Hyatt Pune

It was a corporate event. Food quality was good. However there was a long queue to take food and desert for approx 200 people. Being a rich hotel this should have been managed better

The Hotel is very good. The stay was very comfortable. Food options are very good. Mr Raja was very polite and helpful throughout our stay.

Very best place to visit for lunch or dinner. Too much variety of food is available here and service is also very good.

Valet parking service can be improved. Hotel entrance has small corridor causes congestion.

Other services are okay. Manpower, staff seems to be a shortage. For the event I attended food was not served on time.

Lovely experience, awesome service and stay with family. Liked the swimming pool, excellent service by Hyatt.

The hotel is situated on a busy main road of yerawada. It's quiet inside, but the moment you open the windows you'll feel the chaos. Food was okay at Cafe 80. Service was good. I liked the overall ambiance at the cafe. Few items in the healthy starters section didn't feel fresh at all (unpleasant smell was coming), in terms of variety of deserts, it was limited.

The hotel was fantastic! The rooms were clean and comfortable, with modern amenities. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. The location was great, close to attractions and public transportation. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious, offering a variety of options. The facilities, such as the gym and pool, were well-maintained and enjoyable. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Great experience, I stayed recently for 5 nights. The room was very clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly.

Simply fab hotel. However their restaurant is very slow and they should really work on staff training and even the food taste

A good property with good ambience and cooperative staff. Gym facilities are good. Here Gym instructor was very good and helpful. He takes personal interest in physical training of everyone.

One of the worst places to stay in Pune. The rooms are below power and when is comes to food option and taste it's just limited.
A wrong choice to stay when you have some good options in Pune.

We went there for office party with limited people's and we have experienced awesome hospitality services by Hyatt.
The staff and the services provided by them are just good and must visit for luxurious hospitality and best restaurant and Bar
They provide indore games as well to spend time well.

Commendable staff right from checkin desk to restaurant to janitors. Rest revolves around this.kudos to hyatt.

Giving an extra star purely for the staff who are very warm n pleasant.

Everything else is strictly 2's.
Pro's:
- located in the heart of the city making everything extremely accessible
- spa is nice
- pet friendly

Con's:
- Rooms are SMALL (could get bigger rooms on Oyo tbh)
- in-room lighting is really poor, not even one bright/white light in the room. Rooms feel claustrophobic at night
- food is expensive but very average including the breakfast buffet
- in-room service can be very slow at times and had a very poor experience with the morning tea (had a strong burnt milk smell/taste)

All in all didn't feel worth it.

Nice hotel with great courteous staff. Missed out on one star as the rooms were a bit less spacious and had only one charging point using indian specifications charger as forgot to carry an adaptor. Otherwise a comfortable luxurious experience.

Near Aga Khan palace. The service is good and all the staff is helpful everyone does their work properly. There are a lot of delicious food options. There are rooms for stay and halls for functions. For car parking you have to give them keys as they will park your car and you will get a ticket which is to be shown when going. Since there's a lot of road construction going on nearby you might have to check the route as maps is not showing right.

Such well behaved staff and their warm care supersedes every amenities that a hotel has.
Loved the way the entire staff take care and make you feel special all the time.

Stayed for a week. Good rooms and excellent service. Food was good with a variety of items for breakfast, lunch and dinner. This was my 2nd stay and it just gets better. Will visit again.

However, food taste (especially meals other than breakfast) was pretty average than expected for a 5-star property.

The shower water was smelling bad, seems like treated or processed water, but smells odd
Secondly mosquitoes in the lift and lobby
Cakes, pastries, muffin for breakfast, didn't appear fresh. Room was tiny n bit cramped, tv had lot of free to air channels, but no HD channels, quite strange. AC ducts have dust accumulated, please have them cleaned

Worst Experience Ever. I went there to have Coffee With My Friend and Have to Business casual talk.but from Fishbowl restaurant Manager Name Gautam Kunal is so Arrogant and Don’t Have Manners to talk With Guest. And Another Person From Assistant Manger Name Palash is also Don’t have Etiquettes. While Talking He was disturbing a lot. Because of them We left everything and we didn’t had coffee also. I am not going to recommend To anyone. Pyathyatic Service ever in life

Great facilities, but food and services should be better. But overall staying experience is amazing.

The stay was so relaxing! Cleanliness maintained. And the over all food was just amazing! Staff was very friendly and helpful and amazing! Very satisfied and happy!

My experience was overwhelmingly positive.
Specially ur front office staff Elroy & team along are Doing excellent job, wonderful team work with a smile & nice fountain ambience in the lobby.

In f&b food quality n Service is outstanding,
Swapnil doing A+ job in d restaurant along with his team members & Aarti in IRD was really helpful.
Most importantly ur Chef Bhavik Patel on live counter is working really hard n made a crazy Punjabi omlette according to my choices n taste which is extremely fantastic & fav dish in the breakfast.

Lastly I want to also appreciate Shinning stars of the property thts ur Entire HK staff specially kiran, Entire team is working perfectly in every aspects. I would like to rate full marks for Room decor along with hygiene and laundry service provided by Sandip.

The only thing missing in action is ur paradise Swimming pool due to restrictions but really looking forward to reopen it soon by management otherwise the entire team is really working hard, keep spreading the same level of hospitality.

Very Comfortable place, room are of good size for couple to stay, Buffet breakfast & Dinner was good with lots of varieties, Swimming pool was closed due to govt restrictions, but gym and spa was open (I did not use it)

The Property is very well managed. The rooms are really comfy and the complete staff is very polite and friendly. The food and the buffet are also nice!

I got gift card for 1kg cake from hyatt pune kalyani nagar. I cant count down how much time i called. They are not picking up call. Worst service. If u are not interested then u shld not give us gift card.

Hi. I visited the hotel just 2 days back for work trip. It's such a nice place to visit. Staff is soooo sweet.rooms and amazingly neat and have everything you need. Food is simply delicious with a lot of variety. And the view from the top is just an icing on the cake.

Loved the new look of FishBowl at Hyatt Pune. The place has always been a great lounging hangout place. The view is beautiful too. It's great for parties as well.

Had one of the most amazing stay & loved every bit of it. Especially the asian food which was beyond words. A must try for sure️️

It's a continuous experience, I am still resident of your hotel and there is no improvement on service at all.
1. The luggage bag was damaged by concierge which isn't resolved by anyone.
2. The AC are not cooling, someone came to check and left with no resolution.
3. Food taste was still bad for day 2 also.
4. The room booked is premium garden room where garden is not at all maintained.
5. There r no food arrangements for Driver. We were told that driver can book some OYO property and stay. If we were looking for such places then why would we try to stay in a safe property like your in this covid situation. Then they offered dormitory for driver which was option available but was not offered at initial stage. But still breakfast isn't offered to the driver.

Great place to stay and very close to airport. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Bed and Breakfast package is really good option.
Breakfast is full feast with many varieties. Wifi and other amenities are excellent.

The food was excellent. We especially enjoyed the Conti food. The spaghetti was a huge hit with my kids. Breakfast was excellent, kids enjoyed the pancakes and English bfast. The pool is well maintained. The staff is excellent. When we were out they left cupcakes and pastries in our room for the kids as a treat.

The most amazing stay possible. If you are traveling with a pet this is the property to stay at. They are exceptionally welcoming.in addition to the staff at the apartments, The restaurant staff was very helpful. They encouraged us to …The staff are great. It's in a nice part of town. There are three restaurants, a fitness centre, a sauna and a large deck, as well as some lovely gardens. The food at the restaurants is great, with Indian, east Asian and Italian options, though they do not know what a lemon, lime and bitters is.
The rooms are good too, big, clean, nicely appointed and overly effective aircon.
Free wifi, they have the usual room service, laundry and dry cleaning, car and driver hire etc.
I wish they'd paid a bit more attention to detail when finishing it; there's paint drips on the marble and fittings are either not sitting straight or had been installed several times judging by the grout.
A footpath out the front would have been nice, too.

Great place to spend the weekend. The pools are really awesome, also the spa is very soothing. All the staff are very kind in nature.

Poor quality rooms, small, stuffy and smelly, booked a pool view room but given a small no view room, extremely disappointing stay, book the main Hyatt at viman Nagar or another hotel, this is not worth it at all, better to book an oyo

The room that I stayed was extremely small like a contraption. Very unlikely of other Hyatt properties. The staff are just Ok nothing more than that

Good place for hosting seminars and workshops because of it proximity to the IT shops in viman nagar, Kalyani nagar and yerawada. The food is good. If you are lucky you may get rewarded with a worm in your salad:)

This Hyatt is located near Agakhan palace on Nagar road. A good place for corporate events and family functions such as weddings etc. They have all categories of accommodation you can find on their web site. They have a separate places for events with adjacent out door terraces for outdoor activities. Food here is very good in terms of quality and hygiene. They have got several packages and deals for accommodations and events. Wallet parking is available. Overall a good place to stay.

I went here for a bisiness meet and it was a truly business class hotel. 100% Business class hotel. My client and i had a nice coffee at the coffee bar and the piano artist was very entertaining.

I visited in an event in Eqiq on april1st we had amazing foodand service here. Chef Vinod was outstanding.kudos to him, he had given personalised service and taken good care of us.

Nice vibes, amazing food and quality, kind and friendly staff. The rooms are also comfortable and clean.

Rooms are neat and well maintained. Swimming pool area is nice. Hospitality was also fine. Enough options provided in the complementary breakfast. Location is near to airport.

Could have been a 5 star review but just didn't like the fact that we had to carry our own luggage to our room. Even during checkout, no one came to carry our luggage. The dinner at FishBowl could have been better. The gym and pool both were awesome. Holiday activity centre should be setup in the infrastructure somewhere to include activities like carrom, snooker and chess. Table tennis was the only indoor activity I could find and that too was installed on the lobby of first floor. Breakfast was quite delicious which covered a variety of different items.

Had a very bad experience in Hyatt Pune. It all started when we arrived at reception. The receptionist just wanted us to leave the place asap because we had few queries. Sitting area near restaurant was full of mosquitoes and waiter never bother to put mosquito repellent. In-fact, when we were sitting there, nobody came to take our orders, we had to go and ask him to send somebody to take order. I felt if you are Indian they'll give you the worst room they have and will never entertain you after that. The biggest issue was room AC, it was running on 20 degree. When I changed it to 23 or 24 it was again going back to 20. We complaint about it but it never got resolved. Summary, if you are putting so much money to stay for 2-3 nights better to choose some other hotel.

It is what you would expect, especially if you spend a lot of time in hotels. If noises bother you make sure you are on the quiet side of the building. The breakfast is great when it is good and hot. Umm humm, love dem taters. Some day the buffet food was not prepared and displayed correctly. The heaters were off, cold food and the OJ was warm. The day before, the food was great. I just couldn't find ketchup.

This place has a 24hour fitness center and a nice balcony lounge area.

The most smallest room in the history of rooms + not so great food + no amenities. Worst experience.

Food is excellent! Room interiors are so-so, more like 3*. Apartment furniture is certainly NOT upto 5*. Dining room chairs are too bulky and heavy - not good for buffet. Service is v.v. Good - courteous and cheerful. Overall a great hotel - love the ambience!

Stayed there in 2011 for a day or two. No complaints at all, what can you say! Its Hyatt after all, great room service, lovely rooms with best of amenities. I can go on & on & on. ️

MORNING BREAKFAST WITH INDIAN AND INTERNATIONAL CUISINE IS LIKED BY ALMOST EVERYONE. GOOD FOOD, LARGE DINING HALL AND ATTENTIVE SERVICE ARE ADD ONS TO THE EXPERIENCE AND AMBIENCE OF THE ESTABLISHMENT.

Food is awesome, ambience is great. Only the table near the waterfall is too costly 10k, it does include unlimited food however a couple is not going to eat that much to pay for 10k. Otherwise good experience

Very hard working staff, managers are putting pressure over them for work.n the salary of staff is very less around 8-12k, n for trainee it's just 1k pm.its not joke it's serious
