Hotel The Sky Court

I had a good experience living in this hotel. The location is very convenient, just 5 min walk from the station. The rooms and washroom were neat and clean. We were even provided with cloak room facility for keeping our luggage, since our checkout was a bit early. I think most of the bad reviews fail to see that it is a budget hotel. For the price range, I would say the hotel was up to the mark.

The services is problematic.
1. Booking is chaotic. To beginning with, they rejected our booking from easemytrip with nonsense reason which is they didn’t receive anything from the booking agency. But people from booking agency told us that the hotel is the one who rejected the booking while the bank confirmed that we had been charged. So we have to pay for new booking directly with the hotel.
2. The toilet is dirty. Bed sheet is old and seem not to be changed at all.
3. The next confusing is breakfast, if you check with the staffs to know whether breakfast includes or not, every single of them, would give you different answers. And to be sure, we had to go for the breakfast in early morning to know that we had to pay extra for breakfast.
4. Not only check in, check out is problematic too. They don’t accept either visa or master or any international cards (despite within our 2 weeks in India till now, we use our cards without any problems). So we want to pay by US dollars, they said no, we had to go and find money exchange shop outside, but nothing opens yet before 9am.

To sum up about the hotel, the location is good, 2 mins away from the train station. The hotel facilities used to be good I guess, but need to serious improve with cleaning and maintenance jobs, especially the toilet. Top note, just walk in, booking agencies doesn’t work and only make you double pay. And finally, cash yourself up, visa and master don’t work!

Service and Location is good. Rooms were also good. However the equipments like AC, Television were not up to the mark. All equipments, wall paintings, bathroom accessories were wearing out due to lack of maintenance and repairs.

The hotel's advantage is only being close to the Railway station. The rooms are small and not clean. If you need extra bedding, would not recommend staying here as the room does not have enough space. Bedsheets were used ones and were changed on request. The AC was not effective. The bathroom had water leaking from the washbasin and the jet. No towel rack in the bathroom and the towels were kept on the slab above the toilet seat. The staff is young, friendly and were responding to requests. All room service for food was to be paid immediately in cash.

Location wise very good, rooms are pretty small but equipped with coffee maker and other basic amenities. Complementary breakfast has limited options but ok.they have a long corridor for walkers.the only problem is lift, got stuck in pitch dark for almost 5 minutes till the generator started.
Food is priced higher for the quantity.

Located next to Aurangabad railway station. Rooms are clean and staff is helpful. Breakfast had less option but was tasty.

They will also help you book cab for Aurangabad sightseeing.

Pathetic rooms with poor facilities like broken toilet. Rooms were too small. We were not informed about parking facility and had to park on road.

Very poor services, not well maintained. Bedsheets have stains, toilets have small cockroaches.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! As you can see in the photos, it is a very bad untidy hotel. Service is not proper, they charge a lot more than what they can give. Front office staff is super slow. All bed sheets which asked to change where used and not given to laundry. All linen had dirty spots in them. Bath towels also were dirty and very old. Hotel has not maintained inventory of any item used since they opened the hotel it seemed. Manager not in hotel. Staff is well spoken but that is of no use at all when they cannot provide customers with anything.

The only good part about this hotel is the location. It is just opposite Aurangabad railway station. Service was very poor, for everything you have follow up twice. Toilet flush & AC not working. Rooms not cleaned properly.

Swiggy and Zomato are allowed.

Hotel is ok. One Two day stay is ok. Seperate food court and bar. Room size is also OK. Restaurant is having limited sitting area. One thing like is they have outside sitting area and roadside rooms having balcony. Food menu and liquor little expensive. Better to eat near by area which is good food and less expensive.

The location is bang opposite Railway station.the food was decent enough.the rates are a bit on higher side but our discount coupons helped.the service needs a load of improvment.even basic items like glasses, napkins etc provided only after request.
