Hyatt Centric Juhu Mumbai

Amazing hotel and best or prime location.well-maintained. Overall, a truly exceptional and luxurious stay. Highly recommend! Love to stay here and food was amazing

The staff was amazing here! The experience for our 3 stay was great- the service was unlike any other country we have travelled to! Mahendra outdid, Carlin, renuka, tejal and all the other names I forgot of the service staff and all the managers were truly exceptional!

Great stay at Hyatt as always. Great location right opposite Juhu Beach. This is a smaller hotel but service was excellent. Specially from Anindita, Lenus and Sagar, you are doing a great job!

Its oposite to Juhu beach. Easy accesible to nearest shopping area. Service is very nice.wide spread of buffet Breakfast options.

I had a wonderful experience at the Hyatt Centric, Mumbai.  The rooms were clean, pleasant and very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. Thanks to Mr. Nitin, Ms. Falguni and everyone at the reception. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable.  Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to check-in, and housekeeping staff, was delightful and eager to help!  Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied.  Special mention to Ms. Anindita for the great hospitality at the breakfast table for all 4 days. Thanks to Mr. Govind, Mr. Sagar and Mr. Vaibhav they made sure everything is served to us on the table. Thanks to Chef Ms. Priya for the yummy cake she baked for my daughter's 5th birthday.  It was beautiful and delightful to look at.  I appreciate how much time she put into decoration.  The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful.  That impressed me the most.   I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Juhu, Mumbai.

We hosted our baby shower here and had some outstation guests stay here. The entire experience was made special by the staff and the service was brilliant.
The hotel does have some teething issues but you can overlook them at the service more than covers up for it

Juhu Tara Sutaria Road has a great branded new place finally! Its wonderful to know that MNC hotel brands find India to be a growth destination. It will lead to better services, superior hygiene, greater security & more aesthetic restaurants & hotels. Soya milk coffee & great salads available

Visited Mumbai for shopping for my son’s wedding for a quick 3 day trip.

Excellent location. Just 20 steps from Juhu beach across the road.
Rooms are small but very clean and perfect for short stays if you are flying in or out from Mumbai airport

The hotel itself is great.
More specifically our experience at breakfast each morning has been amazing. The food is lovely, and the staff couldn’t be more helpful and accommodating. A special mention for Anin Dita, Kirdhi who have made our experience here at the hotel an unforgettable one. They have both personally helped us choose and explain the India breakfast options and have even ensured our favourites will be made by the kitchen on request. We also had a beautiful cake gifted to us one morning.
So thank you both so much for your hospitality you are a credit to the hotel!

Hyatt Centric, a brand-new hotel in Juhu.
Everything was great and smooth, from check in to check out. Security guards were extremely helpful. Beautiful receptionist NEHA was an excellent host. We reserved two rooms, but only one was available after 15-20 minutes, during which NEHA accompanied us; this is known as HYATT hospitality.
GOVIND was a great personality, who was there in the bar. He is adorable, professional, and excellent at hospitality. Had breakfast and dinner down there, the food was really good.
Hyatt never lets me down.

Lacks service experience and the food is okay.customer service needs to get really upgraded. Not a good experience.will try and avoid being here.

Good variety and quality of food at Sesame. Very sweet and thoughtful of the staff to provide a complimentary and delicious Strawberry Cheesecake on the occasion of my father’s birthday. A special mention to Mr. Sanukrishnan at Sesame for the wonderful service. A great experience overall, looking forward to come back to Hyatt Centric and Sesame really soon!

Room was excellent and well appointed. Service was also great as usual with Hyatt. Unfortunately the hotel is on the airport takeoff/landing path and the windows are not soundproofed enough to eliminate the inevitable constant intermittent noise. Hence 4/5.

Lenus and Rahul were absolutely warm and on point with all the suggestions and service, good experience

Went for breakfast. Returned absolutely happy and satisfied. Staff is very warm and friendly. Especially Mr. Kirthi Shetty, Anandita, Sagar and Chef Ravi (yummy dosa). Will keep coming back to this place as long as I get this kind of service.

Part brand of Hyatt but not big hotel but nice and cosy rooms are quite big compared to other hotels

Amazing breakfast every morning! Anindita, Sagar, and Amitava all made sure that we had everything we wanted and gave us amazing service! Such friendly staff
Beautiful clean room, with an amazing housekeeping staff that cleaned everyday and checked in on us to make that we had water and snacks

The location is excellent across the Juhu beach. However, the rooms are extremely small and the lobby and reception area is quite cluttered and claustrophobic. The breakfast is not great and has less options and slow service. However, the hotel is overall a great day for a quick business traveller, with chic modern amenities.

I had attended Unimo Sundowner event
The place was superb with direct sunset view. The vibrations of the place were so positive, with good service n yummy food

Last night we went to restaurants and bar at hotel we ordered one beer it was not that cold but I said fine then we ordered one soup tomato/basil it was like a water when we said how this soup like so liquid they said this soup comes like this only we ordered paneer tikka and club it was below below average.never visit again
