Just avoid this disastrous hotel. This is definitely not a 3-star hotel. Tough getting in due to export processing zone restrictions, had to wait for 20-30 mins for one of their employees to come to the entrance of the SEZ to escort us inside. The AC was set at 16 but the temperature was nothing less than 25 in the room. Mosquitoes inside the room made sleep impossible. Floor and tiles in the bathroom were broken. Water in the shower doesn’t come if you lift the hand shower over the head. The Internet didn’t work. The flush tank was not working properly.
It's situated in the SEEPZ premises. It's a secured area and needs a pass to enter the main gates. The hotel provides the pass on arrival and you are unable to take your vehicle in at day time. Book only if you have no other option and only if you have some work in SEEPZ, Andheri East itself.
Visted recently in Nov 22, but no hot water supply in morning. The same issue happened before COVID Also. And before COVID airport drop facility provided free of cost and now charged extra rs 500/-.
Stayed for two days. A 3* facility. Located inside SEEPZ. Hence special hotel pass is required for entry and exit. Outside vehicles not permitted inside. Arome restaurant facility available.
Originally the booking was for Townhouse OAK Suncity Premiere but when reached the place it was called Hotel Suncity which was super weird. We had to reach Seepz Gate No. 3 and then wait for a gate pass made which was good in terms of safety. However being a biz hotel it was poorly maintained. The only thing working in the room was the AC with dead batteries in the remote. TV remotes dead, set top box never worked, The mini fridge did not work due to some tripped wiring connection. The worst part was no Wi-Fi stable connectivity and the speed was not even 1 MBPS to do any kind of work. How do you maintain a biz hotel with no proper internet that would allow some work. The food for okay but the breakfast was horrible never getting a toasted sandwich again.
In terms of cleanliness that was another horror the space below the bed was filled dust, cob webs, eaten lays wrappers and a total breeding ground for germs and insects. The window leaked when it rained heavily and the room service was pathetic too. I am not sure if they were under staffed but had to make at least 5-10 calls to get 1 thing. Ordering couple of hours is a good idea because that is the time they will take to get it for you. They ensure that you feel famished so the over priced meal starts to look tasty.
OYO this was a really disappointing tie up. I hope you guys can do better considering this feedback. Never choosing this place again and warning others so they do not go through such a traumatic experience.
In Covid season, nothing was there for customers are staying in isolations. We have stay four days (26th to 29th) last month at hotel, no body come to check temperatures, no sanitization of our luggages while checking inn, tea/ coffee, dairy milk pouches were provided of expired dates, only the lower staffs i.e. Room service staffs were good in their services, foods were also okay, but the every small efforts in services are making to any hotel as a star graded hotels. Management's should improve the quality of services to get back the good reviews and the feedbacks, which will attract future customers.
It's nice place to spend time after office hours. Food quality, taste and variety is really nice. The only problem is lead time for delivery is quit high so need to mange time particularly in breaks. Sue to lockdown effect currently limited options are available but still it's worth to visit.
Buffet breakfast was a bit so great experience. Meduvada took exactly 17 minutes to arrive after one batch was exhausted. Crockery n cutlery is shabby and unclean. Buffet lunch with 2 non veg dishes and both had chicken with similar gravies. Access is also complicated issue of gate pass, multiple security checks etc. Avoidable since there are better alternatives available

The staff is really great and helpful. They made the stay better. That being said the beds were very stiff and not as comfortable. The WiFi was also very patchy.
Service is poor & further quality is deteriorating. Avoid as you as customer is not the king here. Had few consecutive bad experiences & now its total NO NO place to have food.
