I recently had the pleasure of staying at this remarkable hotel, and it exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff's warm welcome set the tone for a truly exceptional experience. The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel, from the elegantly designed rooms to the exquisite dining options, was impressive. The service was impeccable, with staff members going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The amenities, including a well-maintained fitness center and a relaxing spa, added to the overall luxury. I can confidently give this hotel a glowing 5-star review for providing a memorable and indulgent stay.
The place looks nothing like the pictures, so please don't be misguided. The hallways literally stink of trash and dead mice. The wifi didn't reach my room. The room very unclean, with mould all over the walls, improper curtains. The toilet pot was disgusting! When asked to.clean, the service boy started making excuses. Upon persuasion, he finally cleaned.
Not even worth for one star. Bad rooms blankets are very smelly also bathrooms r not cleaned taps are broken and during winter there is no facility of warm water also the breakfast provided by them is not good smells badly. In rooms cockroaches here and there. No door lock system. Also prices are very high and staff is also not good.
Hotel SAGAR is a premium hotel and its rooms are very clean and luxurious. There is privacy. Room service is excellent and staff is very overwhelming and good. Food is very good in taste and i would love to visit this ocean of comforts again.
Very bad situation faced we booked thru oyo.but hotel front office executivesl this not connected oyo property answered. Hitel front office person simply answered new management taken charge since days we written mail to oyo but not disconnected from oyo side.sorry we are faced very horrible situation night 11 pm we went family.ladt movement not provided room.and hotel people not supportively I at time of 11.30 pm night.very poor rating.not required ant single star
Please do think twice while booking this hotel, very worst service and about the rooms worst than the worst. You will find rooms atmosphere very dirty and room size is too small. Chawl rooms are also maintained better than this
Good experience of lodging, best point is that is just less than 1km from Mumbai central railway station, if reached at odd time even you can walk easily to reach in 10 minutes. Rooms are good with hot water facility. Hotel staffs are quite decent and cooperative. A bit problematic is when you order food, you have to call to reception and not kitchen or room service. Your queries related to your orders will be unanswered, if transferred somewhere then the guy on other side dont understand your order and results in wrong order. Rest was ok, pleasure to stay for short official trip
It's a nice hotel. But when we reached here, we were not given the deluxe room we had reserved. We had even paid the advance. However, later they did give us the room on our request. The rooms are clean and beautiful. Washroom and bathroom is also tidy and beautiful. Breakfast they provide is tasty and enough.
Good hotel in given price band. For house keeping, you need to inform specifically. If you don't eat beef, don't try any near by non-vegetarian restaurants.
Only good thing is near to CST and within budget that to in respect to Mumbai.
Cancel your booking if you are hygienist. Don't try south Indian foods, coffee, Paneer Bhurji and Paratha too. Room is good but bedsheets and pillow covers are not properly washed. Didn't change dustbin for 4 days, would you believe this shit. No room key and had to manage with master key all 4 days. Wifi didn't work 2 days, 3 rd day I didn't ask. Worst is the receptionist. No courtesy how to speak with guests.
Worst Oyo experience ever. Person who called from Oyo to get my feedback, didn't care to listen fully. Not recommended until unless you don't have any other option.
