The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staffs were amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. And one of the best thing is that all the shopping areas are near from Hotel Lucky and airport is just 20 mins far. I highly recommend this hotel.
Good hotel at very good location. You will get all the local transport in front of the hotel only. Bandra market is very nearer. Bandstad is 2 kms only. Non veg person can use its own restaurant and veg person can use the south indian just opposite to the hotel.
I had a very disappointing experience at Lucky hotel. Unfortunately, my room had a cockroach infestation, which made my stay extremely unpleasant. Despite reporting the issue to the staff, they failed to respond or take any action to address the problem. This lack of attention to hygiene and guest comfort is unacceptable. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel, as it does not meet even the most basic standards of cleanliness and customer service.
The location is the best, little walking distance from Hill Road and Linking road. Room was hygienic, though a little small. I guess the room size was reasonable for Bandra and the rate we paid which was an excellent deal to be stayin gin that vicinity. The front office staff was amazing always smiling and recognition level was too good as would hand over our keys without us asking. Ms. Tamanna was extremely helpful and accommodated our request regarding a booking issue we had.
Also, had the famous Lucky restaurant that is one of the best places to eat in Mumbai.
Very old hotel its it's like a middle class family five-star hotel, food and taste is best, room hygiene and cleanliness is good, services is best, and located in middle of mumbai at bandra and branch at Goregaon, but you can visit bandra outlet coz its near the railway station, bus station and S. V road
It's very underrated but a very good hotel in bandra locality. It's on the main road and very near to the airport and bandra terminus. Wonderful location and a decent hotel. If you're thinking of a Transit destination, it's definitely for you.
An average lodge at a busy area, which is always crowded. The room is below average in terms of space, maintenance and the overall quality. The pics on booking apps are deceptive.
I went to lucky restaurant and Bandra, ambiance was good. Chicken or mutton briyani was awesome and garlic burnt fried rice with chilly chicken was great combo however we found little ararot in rice but that's common practice in major restaurans. Also bill was reasonable. Place is crowded and if you find a line to sit in the primices then you must not be shocked
Ideally located, very close to Bandra junction station. Lot of transportation available for to reach. This is set up next to the lucky Restaurant and lucky sweets and bakery. For someone who lives non vegetarian food this is a good place
The most over hyped restaurant in bandra. The food is here just average and slightly expensive. Moreover there was a hair strand in the food which was not taken care.
Not all menu items were available. We had to alter what we ordered. However what we did order was fantastic. Butter chicken with roomali roti is bliss. The service was average, but the food arrived quicker than the usual. The ambience in the lower non AC floor is okay. With incandescent lighting and comfy sofa seats, it was a warm place to have good conversations.
This place is one for the kind. If you are looking for mid budget and good food. This is worth the try. The food here is delicious. We tried the tandoori schewan chicken and the chicken biryani (They said outer biryani options were not available). The biryani was mild spice and good. But the schewan tandoor chicken was mind blowing. We really loved it and wanted more and more. The spice of the gravy and tandoor flavour of the chicken blends very well and it bursts your taste buds to go wet. We loved is so much that we had it with the biryani we had. Over all the food here is worth to have. At the end we had the falooda which was again very good. Do make an visit.
One bad part was the staff there attending us was not that polite. If they work on that this could be a class restuarant to visit.
I had heard so much about this place. So I wanted to visit this place somehow. Service was ok. But food was average. I'd ordered paneer chilly and pepper chicken tandoori.which was good. Then came the biryani which had a strong aroma of clove. And just oil. There were pieces of chicken. Which I didn't even taste. All I had was rice with oil. And no gravy. 2 stars for the bland food and the waiter's demand to add the tips to my bill. I'm not visiting this place ever again.
I tried the restaurant after several recommendations. The food was phenomenal and portions sizes were great. But their signature is the mint chutney that comes with the tandoori, unbeatable.
