Attended a seminar, which was organised by one of our OEM. Nice place, food is good and valet parking facility available.

Recently stayed at this place just because of the pet friendly apartments they have introduced but let me tell you frankly it was the most horrible stay I have ever stayed, it never felt like a 5*, would say lots of BNB are way way better than this one.
1. At the time of making a reservation it was never a clear one neither my queries were solved nor you can expect a call back as I think it’s not a SOP.
2. While check In nor the Television, Iron, Few lights plus some Equipments were working.
3. It’s a Pet friendly place but expect no food, services, proper guidance by any of the staff, as some will tell you, you are allowed and after few minutes only they will deny.
4. There is no proper communication nor any SOP’s is set to give so called Hyatt’s guest a great experience if they have a Pet along.
5. Room service food portions are miniatures.
6. Just a money making place, without a good is far but a decent experience.

Visited this place during conference.
Food is good, halls are good, scope to improve service.

Worst service given tried to reach front desk on the number been displayed on the website no one is responding to the call tried reaching 5 times still there was no answer for the call.

Our stay at this hotel was a great experience! The staff were warm and welcoming, The room was spacious and tastefully decorated, with all the necessary amenities provided. We particularly enjoyed the exquisite dining options at the hotel, with a wide range of delicious dishes to choose from. The location was also ideal, with easy access to all the major attractions in the city. Highly recommend for a truly enjoyable stay

Extraordinary room with first class facility.
Value for money as it provide amenities like spa & massage, gym, pool, conference room, meeting area, as well as restaurant and bar. Breakfast was delicious.

The hotel's staff for their exceptional service, friendliness, and attentiveness. The hotel employees often went above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and comfortable during the stay.

Poor service on resolution to issues raised regarding health club membership. When things don't work, it takes months to fix and no response from the Spa manager despite complaining to manager.

Very good hotel near airport. We didn't stay here but visited for wedding. Nice lobby. Very good function hall. Nice ambiance and decoration. Food is good.ample parking place and valey parking facilities available. Overall experience is satisfactory.

Went here for a quick cocktail break at Single Malt & Co which turned out to be a wonderful experience. Ambience of the lounge makes you feel at peace while sipping those delicious liquors.
Cocktails quality was top notch. Service was good, although a little more promptness would be wonderful.
Would definitely visit again.

Hotels & their services are too good.
What I'm saying about this Brand, I've no words.

The hotel and staff is nice.
But when We stayed in apartments, surprisingly those do not have universal plug points, neither team was able provide us with universal adaptors.

Other than this issue, stay was very nice and pleasent food was very good

Was there for a wedding reception. The food was good but the buffet arrangement left much to improve.

Though I did not stay there, had a chance of relishing amazingly authentic and delicious breakfast along with one of my business associate staying at Hyatt.
Perfectly baked and smothered Butter Croissant, crisp and authentic South Indian Uttapa along with fresh chutney and fresh fruits made my day.
Must recommend place for tummy filling and yummy breakfast.

Recently visited and stayed 2 nights 3 days at this clean, hygienic and beautiful hotel in Pune, for business purpose but I really enjoyed my stay.

Wonderful decor, well lit and sound, very spacious and clean rooms, awesome reception, ample parking, friendly staff and quick service. Food was also very good.

Banquet hall is also very spacious and beautifully designed.

Must visit place for elegant, classy and comfortable stay, whenever in Pune.

I booked a Premium Suite to surprise my wife on her birthday.

The experience is awesome to be submerged in luxury they provide. Rooms are so amazing the the hospitality is so welcoming.

Bathroom is spacious and toiletries are good.
Bathtub is a tight fit for 6 foot person.
Breakfast is splendid. I would still say a step below fabulous. But on a Sunday expectation was a brunch.

One thing to be improved will be the timing of my cake delivery (which is the only reason to remove 1 in my rating). My request was to get the cake delivery at 12 midnight, but it got delivered at 3 in the afternoon. And the balloons at a different time. But yes the cake was so tasty.

The complimentary spa was really worth a trailer. (15min)

After the Grant Hayatt in Kochin, this is my second stay in Hayatt for leisure.
I really wish to book some other Hayat in future also.

The 5 star hotel didn’t have the wow factor.
I loved the breakfast buffet though, loads of options and really good. That’s really commendable.

- The 1Bedroom apartment we stayed in was neat but I would have preferred to be extremely clean.
- The bath area missed bath tub. Such a big room and no bathtub. But the overhead shower was great!
- The soap provided in the washroom has a very unpleasant smell, it needs to be better, please switch to a better brand.

- These days it’s pretty clear considering hygiene factors that water is indeed needed in toilets. Your hotel is in India and it needs to have both options - A faucet and tissue paper. It was indeed a hassle to clean up. When the world is slowly shifting towards better hygienic methods please refrain from following something just because that’s what certain developed countries do and this particular instance that’s extremely unhygienic.

Also I would need to have an option to not use valet. I am uncomfortable giving my car to anyone. So you need to give both options.

Overall experience was okay and good but not amazing.

The overall stay was okay. The swimming pool was closed but so were most of the restaurants, which is where things went wrong. If you want to have food, you'll need to order in room service, cause the menu is the same if you visit the restaurant. To put things in context, the restaurant "the cafe" is closed - where a simple Rajma Chawal used to cost 299 + taxes, now as per room service menu costs 675 + taxes. Not to mention the limited options you have on menu. The only option is to go for buffet, which is not what every individual would go for. So, all in all you have to pay extra even if you are visiting restaurant for food and you get limited options. I am not sure if youbcan order food from outside but that will be a much better option. Rest, the staff was polite and helpful but i do see a scope of improvement in services at times.

You'd get same experience or better at much lower price in other hotels.

Loved the Spa @Aarogya Hyatt Residency. A must visit for the spa lovers. Try out their Kundalini Spa and Karuna Kaya Spa. Do ask for Lucy who is an amazing therapist there!

We were here for the Rotary District 3131 Membership Conference and met with Kamal Sangi PRID after such a long period of time. It was such an amazing opportunity to meet so many district Rotarians and get three awards for the Rotary Kharghar Midtown.

Hyatt Regency is one of most beautiful 5 star hotel in Pune, it has good ambience and service.
I had coffee in conference break. Thanks to Hyatt team to provide proper inputs on our questions with happy, smiling faces.

Well managed and beautiful lobby.the buffet restaurant is right in the start of the lobby. The food was fantastic and staff was smiling, helpful and we'll groomed. Still it seems the staffing was less however the service was great. Rooms were clean and spacious. Housekeeping service was really good and always there to help and guide.

As the holy month of Ramdhan is almost come to an end with the beginning of day of Eid. On this special occasion Hyatt Regency brings up with great lavish feast prepared by culinary expert that bring out the best delectable delicacies to conclude the holy month of Ramdhan and to celebrate Eid with love ones that too deliver on the door steps following with safety protocol need in this current situation.

Menu seems to be pretty good as there were good options for vegetarian which is the best thing.

Now coming to the food,
From the appetizers Veg Shaami Kebab was good, moist and sure to make you fall in love with its flavor when it places in mouth. Highly recommended.

Bhuna Pyaaz ka Tawa Paneer was pretty decent the sweetness from the fried onion coated well on paneer with some of the spices. Taste wise its good but somewhere paneer become hard. Share the feedback to team. But can give try.

Mathania Mirch Murgh Tikka was totally awesome. Perfectly tenderize chicken tikka pieces absorbed the spicy marination well and cooked to perofection as can pricked with fingers. Taste was mild spicy with touch of yoghurt and charred flavor. Highly recommended for this.

Kalimirch ka Ghost was star appetizers for me, mutton was tenderized with peppery kick on it and slight gravy balance with some caramelised onion. Highly recommended to try this.

From the mains,
Gobi Musallam was on the mark but I feel Gobi should be charred or need little more marination. Gravy was awesome with thick creamy texture and the crunch of Gobi was retained. Can try for this.

Hyderabadi Haleem, something which make you fall in love with it as it was cooked to perfection, almost to creamy thick paste consistency. Can notify the presence of meat in each bites with goodness of the lentils and broken wheat. Undoubtedly, ghee makes everything better and same work here, can feel the presence of it. Somewhere little more of fried onion and fresh mint would make it more awesome. Certainly can give try to it.

From the rice,
Hyderabdi Ghost Biryani was on the mark. Biryani was flavorful with the spices and yoghurt cooked along with it. Pieces of mutton was tenderized with mild spicy touch on it. Each grain of rice was seprated and have the mild aromatic fragrance with slight notes of ghee feels on hand. The biryani which can be eat as it is no accompanied needed. But they serve Bhurani Raita along with it which was good. Highly recommended.

From the dessert, mandatory on Eid is Sheerkhurma. Sheerkhurma was totally awesome and touch to the heart. The best part I love is the thick vermicelli used and semi thick consistency of milk with khoya along with notes of dry fruit to make happy ending feast. Highly recommended for this.

I booked5star expecting good service not oktypes.

It's a great hotel situated very close to the airport. Rooms are big with a lot of natural light. Food served in room is very tasty. I found the hotel staff to be friendly and professional. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Hve been regular at Hyatt. This one at Pune is not on standards.
Consumables were of low grade.
Bathroom shower Iron were not working. Not recommended

Good hospitality, Very Good Venue for Marriages or any Formal / Informal event, peaceful. Also loved the rooms. Just need to improve a bit in Room Services.

We hosted our wedding at Hyatt Regency and it was a dream come true wedding. Hyatt was very cooperative of everything. Sanitisation and other protocols were followed perfectly. The entire event was very smooth. The venue was clean and service to the point. Food was completely Hyatt standards (superb).

Hyatt regency is located at the heart of the Pune city, sight of the interior is amazing, spacious room. Best thing about the hotel is the kitchen is open 24x7:) Staffs were helpful, prompt and always ready to assist. Food was on point.

This is a great property with huge rooms and great amenities. Breakfast also had quite a spread.
The front desk though is very disappointing. My room had complimentary airport transfers but they responded to my email too late that ended up me using my own transport. Then the room card did not work and I had to go back. The final nail in the coffin was when even after repeated reminders I was not sent the invoice on email.

Be careful if you are keeping your weddings here. As the general manager Thomas abraham will sure ruin it for you. As he made my most memorable day the worst ever.

Our group attended a new year party at Hyatt. In spite of paying a big amount for the event, the food was average. Also the crowd was rowdy and we had to witness a big fight on a new year. Very disappointed with the party.

I like the coffee and cake shop. Its very close to the airport which makes it my one of the most frequently visited place.

I have done many shows at this venue, Hyatt Is one of the best and finest Hotels, Everything about this venue is fantastic

This Hyatt regency Pune is very femous in the Pune. On the way location near to Pune Nager highway, ample of space available for the parking and located near to Pune airport and rail station. Nice location for the wedding, birthday, business meeting, seminar and etc. I like the food and all rooms are very nice with the nice interior.

I was there for a day for official meet, really good banquet hall with good facilities, good food & there was 1 guy named Suraj in banquet F&B services was too humble, gentle. Nice time spent in Hyatt. Thanks and continue doing the good job guys. Thanks to Suraj as well

The hotel is has nice interiors with some mild decorations. Three party hall is long and not that wide.

Not Good the Restaurant staff behaved very bad I ordered rava dosa with onion in it he bought the plain rava dosa when I ask there is no onions in it he abused with word “ he die if he eat with out onion “ in Hindi and I didn’t like the behaviour of entire hotel staff and rooms are not matching to the 5-star hotel no balcony no maintenance like they don’t change the shampoo or soaps after it is used I expected to have new soap because it’s 5-star at least they should keep new soaps along with old ones and the room premises are very bad smell with cigarette smoke and food varieties are not there I can not even think it’s 3- star hotel try some thing else not worthy.

I haven't been here at this place. I hope I should get a chance to visit such costly hotels, shops and location to give right and correct feedback which help you guys to make better decision about your plane. I wish I could go and visit each and every place, stay over there experience the services and give me my geniune feedback.

I have given 4 star for brand and 1star less because I have not been here. Actally I should not give my review and generally I don't give feedback for the place which I never visit. But considering certain points I will like to share my feedback on following things.

The hotel is exactly opposite to Wikfiled IT park. Opposite to MNC's like WNS, Mearsk and many other. So guest staying here will dont have to take pain of travelling. Its in to the centre location of major companies. From Duetch Bank in yerwada to ETON in EON IT park.

Located at 30 Min distance from Pune Railway station and Bus Stop and near to Pune Airport.

More over Phoniex Mall is also nearest to this place so people visiting outside India for thier business trip and want to get accomodation this location is right for you if your organization falls in this area.

Must visit high reach area to see Banglows of HNI's and weatlhiest people of India in Koregaon Park.

Nice ambience with spacious arrangements. I was there for a conference. Good audio visual arrangements and tables ware nicely arranged. Good snacks were served for munching and starters. Welcomed with excellent lemonade. After conference dinner arrangements were there which was delicious with all the variety available of Indian and continental. Both veg and non veg dishes were awesome and I had earlier experiences of conferences in which food served was of average quality. It was nicely concluded with delicious sweets which included gulabjam, ice-cream and cakes. Forgot to tell about fantastic valley parking who suggest you keep belonging s at appropriate places. Earlier every where I was carrying my laptop but here they suggested to keep laptop bag in dicky. Overall nice experience.

Got the one bedroom apartment. Super room for 2 adults with small kids. Amazing buffet. Super brunch.lovely indoor heated pool.good hospitality.coming back for more!

One of the best complementary breakfasts I had in any hotel. I could see nearly 200 options.wow.the staff is very courteous.rooms are very clean and attended daily. Has all facilities. Probably they should include the office pick and drop facility for the corporate guests.

Service from Hyatt Regency is on point. Although the valet service can be improved. The food is good too.

Service and room quality is top notch. Access to the EQ: IQ event center is easy and convenient if you are attending a conference on sight. The indoor pool is enough for fun but not exercise, and the gym is sufficient for whatever travel workout you need. The location is very close to the airport and several notable districts in Pune, although farther afield from the downtown and historical centers.
