"Forget and forgive" principle is always good so that expectations, misunderstandings, arrogance and comparisons can spoil the relationship.

We had organize the farewell party for our seniors there.hotel was good.service and food was also good.most important they allowed us to do decoration as per our need.not like other hotels

Very hygiene, good ambience. Restaurant and swimming pool in 7th floor also good. Staff are well cooperative and breakfast is really yummy.

Service is too late,
Literally they took half hour for starters and 45 mins more to serve dinner.

The staff and service is very nice and quick.
I satyed in a family room it was big and luxurious, loved it.

I had today very bad experience when we have had dinner on rooftop terrace of Hotel Ashoka. On the above our table two lizards moving near light which was really a big threat for us while taking dinner and Management was list bothered when complaint. How they can charge to their customers for 3 start category food?
It's really shivering I have shared pics and vedio of the same with hotel number. Hope they will take proper action

If u want to spend time alone without any disturbance, no one will bother you and no worries abt food they won't serve you that either.even If they serve, then u will think why did u order, still if u eat, then u will say why did u eat, and finally the bill too will have mistake. U don't order something but it's ur bday they will charge you something as ur bday gift but it wasn't on the table.

I am here for review so that people shouldn't spend money unnecessarily.lot of other times faced issues from the owners of other places I reviewed.

Hope they take a cue from it to resolve issues and not keep bothering me for it. So mentioning the day and time for their reference.

Highly untrained staff. So many but just jumping and running around to show that they are working.

Had seen many guests that day complaining abt it, may be just a bad birthday I had.

Last week I was there for dinner with family. The service was hopeless, water was dripping from roof AC, the food served was not hot, very few dishes were available from menu, there were no tissue paper even on demand, basics like salt and pepper has to be demanded. Very disappointed.

We went there for bday celebration at pool side, the sitting arrangement was extremely uncomfortable no cushions, music was very sad and it was not even Continuously being played, mosquitoes, no fan arrangements, the person attending us Mr Sharnagat was quite rude when I asked him if we could shift inside said saman shift karne main dikkat hogi, lights were extremely low when I asked for some more light for cake cutting for sometime one halogen light they put on and then they switched it off said yahan light aisi hi Rehti hai, food was good but expensive liquor reasonable rates vale the nahi jo the extremely expensive options die overall a (mood spoiler) place the ambiance is nice place is nice management is 4/10 not a place I would like to visit again.
Ps if u want to go take cushions and mosquito repellent and your own music arrangements and ghar se drink karke jana

Worst service arrogant staff and useless floor manager.
The only one lady named Pooja was working and serving to all guests.

We almost wasted 4 hours for a dinner even though we have given starter main course order at same time.

Charges are very high if you compare them with food quality taste and service.

Ambience is very nice but if there is no hospitality and if you feel you wasted your money then there is no meaning of ambience.

Pathetic service at the restaurant and unprofessional and impolite staff who don’t listen to the guests. Deserve a zero star but there is no option of doing that.

Ageing hotel with doors bathroom fittings and toilets requiring maintenance
Can improve housekeeping services
Breakfast quality is pedestrian
Good feature is they provide free pickup and drop to airport

Worst room and no. WIFI no proper cleaning of rooms
Only precise to collect the advance tariff
But in terms House keeping and Room service 0.00000.

Open terrace restaurant is awesome, it's good for family meet up and friends party, the best part is live music and that gazals ️zhum lo chum lo bro

The hotel is Okayish.
Some rooms are adjacent to event halls so noise can be an issue.
Also some rooms don't have any windows.

Worst Place to Dine out in Nagpur.
Ordered 4 items:
Soup: Full of Corn flour, no taste and cold
Paneer Tandoori Starter: Not marinated, no taste
Crispy Veg: Not at all crispy and very oily
Tom Yum Soup tastes like eating diluted pickle.

Really bad service and food quality was 1/10

Worst experience! Service was very pathetic. Never ever book this restaurant.it's a loss of money. The staff over here is not cooperative they don't know how to talk with customers. We have booked table got 30 people, and we have worst experience. They don't even deserve 1

Pathetic staff, very miser treatment to the clients and no taste to food. The service level is very deplorable. Very expensive but not worth at all.

WORST FOOD EVER! Waste of time and money. We gave 4000 for the food which was not even ₹500 worth. Please don’t Visit this place if you’re searching for FRESH FOOD.

The place serves tasteless food and does not keeps in mind the preference of customer none of the dishes we offered were upto the mark. The staff is too reluctant to improve in terms of quality.

Considering the Ashoka as a 3 hotel, the service was very poor, after the first serving it took them 15-20 mins to bring chapattis and rice, also the complete order was not served- the reason the gave was that they forgot to bring soup and even desert. Worst experience ever.

One of the worst service received, food was not worth at all. No staff attended us, missed orders, food quality and taste not good.

No one served anything, then how do you forget ordered food and can anyone please tell them that everything has timing and how to serve.

The service was pathetic. The food was not as expected and was served very late. I will never suggest this place to anyone.

A really great experience we had in our 1 day stay in Hotel Ashok.the staff is very friendly and cooperative. A highly recommended place to stay when visiting Nagpur. The room was spacious with 2 individual beds. 2 comfortable chairs and a large table. The dinning area on the 7th floors gives a great view of the city.

The way waiters help you to be comfortable has their behaviour humble and polite. Prices are above average towards higher side with an awesome sight of infinity pool at other side of hotel. Ambience is nice. Overall a good place to take your loved ones for dinner.

Very bad service unexpected service we expect that we will go home at 11 but we go at 2: 00 and they wee asking ur name and talking very rudely

This was my third visit to the rooftop restro at Hotel Ashok and I was extremely disappointed with the service. Unlike my other two visits which were full of joy, this time we had to wait for an hour for starters to arrive. The main course came after another 20 minutes or so.
We went on a Wednesday hoping to have a good time.
Malai Kofta dish that was served to us was cold and as sweet as desert.

The reason I am giving three stars is due to the ambience and food that was served. They should hire more staff for the kitchen!

Ambience was good. We had just the starters. Veg starter was fine. Chicken starter was not very good. Prior to these we had soup it was good.

Very Nice And clean hotel for stay, supporting staff excellent. I forgot my valuable things in hotel but hotel staff called me and returned. I always like to stay in This hotel.

It is best place for wedding it has banquet hall. Taste of the food very nice. Staff is very supporting. There is an swimming pool at top floor. And vallet parking is also available.

Very nice ambience and food is good. The live music makes it more attractive place. Reasonable for the ambience and quantity. Value for money
