Worst hotel experience of my life
No WiFi and will get warm water after 5pm
Who will run a hotel a like this in this era…

It's your average place. You will stay here if there's no choice. In that sense it's a budget hotel. Not bad

Clean and hygienic rooms.
Good place to have large conferences.
There is dining restaurant as well.
Size of dish is large and adequate for two persons. Rates are also proportionately charged.
However for one person food quantity is excess and costly.
Hotel may consider providing half dish for those who are staying in hotel.

I have been using the Auditorium and it's quite comfortable. I have not used or stayed at the hotel

The worst hotel, front office staff doesn't have any traits of hospitality.even AC is not working from 2 year front staff itself confessed. Never ever want to choose this hotel in my dream again.

The hotel is an old property and rooms are spacious. It requires an overhaul of the bathroom fittings and furniture which are either worn out or quite old. The food quality is good and the staff are cooperative and courteous. The location is prominent with good city views. Overall, it is value for money for both business and leisure stays.

Worst hote I have ever visited in my life.
Their staff is not at all well behaved and adjusting.
Their hotel is also not at all 3 star. Their facilities are also not adequate. Rooms were not clean and kind of smelly, switch board not working. They need renovation. Not polite manager. They changed the charges as soon as they got to know that we have booked online and charged us more 2800 just because we wanted the room 3 hours early, not even considered that we were going to leave in afternoon only.
I recommend never visiting this hotel again.

The hotel rooms are full of mosquitos and no complaints are being entertained by the Manager and hotel staff. Poor management by hotel staff

Poorly handled monument to say the least, looks old, the poeple who book the hall for marriage feel old in it and not at all satisfactory. Management should step up and do something about the whole ambience let alone making guests feel comfortable.

Very arrogant and non supportive staff, booking via hotel booking sites shows fare of Rs 2400-2500 and on directly approaching they are charging Rs 4500 for same room.building is also poorly maintained. Will never recommend this hotel to any one.

This place located in near love Mumbai, reclamation.
This hotel so good, but living people around this hotel are not good, behavior of people, living of way, and talking of ways are not good.
But there is football ground near this hotel, and there is sea too near this hotel.
You can see seaside and love Mumbai from this hotel.
There is security guard all time, even this, I don't think, this place is good for walk in night out of hotel. Visit in your risk.

It's very difficult to find rickshaw from this place to reach station.
I visited this hotel to attend Kunal Kamra's show (a stand up comedian). The hotel lobby was not that fancy but it was neat. We were in the a big auditorium in the hotel which was huge. 300 people attended that show and seats were comfortable too.

Wastage of money pls don't visit, old property without maintain. And don't give white blankets. Totally wastage of money.

Well the hotel is quite an old one, I went there for a love comedy event in the auditorium (first experience and realised I wasn't missing much) any way the place has a good seating capacity but the seat are uncomfortable, the loo (don't even think about it, hold it if you can) not visiting again even for an event!

Attended Abhishek upmanyu's show there, the seating arrangement was like 90's, everything seems to be needed an upgradation.

Located in bandra east its a mediumish hotel.staff r couteous n helpful.food is no great shakes, average fare but then its not too bad eithr.conference rooms exist for the business oriented.quite a popular hotel judging frm the fact that occupancy n cumings n goings wer quite a bit.its situation makes it unique for ppl who want to go to the western suburbs for work/leisure.

Old Hotel, in desperate need of a renovation. Food quality is average at best, but prices match 5 star hotel rates. Probably the only reason it is still doing good business, इस because of its location - next to Leelavati hospital and rooms have the view of ocean.

Small but comfortable seats with better spaces between, sound system is adorable, cooling system is really cool, Best is the planning of Entry and Exit doors

Nothing like rooftop. Just making fool on the name of rooftop hotel and very expensive. 1 lime soda and 1 lime water for 525 Rupees.

A spacious hall with comfortable seats and good ambience. A perfect place to have educational seminars and cultural plays and dramas.

The exterior of hotels is quite good dont know about tooms but the auditorium was vast, comfortable and with good sound system and also good quality seats. The entrance and interiors were beautiful! Accesibke from bandra station and very near to it!

Shabbily maintained. Rooms are unhygienic and washroom is even worse. Tap water is milky and I couldn't take bath in my 2 day stay at the Hotel. Better to avoid and look for an alternate.

The place is situated in BKC reclaimation. Very near to the airport.

The food is really good.

However, the accomodation and overall stay experience is not that appealing.

The rooms are very old. The linen itself is showing the signs of ageing.

PS: There is a door between two rooms, beware at the night.you never know.

Ok Hotel. Perhaps they require certain upgradation of their lobby area outside room. Rooms are ok kept. Has a nice view.of Bandra Reclamation with Mumbai backdrop from the room. Food of the hotel is good. The stay here was comfortable. Also has a football ground nearby where one can watch young buds play soccer.

Decent hotel. Building is little old but decently maintained. Definitely they can improve the ambience and cafe. Cafe prices are very high for the quality they offer.

The entrance of the hotel is very beautiful, the wedding/party hall is running on centralised Air conditioning. The basement zone is used for the dining.
The hotel is rated as 3star for the amenities.

That evening was full of happiness and pleasures of both volunteering for the CANCER PATIENTS AID ASSOCIATION and the memorable concert of Singer AMIT Kumar, Shailaja Subramaniyam, and Manisha Jambotkar.

I wish there was a no star option. The banquet manager Mr. Pradeep and the Director were extremely uncourteous and rude. The place is not well maintained and it is best suited for very average functions.

It's an old hotel, everything except the TV feels old, like 1980s or 1990s. Only recommend if you don't want to travel much- have work in nearby area
