Bad and smelly rooms plus no cleaning and laundry facilities over that it is highly overcharged.

This Hotel is located at the almost Centre of Old Nashik, you can explore nashik from here very easily, Rooms are also good. The spacious, clean, Hot Water facility was very good.

One of the 3rd class hotel in my life its was worst experience with my family. The reception man donot have hospitality towards guest and he is not well manner.rooms donot have hot water thatalso in super deluxe room. No wifi no soap or bathroom towels. All the bedsheet was dirty with pillow case also.they dont have proper parking.i went to order food but they were not responding well.please dont ever visit the dirty hotel.toilets are not clean and so.

Rooms spacious, staff, especially room boys are very polite and friendly. After linen was changed the bed was clean and comfortable. In general cleaniness ok ok.

Very poor management. The staff here especially the front reception staff is very arrogant, biased and disrespectful. Not responsive to the customers needs. Need more polite staff. Reception staff asking for
more money than mentioned.

The room is very nice, but it's not clean and full of dust. Wifi in rooms doesn't work, only in the hall. It's a pity 'cause the price is very good for a room in this strategic side of the city!

Hotel is very good & clean, first of all it is very reasonable, I tried their chicken briyani ₹130 half was very delicious with 3 big chicken pieces,

I had booked this accomodation 15 days prior to my visit at nasik. Around a week before the visit they asked that there is some renovation work going on, so you better cancel it and search some other property. But when i reached nasik, the hotel was functioning and happening. Bad approach to catch in people who booked the hotel at higher price than the ones who already booked it for a lower price.

The rating is not even 1 star but it’s the least I can give. Not at all co ordination between the staff. The rates mentioned in menu card is fake and they charge more. Manager was rude. Geyser was not working. Bisleri bottle was fake. Any amenities given were not in Working condition.

I am giving rating based on the facilities they have provided. The location is quite good but you will not get hot water 24/7 during winter which is not good. Cleanines is good. Rooms are also good as per the price. Bathroom are not good

Hotel staff behaviour is extremely bad, Hygienic conditions very poor, TV not working in room, Hot water not coming, This hotel is not recommended for stay with family

I book the hotel from a Website.after check in in the hotel the holtel people say that there is no digital payment option.

They took cash from me for my stay and cancled the booking from website (hence not able to put review there)

They have only 2 breakfast option (poha and upma) which is complimentory and other items are chargable, which starts after 8: 30 am

There is no restaurants which is show in the pic of websits.they have converted the restaurants into a bar which is open in morning as well. (so hotel is not suggested for family)

Room has window AC of which fins are broken.

The do not have spray in wshroom but bucket, which is broken.

Hot water is not 24/7 only available till 10 am.

Electricity goes quite often.

Worst hotel in Nashik. When me and my wife reached their hotel they said that the room is not available now and then even after showing aadhaar card of both of us they started saying that you are unmarried couple. When I asked in reception they behaved very rude and connected phone call to their owner. I had word with owner of hotel who is highly misbehaving. When I asked him that from when room is not available, he said from yesterday afternoon but he hadn't informed to us and started shouting on me saying "ek room book karke hotel kharid liya hai kya".
Bar is attached with the hotel because of which it is not safe for female guests also. Every time you will have smell of wine.this hotel is more into bar and less into hotel for staying.
Overall very worst experience with hotel staff and owner. I highly not recommend this hotel to anyone.its better to stay in footpath rather than booking this hotel.

A very good place to stay it's nearby to st tand and also panchvati. All places are very close by rooms are very good and management also very good

Booked this hotel found rooms really awkward and 20 years old constructed, bad smell all around. We had to cancel our booking. Manager was treating us as if this was the last room on the planet and we were asking for it.

Dirty bedsheet, pillows, blankets, towels & nepkins. Old AC and old room of 20th century. In whole corridor you smell of Alcohol, Cigarettes, & Weed. No dental kit, soap, shower gel, shampoo even if you ask. No free tea, coffee and mineral water. I told manager but he didn't answer even 1 question. This is non veg hotel with alcohol permission so veg people don't go. Worst of worst Hotel in Nashik. I kindly recommended you to don't go in this. This is what i experienced

Not a pleasant stay. We went on a trip with family. However, as per the room charges, the services promised were not provided to us.

Likes: Hotel is located in Panchavati and is very near to Ramkund, Sita Gufa, Shri Kapaleshwar Temple, Bhaktidham temple, Kalaram Temple. The hotel is approx 12kms away from Nashik Railway station. Rooms are spacious and room rent is reasonable.

Dislikes: Bedsheet and pillow covers were not cleaned, the room was dusty, ACs were broken, toilets were of old fashioned and no hot water coming from the tap. Expensive foods provided by their restaurant. You need to ask for water as they don't provide for themselves. No wifi available though it says they provide wifi.

The photo is fake. The rooms are so small that u cannot place ur luggage and u will have to buy another room if ur family is big. Money charges are double.

Only disadvantage is check in timing -12 pm before that you can't do it as they have standard timings

Do not visit there. Staff was not cooperative, owner was also rude. Room was dirty and not at all clean, AC was not working.

Located near to panchvati and godavari that.economic accommodation.rooms were ok and same like that shown on booking website.staff and service below average.parking was also limited.
