene Karde, it was clear we were about to embark on a dining adventure that promised to be etched in our memories. Our anticipations were not merely fulfilled but were surpassed, particularly when it came to the gastronomic wonders that were presented to us.

The highlight of our visit was undeniably the food. The fish delicacies, including the impeccably cooked surmai and pomfret, were a sheer delight. Suitated at Best scenic location. Hosts/Staff are good. Sea food tastes good. Ok ok for veg. Disappointment for tea lovers. Food ordering is bit pushy.as soon as you are done with bfast they push you for lunch order. Might be due to they do not have fulltime kitchen. But not a cons as such. Standard Ac rooms are bit costly considering room condition and cleaning services involved. They do not follow standard cleaning schedule even don't change Bedsheets. Bedding provided is very old and not hygenic.

Very nice Hotel with excellent food and the main advantage here is the beach is exactly opposite the Hotel campus

A great experience came from Hotel Kinara. The location of this Hotel is very nice facing towards the sea.
Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner are very tasty.

The location is awesome.right next to the beach.but the service is hopeless.first when we reached they took good care of us.but when we were leaving they just forgot us.just made us wait for 1 and half hour to serve us dinner.at last we had to cancel our order as we were waiting from 7.30 pm to 9.00pm while they were serving the new guests.we reminded them again and again.but no use. I thought Ramesh Dada gives good service but he didn't even bother looking at us when we were waiting for such a long time. We were really happy at first.but realized their true color on the last day of our stay.really horrible.just money minded people and serving the rich.first I thought we can always come here but won't come again to face the same insult.nor will I suggest to my friends.sorry very very disappointed.

Best place to stay if you r visiting dapoli. Awesome scene from your room, enjoyed like seeing movie. Seating in room balcony with tea and watching sea infront.
Owner is really helpful and nice to chat. They arrangement food the way you want.

This is an awesome place to stay. We like the rooms' placement as all rooms are sea facing with balcony attached.

We have been going to Hotel Kinara for the past thirty years. Excellent food, excellent family owned hotel at a fabulous location.

Superb place! The beach is right in front of the hotel. So you can walk anytime. So location is spot on! Prefer rooms on ground or first floor. Nice sitouts with view. On fist floor check if you can get corner room ie room #5 as it has extra balcony and full ventilation. Property was well maintained. Typical kokani food is served as per your order. Fish fry and curry is must try. Overall we enjoyed the stay and will recommend the place.

Visited for a one day trip to enjoy Arabian sea. This hotels location is spot on! You get feeling of private beach as the beach is just in front of the rooms.

Rooms: Rooms (ground floor) have a direct view of Arabian sea. And you can view sunset from your bed itself.

Service: On the service front they have prompt service. Food is homemade and nice. We had all 4 meals here (lunch, lupper, dinner, breakfast)

Parking: Facility has ample parking space, and you can easily park the vehicle here.

Cleanliness: overall facility is very clean in outdoors section (lobby, garden etc). I would recommend them to get the toilets upgraded to better cleanliness standard.

They have arranged nice swing and few sunloungers just in front of ocean. I found that very useful to seat peacefully.

Owner is very nice, I will recommend this hotel for a peaceful stay.

Hotel Kinara.
Dilip and Ulka had stayed at/ eaten at the hotel Kinara. They had liked it, specially the food.
This time decided to have just lunch there, and so, we had ordered lunch after leaving Anjarle.
By the time we reached Kinara, it was almost 2: 00 PM and we were hungry.
We plonked ourselves in the sit-out/gazebo which also serves as an outdoor dining hall. From here one has a wonderful view of Karde beach and enjoy seeing the breaking waves of the Arabian sea. The staff was prompt in laying out the table and serving the lunch. We had ordered fried pomfret fish, chapati, malwani chicken, and fried prawns. Not forgetting “solkadhi”, which was very good.
Fantastic view wonderfully made tasty meal to satiate all your senses. What else one wants in life?
Definitely recommend to try out the food here.

Amazing location! Its just in front of the beach! The gazebo outside makes you feel you are having all meals sitting on the beach. Food was super I have never had modaks like what they served and puranpoli was super delicate and tasty! Rooms are clean and have beach view. In general pretty good place!

Awesome place to stay with your family and friends, with a great view. Also the main thing is that the place is not very crowded hence is clean.

Have visited on 24 -28th Nov, 2021. Hotel Kinara @ karde beach, is superb ONLY ground floor rooms # My rating is 5 out of 5.
Don't book 1st and 2nd floor roomS because waste of money and very dull and poor rooms # My rating is -1.
Food & Breakfast is Good. Owner Jadhav Kaka is very nice person and co-operative.

Karde beach is beautiful and clean. Very less crowded compared to Goa beaches. Only home food available but you may find very good hotels bang opposite the beach. Overall loved the stay if you wanna relax and not do much activity

Recently After lockdown I just wanted to chill out on the beach so I was in search of some calm soothing spot with vie point.and I found hotel kinara. I stayed here for Weeknd. I feel really calm.owner uncle is so sweet and also serving also good Uncle also offer us some discount surprisingly at checkout! Trip was successful

This place has Amazing view, proximity to sea and descent food.

This hotel is one of the oldest hotel just infront of the beach. Owner slowly built it over the period of time. Rooms need little maintenance. Hard water on hotel tap. I think as it is based on the ridge they have water scarcity and they buy drinking water from a tanker supplier. Food is good but as compare to other places little on pricey end. But but but - NO other hotel can beat it's location. You out of the gate, cross the road you are on the beach. We loved this place. Will love to visit again.

Location and Hotel is nice. Go for ground floor room booking for better view. There is mobile network issue. We didn't get any network for Idea, Vodafone, Airtel and Jio. Wifi strength is also weak. Also have more t more cash as card is accepted with some limitations.

Excellent location sea facing view from all the rooms just few steps away from beach, Tasty food, fish speciality superb hospitality by the host and their staff.

The beauty of hotel Kinara is that all rooms have see view and beach is just in front of it. One can have the view of sea all day long. The services and food offered was also delicious. Yummy Non Veg Food. Infact, we never ate outside during our 3 night stay. Rooms are clean and staff were co-operative. All room ACs are well maintained.

Unique location at sea front. Small but Reasonably good staying comfort for 2/3days. Do not expect star services and facilities.

Food and hospitality is awesome. I ordered chicken, surmai and lots of solkadi. Simply Delicious

Awesome place to stay with family. Clean and well ventilated rooms. Rooms on top floor are newly renovated, prefer taking that. Food is also awesome, must have breakfast, lunch and dinner in hotel itself. Beach is just in front of property and it is also clean and less crowded.

Great location right in front of the sea. It is recommended to book rooms on the first floor as they offer an excellent sea view right from the balcony (but elevator is not available here). Food here is average and the fish available here are not at all comparable to those which you would get at Malvan. The TAP WATER in all the rooms is also EXTREMELY SALTY and seems to be unfit even for bathing and washing your mouth. Thus, in short this hotel is worth a visit if you are looking forward for a place with great sea view & right in front of the beach but if you are a foodie & are visiting Konkan solely for the fish do not opt for this. WiFi is only available at the ground floor & is not accessible at the rooms. Also mobile networks for Idea, Airtel are not available in the room. BSNL has significant range even in the rooms.

I usually come here for dinner with my family whenever we go to Karde. Food is really good. Fried Pomfret, Prawns Biryani, Solkadi and Sevai Kheer are must haves.

Rooms are decent. Nice food like home food.
Only issue is the water provided in bathroom or wash basin is salty.

Friendly atmosphere. Nice place to hangout. It’s like home away from home. Also looks like it has private beach.
