Rooms are very shabby, not clean. Found cockroaches in the room and one of the them was in bed. No complimentary drinking water, no toiletries, only one towel provided which was also not clean. Bathroom very congested and dirty. No water in flush at night. Pathetic service. Person managing the reception very rude and arrogant. Only good thing about this place is the location as it has good access to all places.
Amazing place it has a temple down and a small party hall and the rooms are also available on top. Budget friendly hall and a good place to keep events
My review - picture when making the bkg is misleading. The rooms r pathetic. So dirty. Bathroom doors broken, no mirror, cupboards dirty n old n broken. Staying in a scrapyard would b a better place than staying here. Had bkd with breakfast n all u get is a small pkt of poha. Tea is chargeable. Do Not make the mistake of bkg at Lalsai. The experience is really really bad.
Customer is not first here. The person on the office is having priority to speak with his friends first and then if he gets some time he will talk to you.

Small, congested rooms with unhygienic washroom. It was one of the worst stays in Mumbai. The toilet walls were stained with dirt. The bed sheets were not changed and were stinking. There is no water included in the complimentary welcome kit, extra 30 rs has to be paid.
Giving this review on the day of the checkout. This hotel deserves no star, worst hotel i have ever been, these people will charge you unnecessarily for anything, there are no complementary water bottles provided and if you ask for one they will charge you extra on that. Oyo states it as a Flagship hotel, but a normal hotel on oyo will be much better than this. This hotel is above a temple. Rooms are in bad condition. We checked in at 5 in the evening but still the rooms were not ready. We had to wait for more than half hour. AC, windows will create a sound which will cause an instant headache. We had booked 2 rooms and 5 ppl were there. One person was added later. So the hotel gave us an option to pay 1000rs for the extra person for whom they will just have to add a mattress and pillow in the room or we can pay 1500 and book a room. The owner was so arrogant that he was not even ready to listen what we were trying to say or decrease the price. He directly said "dont bother me, i am sleeping now, pay 1000 or 1500 but he wont decrease the price". Bathroom was in a bad condition, ceilings were damaged, pillows were smelling. Rooms are way different and in bad condition than shown in the images. A lodge will provide much better service than this hotel. They will atleast respect their guests but these ppl dont. They started calling in each rooms from 10 AM for the checkout and my prior experience with hotels will be that they will call after the checkout time to ask when are we checking out or if we would wish to extend. But these ppl were literally telling us to leave. Never ever book this hotel, it's a worst hotel. Unnecessary charges, bad service, costly than the condition of the rooms. Very much disappointed.

This property is not a hotel. It is a temple. A dharamshala. Despite my booking thru Goibibo, I went to the place and walked away even without staying there. There is a temple on the ground floor. On the day of my booking there was a pooja, bhajan, kirtan ETC and a lot of people there! This is an eye wash?
