Tasteless food. Desserts pathetic. I went there with my team of 15-16 people and all of us had same feeling. In overall buffet only one starter of chicken was good rest all were literally tasteless.
We went for the dinner only at their restaurant.the dinner was very basic even the chapatis were so bad.the food was plain.if you remove the name Hyatt from the restaurant experience it is below average.
I had an exceptional stay at the Hyatt Place Pune Hinjewadi with my family, including my wife and child, and I must say it was truly amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the impeccable service and the quality of our experience.
Our room was not only nice but also meticulously neat and hygienic. The attention to cleanliness was evident throughout the hotel, which is especially important during these times.
What truly set our stay apart was the incredible amenities for families. My child had a fantastic time in the play area and the swimming pool. These facilities were not only well-maintained but also designed to keep guests, especially families, entertained and happy.
Now, let me highlight the food – it was nothing short of amazing. Special thanks to Kuldeep, Chef Ravi, and Ashok, who made our dining experience truly delightful. The culinary creations by Chef Ravi were superb, and we thoroughly enjoyed every meal.
I must acknowledge the outstanding efforts of the hotel manager, Moin. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and hassle-free. His dedication and attentiveness made a significant difference, and we truly appreciate his hospitality.
The entire staff at the Hyatt Place Pune Hinjewadi was fantastic, and our overall experience was nothing short of exceptional. We formed a warm and lasting bond with Moin, who even surprised us with a thoughtful gift for our child, along with cookies and cake. These personal touches added a special touch to our stay.

Fantastic room, very good and prompt service and location was perfect, closest to the highway to reach the expressway but very far from other places like Phoenix Mall, Pune's largest mall.
Such a waste of time it is! Hotel took the booking from mmt and when we left for the hotel we received a call stating "due to some unforeseen reasons we can not proceed with your reservation and please cancel it from your side". Seriously? This hotel wasted our time as well as weekend plans. Not at all acceptable as the hotel did not even show a courtesy to forward our call to the correct person. People, if you are reading this then please do not waste your time booking for this hotel.
Excellent service. Rooms are nice & comfortable. Customer care executives, Ms Riddhi & Siddhi were very polite and helpful. Highly recommended for stay.
Had tried buffet once and employee asked more price than actual cost which is for others. Unethical employees. Did not return the Chande and cost for other customer was different. Greedy and unethical staff.
Stayed at this hotel for a night for the second time. Being a hyatt property, it is quite good in all the basic amenities and rooms are good, though not very spacious as compared to the real estate space that you get in Delhi NCR. But ok according to Mumbai Pune real estate standards.
Great Place to relax. The staff there is also very humble, polite and very helpful. Mr Hemant on very short notice arranged a cake for my wife’s Birthday; apart from that in restaurant Head Chef Ms Priyanka was taking care of every in house guest. I was bored with buffet menu in view of same I requested Ms Priyanka to make something different out of the menu upon which she promptly agreed and made couple of things which were very tasty. I have been staying in this property regularly for the past few years. I love the ambience and the calmness here. The staff is very courteous and makes sure people are comfortable. The breakfast menu is great, excellent wifi, room service, cleanliness, large room size etc. I will always choose to stay at this property in the future too.

Had an extremely comfortable stay at the hotel considering the current times. The staff is extremely cooperative and courteous. Food from their Restaurants Italian affair and the 24/7 Cafe is great too & would definitely recommend the Quattro Formaggi pizza.

Good place to stay. Staff, including manager, very friendly and willing to travel the extra mile. But basement parking and no valet. Though lower grade than the one at Nagar Road, but price points are similar. Something that needs to be looked into.
Visited here for a family function, stayed here for 2 days. The hotel is located in Hinjewadi and surrounded by IT offices. The room was nice with 2 single beds, a sofa and a work desk. The wash room was spacious. The hotel staff is nice and polite. They have a big dining area, the breakfast was excellent, with many varieties of dishes. A good hotel to stay if your nearby Hinjewadi area.
Disappointed. Lots of confusing staff at reception. Too much strict with check in and check out time even if you booked hotel for wedding. Room service is good but slow.
We booked this venue for Wedding purpose but the service provided is not at all worth it. The hotel is possibly suited only for corporate events and not weddings. I say this because the service expected is not upto the mark. We were there for 3 days but there was absolutely no service provided to us. No room cleaning, no water bottles, no house keeping service for 3 whole days. We had to call the housekeeping multiple times just for a simple request. No towels were changed. The bedsheets were not replenished. Nothing. In top of this, the on duty Operations Manager was very very rude. Using veiled sarcastic comments while speaking to guests, passing personal remarks, speaking in loud and aggressive tone and not at all ready to listen are few of the challenges we faced with the Operations Manager at this property. There have been instance when we were told by the housekeeping team that there is no need for blankets and bedsheets since the room has been sanitized and we can directly sleep on the mattress. We likely had to struggle to get extra blanket and bedsheet for the third person since we had booked triple occupancy rooms. Go to this property only if you want to spoil your event.
