Rooms are not like those shown in images before booking, and they are not at all hygienic. Moreover, the management is simply saying that LIFT is not working. I went with my family, and there were two senior citizens with us who could not come up the steps to the second floor. Management has rejected our request to move our rooms to the first floor at least, and the management needs to change their rude behaviour.service to be much improved.

Rooms were on the lower belt of average. They dubbed us by providing a room with an Indian washroom. Waiting time was too long. The staff is unprofessional and inefficient.
Most of the positive reviews here look fake to me as if hotel/staff/their friends had posted such false reviews.

The below is from my recent trip to Shirdi.
1. First thing, we were made to checkin late approx by 1: 30. Checkin time is 12: 00 and we reached property by 12: 10.2. Soon after checkin we found that there was no towel, soap/hand wash and bathroom mat. 3. We also found dirty and torn bedsheets. 4. There is a seepage issue on one of the walls. 5. There is no almirah to put the clothes and luggage. 6. Commode seat is broken. 7. There is mosquitoes there. 8. There is no WiFi. 9. TV is not working. 10. Upon complaining some of the above issue, receptionist did baseless arguments. 11. There restaurant has only 4-5 tables and just one staff who is serving there and to the rooms. 12. If you’re hungry then ask your brain to give you signal at least 30-45 mins before.
The only plus point I found was that the service staff was polite.
Avoid this place in rainy season. We suffered a lot during our stay due to flooding around the hotel. There was water everywhere. When the power was gone, they did not even tun on generator. Hotel staff informed us they were shifting to another hotel when we arrived at hotel late night, they should’ve called us during the day. It was horrible experience altogether.
We have visited in month of september there is so much water loging but location is very nice 500m from main temple and 700m from prasadalaya. Rooms are fresh but to much waste of water to come hot water

आज में अपने परीवार के साथ गुजरात से शिर्डी आया हुआ हुं और एक ऑनलाइन पोर्टल से मैने ये हॉटल के ३ रूम बुक किए थे।
लेकिन हॉटल मैनेजर ने पोर्टल से टैरिफ काम मिला हैं ऐसे बहाना दिखाकर रूम देने से इन्कार कर दिया और जब मेने पोर्टल कस्टमर केर से बात किया तो ऑनलाइन पोर्टल ने टैरिफ में जो कम टैरिफ मिला है वो देने को ऑफर किया फिरभी वहा के मैनेजर ने रूम देने से मना किया और कहा कि इस ऑनलाइन पोर्टल को टर्मिनेट करदो और किसी को चेक इन मत दो।
कृपया किसी ऑनलाइन पोर्टल से अगर बुकिंग कर रहे हो तो आप इस हॉटल को Avoid करिए।
Very good location walkable from temple, neat and clean rooms at reasonable rate, very good room service and reception manager and all staff is very helpful. Restaurant food quality is nice. Overall 5 stars
I have booked this hotel from oyo i have paid the amount, after reaching hotel he denied check in by saying that he won’t sell for that price and was bit rude, and asked me to cancel the booking from oyo because he will charged the cancellation fee and didn’t give the room until its been canceled from my side for triple price, i had no other option as it’s raining heavily that day, and more over room is not clean and all the sheets have stains on them and literally white sheets are black in colour never book this hotel.
Never seen such a worst place near temple. It should be called as drainage of the area were managers doesn’t care and even employees talk rudely once the payment is received
Very rude and arrogant hotel manager or booking staff, but the other staff are good. Had to wait till 12 pm even after reaching at 10 am that too waiting area had only fan but had to request to on the fan. So harsh behaviour. No complimentary water bottle which is very common in any such hotels of similar range. Location is good. Hope hotel manager should change is attitude to attract better customer feedback. No digital payment was accepted saying not there. Strange!
Fairly new construction. Decent location. Walkable distance to the temple. Rooms have no cupboards, no electrical kettle for hot drinking water for tea or coffee. Hand shower kept leaking. Cordial and helpful restaurant staff. Good food. Room service is preferable than the restaurant ambience.
I will echo the same on front desk person most probably comes in the morning shift. Very arrogant person at reception. He don't know how to speak with a customer. No politeness. I have never seen hotels having check-in and check-out time as 12 noon. Lobby also displays check-out time only. Rooms, restaurant, other hotel staff members were good.
Food is good compared to most of the restaurants in shirdi. Most the staff including reception is good but can be more polite and courteous to customers. Rooms are average and does not justify the rate. They don't accept cards so take either cash or use upi.
