The person named subhojit saha is a very kind person I had in my stay in hotel, he is hotel stuff but help me a lot to settle my stay in hotel. I am specially thanks to him for his all cooperation in this hotel. He is very hardworking and talented person I have ever seen as a hotel manager staff in any hotel.

Happened to have some meals along with my office team at the restaurant in ibis new Bombay, must say the quality of food was good, up to the expectations. One of the executives, Brijesh was polite and helped us to choose the best quick food to have during our meet. Overall a good one

Very worst. Front desk team doesn't have manners, how to behave with Guest. House keeping team will charge without Wash your clothes. This is fact. And this what happened to me. So i switched to the near by hotel. Very congested bathrooms.

I m currently staying in room number 401, booked Ibis after so much review but I am wrong room size is very small for 2 person and wash room is super super compact and on the web site they are not showing wash room size, now come to service if u want good service pleas don't come to Ibis I requested water at night for room service after that whole night they not deliver water. Next day I requested for some plates and spoon for room service it takes all most 30-35 to deliver plates in my room. Service point of view they don't care about u. And let me clear about so called buffet breakfast quality and taste is just okay and again service part is very worst in buffet also stuwards are there during buffet time but they don't care about any kind of service they don't even bother to serve u water. I would suggest kindly improve service part first

My experience with IBIS has been fantastic. I am staying in room no127 I want to apprieciate Security team for taking care. Security Staff is very friendly and supportive. The rooms are very peaceful and interior design is good even when they have just one flavour of rooms.love staying with IBIS

Excellent service, friendly staff specially nilesh & rohan. Supervisor Vishnu also help a lot with services. Also, Security Staff (Specially Monu) is very friendly and supportive. The rooms are very peaceful and interior design is good even when they have just one flavor of rooms. Room is good for only one person. Bathroom is very congested

I stayed there on 31st and I checked on a Standard Queen Room and trust me firstly the room was very small. Secondly the cleaning was pathetic I thought I was in a mess. I somehow tried and manage myself adding to it I opened the Menu I was surprised to see the menu with a very limited choice. I still said ok coz it's a corporate property. Then find a very bad curtain I seriously have no option of uploading pictures or I would have done that.it was yaakk. Broken Kettle, Stained towel. I will seriously willing to run out of the property.but had no option of spoiling my new year.it was seriously not expected from a property like IBIS. I don't know how much of this review is gonna affect the team.or they are gonna react but they seriously gonna work on this.they don't even greet or excort u.the bell boy will ask u if I need help with your luggage that was simply pathetic

Rooms are small without ventilation. Window doesn't open. Few may feel claustrophobic. Bathroom is also very small. Restaurant is good.

We had our weekly meetings set up there, we have used two of the conference rooms, one is a smaller room which is a bit congested for 50 odd people. The morning breakfast is too good and lots of different delicacies for the same. The other advantage is that it is on the main thane belapur road, so public commite is also easily available.

Choosing ibisto stay was a right decision, and all credit goes specially to Harshit, its staff members and management, I stayed here completely free. No unnecessary rules and regulations were there except timings of breakfast. But total span of 4 hours was sufficient for us to manage our self for breakfast. And it was really delicious, all things available in the breakfast were up to the mark. And even lunch and dinner were also superb, so that hard for us to go out side for lunch or dinner. Room was clean and full of all required resources. And we got housekeeping every time whenever it was demanded. I had no idea about Navi Mumbai but I found it better. With a lot of good wishes, we hope next time when we visit Mumbai, shall came to Ibis only.

Good quality / price ratio. Good dinner buffet. Close to the Navi Mumbai business district and the main bridge to Mumbai itself.

Food is unusual menu, a lot of fusion food not the run of the mill choices. Very well prepared, high hospitality only in the cafe area.

Rooms are clean but they re-used bedsheets gave dirty and torn towels both nights. On sharing this feedback with the reception guy. He said sorry sir as per script. No further action, no reaction. His priority was to handle next call and customer.

Very disappointing. Stayed their in mid-December for 2 nights.

यह शायद एक 4-स्टार होटल है। हालाँकि यहाँ की ज़्यादातर व्यवस्था अछी थी, परंतु कुछ क्षेत्रो में सुधर की गुंजाईश हैं। जैसे की, एक साधारण से कॉफी के आर्डर को लेने मे लगाया गया समय बहुत जादा था। होटल मे इंटरनेट की कनेक्टिविटी भी उतनी खास नही थीं।

Good Business Hotel, Veg Food with Good Taste, particularly Thali is good option, don't try Chapati, service is better. Staff is well versed. Well maintained. Nice option for Stay and Food in Navi Mumbai.

Had a bad experience at this hotel. Rooms are small and there is sign of cutting corners everywhere. Talk of the wash room - very small, talk of the corridor - narrow, elevators - small. But what really made my pain was the people in front desk. There is a person named - Tribhuvan (or similar). Be careful if you are talking to him. He can make up things instantly to make a deal and deny later. There were other good people who later helped me out but pain is pain after all.
