Today 25 Dec 2023. I ate edli (butter) chatni. Food quality is below average. Food cost is very high. They are cheating customers. Pls think before going
Famous eatery near Chowpatty. Needless to say the prices will be on the higher side. We had ordered Pav Bhaji which at 200 rs, wasn't worth. The Chatni pav is good but high on garlic. But the juices were really good. Service is quick as the place has high turnout. Good ambience.
We had very bad experience here, the staff is very rude. Manager Rahul Jain started abusing and his fellow assistant manager accompanied him. Pathetic behaviour. Someone please look into it.
Very pathetic restaurant and the staff was very rude and abusive. Rahul jain the manager of this restaurant started abusing and even said we will spit in your food. Untrained staff and pathetic service. Avoid visiting this restaurant. Rahul Jain I've never seen a dumb person like you.
I ordered Sukh Sagar delight. I like this specific item. It’s fully overloaded with fruits, dry fruits, different flavours of ice creams and cream. I have a normal appetite and if i go there to have dessert, I can’t finish 1 whole by myself. Yes, it’s pricey but totally worth it.
Sukh sagar juice is non-air conditioned. They serve a variety of fresh fruit juices, milkshakes, ice creams, desserts, sundae, fruits with ice cream, falooda, falooda kulfi, kulfi. They fruits and juices are fresh. They all look so fresh, pretty and colorful.
The first one is located between ideal palace and Belgian waffle. They are air conditioned and serve best vegetarian and Jain fast food. They have an upstairs and downstairs seating. You must have Pav bhaji, Idli chutney and dosas. Their nachos, masala pav are also yummy. They serve Mexican, Chinese, Italian, South Indian and Punjabi.
Sukh sagar a/c is full air conditioned with lesser seating. It is located behind the bus stop before Sukh sagar chemist and has the same food and experience as the first one.
Sukh sagar snacks is located before Ice Lab. They are non-air conditioned and have coupon system. They have a smaller menu but equally good food. They serve idli chutney, toast sandwich, pav bhaji, pizza and rice. Their idli chutney and pav bhaji is a must have here.
This place is specially for those with high standards and wo prefer hygiene type places. Cost of foods are too expensive.example. Pav bhaji is for 170+₹
One of the old hot spots of South Mumbai as located next to Chowpatty beach. Great Mumbai snacks available. Must try the pav bhaji. Id say its one of the best in Mumbai. The idli chutney is yum with an unlimited generous serving of chutney. They have a special Mumbai fried rice. Its so different but so yum. A must try. Its a fast food, so quick service too whether your sitting in or taking a takeaway. This is a veg place only.
Great pav bhaji spot located on Chowpatty. Pav Bhaji is served only after 11 AM everyday. The Pav is soft and well buttered, and the bhaji is flavorful with the right amount of spice (not too tangy either). They also have good dosas. The lassi is a great too! For some reason - they don't serve chai. The service was quick, but not the friendliest.
It is a small, non a/c, vegetarian restaurant. The steam idlis are a must have over here. They are served piping hot with coconut chutney and no sambhar. Though u get an unlimited supply of chutney! Their USP is quick service! Very crowded during the evenings specially on holidays and weekends. Their pavbhaji and pizzas are also popular.
Best place for snack, I love the idli chatani. I can say this is the best idli chatani all over the world. Other than the pizzas are also good. Overall all best place near Girgoan Choupati.
Nothing can beat the taste of Pav bhaji on Chowpatty other then this place. Our whole family is big fan of the place. This time again it was for pav bhaji and Veg. Fried rice. That same amazing taste. Quick service, lovely hospitality. Perfect ambience and courteous staff. Good Covid hygiene. Close to beach and station. Best to find North Indian, south indian Chinese and all street food under one roof at affordable cost.
No dout as everyone's knows it's very famous for Idli and specially adding on top coconut chutni it's so delicious there are other dishes too of pizza pav bhaji but mine most fav is idli do visit
Had their pav bhaji, was very tasty. They have varieties in their Pav bhaji. They’re heat in Indian food, not so great in chinese food. Most probably avoid having indo chinese food in Pure Veg Restaurants.
Over rated place for sure! The food there is just as good as your local south indian restaurant in your vicinity. The food is good but the geographic location of the restaurant is one of the worse in whole mumbai like right next to Chowpatty so if you don't have a vehicle it's going to be easy for you. Be specific w your order they would miss out on small things and it will hamper your experience as they gave me starters w some sauces missing
I've been visiting this place since I've a kid and the food quality has not changed a bit since then. The serve the same dishes and not much difference in the price. Absolutely love the quick service. I really do wish they had a seating arrangement for a larger crowd.
One of the best in terms of value for money. North Indian, south indian, Chinese, Italian, mexican cuisines served here. Taste is good. I recommend this restaurant. Must try dishes are pav bhaji, cheesy nachos, and dosas.
Great place for food lovers near girgaum chapati well known place of mumbai good quality food available at their store hygienic variety of dishes at a reasonable price their south Indian food and pav bhaji are one of the best dishes at their store
It's idli is one the best in mumbai. North indian food is also good and tasty. The staff is nice and knowledgeable. Service is prompt. Overall a good place to have break fast, lunch or dinner.
On really very ideal location, just opp to Chopati, but service was so poor, kill our 2 hours just to serve Lasagna, even only garlic bread took 30 minutes to serve. Waiting kills your desire to eat or left one frustrated. Big no to this restaurant.
Very good fast food restaurant, good south indian and north indian dishes. Very good jain pav bhaji. Instruct them about your taste preferences like Jain, spice variations. Entire restaurant is air conditioned, service could be slow since it's always crowded during peak hours. There is no parking outside, hence one needs to park in nearby parking areas. Has clean rest room.
Quality and taste of food is consistent over the years and the staff is friendly. Overall Ambience is good and Idli Chutney, Different types of Sundae Ice Creams are must try dishes.
The worst experience i have ever had there was no charging point available saying we don't have. The captain was so rude asking like aur kuch aur kuch bas itna was working like totally unprofessional and then I was informed if you want to order roti let us know as we will not accept later and finally when I ordered jeera rice its was not cooked properly I ask them to check they were like its proper you might not know how to cook.will never go and recommend anyone for this unprofessional pathetic restaurant.

The best place for late night food and quick snack Must order Idli Masala Pav Pav bhaji Royal Falooda Veg Pizza Pink pasta And a range of juices and mocktails
It's an Iconic restaurant in the south Mumbai area. It's known for its Pav bhaji, local style juices. But it serves one of the best Idli Chutney in town.
It has 3 different restaurants (all in a row almost) giving you options of enjoying Punjabi, Mughlai, to street style, to desi style continental food dishes.
Surprisingly the menu had Italian Well.was contemplating The well known dishes ie steam idli - pav bhaji Or the newer ones The batsman in me prompted me to take the big hit.let's take a calculated approach The gamble paid off The italian food was a good break to the typical monotony They tried to make it as close as possible I liked and it's for you to choose.
Good place to have food. Food tastes good, service is quick and the ambience is also good. The best part is they have huge variety, be it Pav-bhaji, South Indian, North Indian, Chinese, Mexican, sizzlers, Pizza n sandwiches except Maharashtrian.
The food is good but the prices are very high. One glass anar juice costs Rs. 320/- It used to be a friendly neighborhood restaurant. The ambience is still like that but the rates are like some posh restaurant. Check the bill for details
Just loved the restaurent, food is fantastic, taste is too good, quantity is good!
Best to try- veg handi briyani, garlic naan, veg kolapuri! All were good. Though they have too much crowd almost every evening because its a pure veg restaurent so its always full, yet they taste best! Worth the wait! No pictures in this post but believe me, go ahead for above said dishes, you will love it!
It's a good veg hotel, good to try dishes are pav bhaji, sizzlers, Punjabi. Very expensive for juices and shakes. Over all rating I would give 3 just because of irrelevant prices for the drinks given
Had slow service but the food asusual was amazing, idli chutney is what sukh sagar is known for and it has maintained the same taste since so many years. Must visit!
As my college is out of Mumbai I keep traveling back and forth a couple of times. And every time I come back, visiting this place is one of my agenda. This place offers a wide variety of dishes to choose from, however Pav Bhaji is my personal favorite. The fresh and soft idle with chutney is must try for South Indian food lovers. The Chinese dishes aren't one of their best preparations however they are worth giving a try. The fresh juices are can be a great drink. And I would suggest you to go with the seasonal fruits.
If there would have been a 0 star I would have given it. Because of their bad service and bad food taste. There are better places to not spoil your Food Mood in that area.
The best restaurant in Mumbai for original Mumbai food such as Pav Bhaji and Sandwiches. Their south Indian menu has improved dramatically off late. Dry fruit Falood is a must try. Service is a little slow, but I guess good food takes time to prepare.
A veteran vegetarian restaurant with ample of options to choose from. Known basically for its South Indian variety, the restaurant specialises in dosas and idlis. Apart from these, the pav bhaji is also known. There are a lot of jain options available too. Slightly expensive but definitely worth trying.
A really great restaurant at Chowpatty. The meals are really nicely done. Be it south Indian, Punjabi, Italian, they are all best. Pav bhaji is also amazing. The service is actually amazing. A really recommended place to go out with family/friends. Parking could be a problem here, so try to manage without a car.
It's a Udupi restaurant that caters very well to the Guju Pallette. Based at Chowpatty, you can enjoy a meal after a boat to the beach. One thing I found very strange is they don't serve filter coffee as you would expect in a typical Udupi place. They serve Nescafe which was a dampner.
Very hyped fast food outlet for Idli and Pav Bhaji. Pavs are much smaller in size and you will be forced to get more. Idli is also ordinary in taste. The only good part is desi style pizza.
It is really famous for their idli chutney serving and pav bhaji. Idlis are really good which justelt in your mouth. They also have a restaurant serving proper Punjabi food, which is also really good.
We actually took parcel from here. Our group set at Chowpatty and we took parcel from here. As always pav bhaji, pizza and idli are best option to get from here. It was very quick and test was superb. Staff also was good as they provided us some extra paper plates tissues and spoons. Thanks to them.
If searching for good food near Gurgaon chaupati then its a good option.food wont disappoint you but the service will for sure. Like ok food with ok ambiance.
Located close to Girgaon Chowpatty, this is an old place and has been serving since long. They have a fast food point for a quick grab, a juice and falooda point and an AC dine-in area. Food is tasty. Though their pizza is made in Indian style, I was surprised to find it very tasty and cheesy. And the other USP of them is their fresh fruit juices, falooda and sweet dishes.
