The hotel Staff is very polite and courteous, especially Ms. HAIFA at reception is extremely helpful, humble & pro with her work.

Pathetic hotel. Flights have bigger bathroom than in rooms in this hotel. Very small rooms. Horrible service. Asked for a towel which never came. Don't serve alcohol in room and have to go down to their bar. Front desk associate was rude and not at all pleasant. They dont give you loyalty points if you book from 3rd party like agoda, etc. My first try at IBIS and will definitely will be last stay.

Ibis is located near Mumbai airport. Suitable for business travel. Rooms are small.reasonably well maintained. Place is hygienic. Room air conditioning not very effective especially in the night.room becomes stuffy and disturbs sleep.

Lounge is reasonably well decorated. Lobby space constrained. Parking facilities reasonable.

Food quality is reasonably good. Breakfast spread ok but repeatitive. Service slow. Reception staff slow in response. Calls go unanswered many a times. Customers have to request repeatedly for the assistance.
Place is expensive.not value for money.

However locational advantage needs to be kept in mind. Go for it if limited by choices.

No one in the reception is picking our call so stupid this is, how can someone book or get details before confirmation.

The hotel was good but the room was too small and sofacticated in fact two person can't sleep comfortably on the bed but yes it can me managed, breakfast was amazing and tasty and the service of staff was quick and responsive, and they also provide free airport shuttle service. Lastly one thing which I disliked is that they don't have any bell boy service it means that you have to carry your luggage all way to your room no matter how many bags you carry it was disappointing that a 3 star hotel near airport is not offering such services.

At the check in time 10: 30 they are not given breakfast

I had my engagement guest staying over at ibis mumbai and the entire staff was very helpful and cordial.
Everything was stress free right from check in, room service and food.
The rooms were neat and tidy.
The food was exceptionally great.
A special mention to Sanjit Shinde who handled all this so exceptional well.

One of the biggest mistake i have done so far by booking this Accor economy brand property. Right from pre registration time these people make a mockery of clients and guests coming in their property as i was having a stay for 7 days but thanks to their staff from front office and duty manager and their operators services who never takes call and cut the call when their is an emergency to talk and the behaviour was rude the staff doesn’t know how to provide hospitality to the guest. One of the worst property to be and will never recommend again this property to
Anyone.

Very very small rooms, no place to roam around, no amenities. They allow pets but no facilities for pets.

Small size room and bathroom but clean and nice maintained. Locker in room available. Bar and restaurant also available. Located on highway so easily can get texi to go anywhere.

Visited the place yesterday. My past experiences were good so choose the same place for just overnight stay but this time it was really really bad. The food ordered arrived after 2 hours and 10 calls. It was pathetic and taste and they expected 3 people to eat from a single plate. The food was pretty bland and tasteless. Never stay at ibis henceforth. Very very poor.indeed!

It's a decent hotel to stay. Nearby airport good hotel hygiene and very good staff. Overall it was good experience.

Rooms are very clean, staff is cooperative, proper covid restrictions maintained, social distancing maintained. Overall a very good experience.

Me and My wife having plesant experience in Hotel IBIS Mumbai in June month. I would love to come again everyone is helpful starting from reception to room cleaning staff, Breakfast Team. Definitely I will recommend to stay in IBIS without any doubt. Following All SOPs regrously be it cleaning, social distance, Temprature Scan. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Gaurav thank you for responding. I had taken the package involving late check till 3pm and discount on F&B. Let me tell you, I'm a hospital staff, Asst Online Marketing Manager. I wanted to surprise my husband on our 3 year anniversary in April and since was peak 2nd wave period I booked now in May 2021. Had requested your staff to make it special, got a call confirming but our room wasn't ready till 1.40 pm and they were ready to give us twin bed rooms. Really felt like laughing and was surprised, it my anniversary and they were offering us separate beds, after much ado I was given room 403 with a leaky faucet and jet spray.

Your room service staff was amazing hence the 2 star rating, you have a limited staff I understand but not housekeeping ever picked the call nor guest services was very attentive to needs. I had to call and request for toiletries and was then told it's on request so why wasn't I informed?

Had heard so much about this hotel. Am disappointed.
I booked 2 rooms for my family as a transit accomodation. The rooms are small.

1. One of rhe room smells damp which is causing cough.

2. The room service is a joke. You take at least 1 hour advance in calculation and carefully order because if you forget something, it will again take 1 hour or you threaten them whichever is earlier.

3. The airconditioning setting in rooms is *Locked*. When I called reception, their so called engineer came, opened the honeywell LCD, tweaked it and changed temperature. Phew. So if you are feeling cold in night, there is no option other then turning it off else call the *engineer* who will tweak with LCD and change set point.

4. Food is somewhat Ok.

Overall disappointed.

Checkin is fast and quick, staff is polite and assists you nicely.
I stayed in standard twin room, nice hygenic, toilets are clean and elegant. Service is good. In room food order is great.

Overall it's a pleasant stay, will recommend and look forward for another visit.

I liked the service and room around here. But I'm very disappointed in food service.
I think they have limited options in food when I visited there. Food was average, nothing special.

Location is good. Right in the vicinity of the airport and hotel Sahara.
Service is good and friendly.
Maintainance is good.

Room is too small like a PG room.
Washroom are so fabricated as if one is travelling in rajdhani. Small and compact, no walls jst a fiber sheet well designed and structured.
So found it not worth the cost that we actually paid for it.

Nice place for a weekend to relax. Amazing views, polite and supportive staff. Breakfast buffet in the morning. Also you can ask them to prepare anything you like.

The only issue is with the size of bathrooms. Everything else from food to staff to services to room to lounge is very good.

High price for cramped rooms. Don't ever book in accor hotel website. They loot customers. Also while check in at hotel, they capture the complete 16 digit credit card number. When asked, they say it's our practice and data will be safe. Crazy policy. Location is an advantage and breakfast had good options. But food is of ok quality. I would recommend to avoid this hotel for family stay. Lot of other hotels nearby has better amenities at a good deal through MMT.

Not value for money, breakfast was pathetic except for an egg which they cooked according to me. I am giving 3 stars only because of your humble employees and their helpful attitude, the bar closes at 11 pm. A la carte food was also not that great. The rooms are also not that great. People suffering from claustrophobia should never go for this hotel. Very small sealed window no view. Compact washroom.

Rooms are pretty comfortable. The restaurant food is delicious and the staff is very courteous and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel doesn't have much to offer. Small rooms, limited food menu, foosball table with no ball (really disappointed), too conjusted. And very pricy on top of that. The mini bar was empty and there were no dental kits, basic toiletries not available. Not a preferred option.

Besides that, your standard Ibis. Mind you, for India the pricing is significantly less competitive than it usually is in Europe (e.g. Buffet for one person is more than 1000 rupees).

We were a group of 8 people with an infant with us. We loved the food, ambience and service. Vegetarian options tasted better than non vegetarian. Babycorn fritters as the starter stole the show. Oats kheer was also amazing. Staff was very polite and helpful. We would like to appreciate Jevino who served our table. Nice place for tasty and relaxed outings!

Comfortable stay. Helpful staff. Great service. Rooms are a bit small but that's all. Placed bang on the western express highway and 5 to 7min walk from domestic airport, id say very convenient for travellers. Car and bike parking available. Food was very good.

Amazing barbecue chicken burger, liked the red velvet cake, Mr Brijesh was serving us at the restaurant, and he was very fluent and helped us through the menu. Overall it was an amazing experience.

We went to the restaurant spice it for buffet.the ambience was good.and surprisingly the food quality and taste was also quiet good.would recommend a try once.

Aaref did an excellent job of keeping our room clean and stocked. Hotel is located really close to the airport. Very basic but does the job for quick stay.

It was near to both the venue and the airport making the commute very easy. Rooms were decent and bathrooms were tinier than usual. Service was at par, very polite and decent behaviour.

Small rooms, too congested. Ambience of hotel was good. I didn’t find room according to the price i paid. Their are no dental kits provided, sleepers, lotion etc.in the room, if you want them you have to call the operator for the same. Not a very good stay. Food was good which we ordered to the room. Buffet breakfast was very good.
