Overall it was a great Experience Right from check in to check out everything was great about the property staff was amazing and helpful food was amazing ambience of the property is amazing mentioning being in the heart of city all the over all exllent stay experience

One of the best place to stay, rooms are spacious and comfortable, staff is very friendly and supportive. Food is fantastic.

Quite humongous place but banquets are quite small.

Not too far from Dombivli station; 15 mins by auto from station. The hotel is good with spacious rooms, spacious banquet halls and troublesome elevators. Electricity is a problem here, I think they struggle with a proper generator but an overall a good experience.

Very nice place to stay. Hindi, Kannada, Tamil speaking staff available. Food taste is good.

The banquet area is congested & not proper service by the catering department.
Not proper dustbin at paani puri counter for after use plates.

Pros: Stayed in a super Deluxe room. Very spacious, neat and clean rooms, very economical and flexible with the Check-in and check-out timings.

Cons: Complimentary breakfast is limited. You have to choose between only one of the two items they have and the quantity is also limited.

Overall, it is a pleasant stay except that Complimentary breakfast needs a change/improvement for better customersatisfaction.

Otherwise this hotel ticked all other checkboxes.

Place is good it has parking marriage hall, party hall & has rooms to stay too but 1 big problem lift is too slow

Very big spacious rooms. This place is mostly concentrating on Banquet hall.they have two very big Banquet hall and construction is going on top for the new banquet hall.breakfast is really nice. I have loved this place. And recommend to family coming this part of Mumbai.

Difficult to reach there as road not OK and difficult to park car as local trucks and tempo parking anywhere they want.

Hotel is in Dombivali East. Rooms are really spacious. Services are good. But, they will only arrange breakfast buffet, when there are ample amount of availability of people and based on rooms booked. Quantity they are serving in morning breakfast in the room itself is very less with less options. Apart from that, Hotel has their own restaurant. Availability of good restaurants are less around.

We visited the marriage hall for a wedding reception party. It is good with all required facilities.

Rooms are good. No hot water. Water bottle 40 rs. Brush, paste towel etc need to ask if required

We had Munj/Upnayan of my son on 20th May. Great catering service offered with perfection in taste and quality of food. This great offering was totally marred by pathetic banquet service and bad room house keeping service. For banquet event we litterly had to overlook each and every small aspect to make things right.

Hotel situated at lonely place, in night traveling is risky with families. Street lights are required and security upto college is also necessary.

I had gone as one of my relative had come down from coimbatore. Since I was there for half an hour or so, I am unable to give my views. However the hotel and rooms are clean and well maintained.

Hotel location with in 500 MTR. Inner side From Kalyan sheel road Dombivli East. Rooms are neat and clean. Room service is not satisfied. Vehicle parking space available. Marriages & other functions space available 1st and 2nd floor. Only third floor available for rooms (centralised Ac). Overall prior booking is most important.

Place is awesome. Ambience beyond description. Yummiest food. Great for marriages and parties.

It was good but it was too far and inside the colonies and roads are not good in condition and ambience is very nice the carter were also good and food was tasty and good management service given by hotel Shivam and have a parking space and save water project of promotion of Minister water and good to go must go here

Had been for a family marriage, superb arrangement and ambience, they have 3 marriage halls plus 2 floors of spacious rooms as well. They have ticked all the boxes with clean and pretty environment. Awesome food with mind blowing wedding decoration. Ample parking is the best part of this property. Would recommend this property for destination marriage.
