Good parking space but very poor service, the staff seemed arrogant and un- professional. Took 35 mins to give only simple veg dishes. Prices are quite high as compared to service provided, unclean plates. No proper management only one person in entire restaurant to take orders

Have lived in the town many years ago and used to frequent this place back then. Was passing through the town this time around. So stopped for dinner to have the thali. Love the thali [Vegetarian meal] out here. It is tasty and fulfilling and reminded me of the old times. Have been to the a la carte restaurant here before. It is a vegetarian delight.

Hotel Pankaj is very well known in the city for a long time and especially for vegetarians. This time was a family time. It was too crowded as usual but Mr. Rohan is the man who plan well to accommodate each guest or customer. Thanks Mr. Rohan for your help and Chef as well as the food was too good (taste).

Had been a regular visitor to this restaurant since last few years. This place has lost it's reputation.highly priced items, unhygienic rest rooms. Highway travellers can avoid this place.better try Gandharva.couple of kms away towards kolhapur side.

If you need a break while traveling on Pune Bangalore Highway.tea coffee, breakfast or lunch this is a very good option.
Their service is very good and fast, there is parking space.
The quality of food or breakfast is good, not too spicy.
Washrooms are clean.
Road touch also saves time.

This is marriage garden hotel. It is not business hotel.
Room conditions are very poor. Bedsheets are torn and dirty. Ac not work8ng. Bathroom is dirty. It is simply a lodge kind or arrangement. Terrif is charging like premium hotel. It is under 1000 rs lodge.

Good veg hotel and good service.nice ambiance you will get all veg items here but you want spicy food than normal they won’t provide you. But food quality is good especially their starters are best and comes with good quantity paneer chilli and veg manchurian is famous in starters here vegetables are also good this restaurant is always crowded place and cleanliness hygiene is excellent

Not good for family. Hooligans will come and sit beside you when you are enjoying with family and they will taunt. Hotel management will say there is no specific place for family & anybody can sit on next table even a group of only men. Offcourse we would not like to go at such place where we pay for our own discomfort.

Yesterday we were there and service was worst. We were waiting for 1hr after giving ordre and staff wasn't responding and behaving arrogantly. This was not expected from reputed hotel like Pankaj.

This is the best veg hotel in Karad. The service proveded by the hotel staff is excellent and are very friendly. This hotel has two parts one include Thali and other is Punjabi dishes. The taste of food is very delicious and one should visit it.

Very very pathetic treatment. They don't have AC remote also. They have TV but it never shows anything. They can't serve free water for drink. I stay for 1 night but it very very Bakwas. Don't have a tasty food. Don't have good manners. Dont go

Good restaurants for dinning. My personal favourite is Gujarati thali they serve. Unlimited food in just INR 300. Thali is available till 3: 00pm.

Had a breakfast there.
Also had a surprise meeting with Chhtrapati Shivendrasinhraje Bhonsale.

Quality of food deteorated in last 2 years. Food in restaurant is not of good Quality. We have been stopping to this place for food whenever on this route, but no more in future as everything was substandard. How good restaurant has ruined in last 2 years, this is the classic example. Poor hygiene, dirt everywhere. Unclean and untidy.

Nice residential hotel with restaurant service on NH-4 highway in Karad.
Well established facilities for stay, breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Worst experience.
We went in around 3.20 and no one came to take order and around 3.35 they said lunch time is over you can have snacks and at snacks corner they said it is not open yet.
Won't recommend.

Better teach your waiters to be polite with the customers. Pankaj will loose it's goodwill if this isn't matter is ignored. Very harsh staff

This hotel provides very good service for lodging as well as for dining.
They have recently renovated their restaurant area.
But it's only veg restaurant, so for vegetarians its best hotel to stay.

They also have some halls which they can offer for small functions like Birthday party, farewells, or any small occasion.

For big occasions also they have lawn facility

Happy with the facilities provided and the hospitality but a bit disappoint with the commitments given by receptions

Ambiance can be good if noise is reduced and food turn out to be big disappointment.visit on your own risk.

Perfect stop for to and fro to Sangli/ Kolhapur. Ample parking space. Family oriented set up. Clean bathrooms. Good food for quick bites as well as full course meals. Just need to improve customer service and speed. Keep up the good work!

Ambience is good & good food. Located in the main highway. Few Private bus stops in front of this hotel (bangalore route)

Never visit this place. Very insensible staff & no hospitality sense at all. I went with my kids for dinner & my small 6 months baby son was crying. Watchman was very rude & loud to tell me that owner does not like any body to stand or stay nearby the steps in lobby. When I had a word with reception person, he is also supporting the same. People coming & going can spit nearby but we can not stand aside with a baby, is the craziest thing ever. I highly recommend not to visit this place & spoil the time.

Very nice South Indian restaurant. Has separate Dining hall with Thali system. The hotel is on the Bombay Benglore Highway just before you enter Karad.

Went there at ' Purna' restaurant for the dinner. Excellent food. Portion size adequate. Prices bit on the higher side but justified. Overall a very pleasant experience. Probably best in town.

Pros: Clean, Nice interiors Cons: Poor Service, poor value for money Stayed at a suite room, the room looked classy with contemporary interiors, however didn't have wooden floors, it would have been appreciated since it was winter; Hot water wasn't available till 7: 30 AM, we were delayed because we planned to checkout by 6: 30 AM, the restaurant opens late, the complimentary breakfast wouldn't start till 7: 30, the blinds wouldn't open and they didn't provide sufficient toiletries, the TV was located in such a way that it could not be viewed from the sofa, the extra bedding provided had sheets with holes in them Otherwise it was a Great Place

South Indian breakfast is awesome. Authentic South taste and Good service. Ambiance is soo good. A must visit with family.

1. Convenient location - on NH-48.2. Adequate Parking.
3. Excellent clean, well maintained rooms for a small town. Electronic access cards to rooms.
4. Food.

Dislikes:
1. Staff is well mannered but not particularly helpful.
2. Remotes in the rooms were broken.

We tried the pankaj restaurant and really liked it. It has good options for lunch and breakfast. Maharashtrian diahes and south inidan snacks is a must try here. Highly recommended. The service is good n fast too.

Well known place in karad for ceremony and meeting halls for corporates.
Best part is hotel is located exactly near highway
Its well known for gujarathi thali and other traditional thalis for its food.
Overall ambience seems to be lavish, food is good. Not sure about room quality since i did not stay here

The flush wasn't working; no hot water. They couldn't even allocate a proper room. Very bad experience. Please check the rooms and conditions before booking. Do not book online.

Every thing is okay here except the majority of hotel staff know mainly the local language. The don't know English properly which is difficult for people from other cities who don't know Hindi. Coming to food, it is good, but not extra ordinary. Overall Good hotel in a place like this.

Situated on national highway on the very entrance of Karad City, this place is one of the upmarket hotel and lodging in this area. There are many options in good and accommodation here. The food is okay but nothing great to right about.
