The security guard is very rude and the middle staff inside does not provide proper service

Very Bad service, no one is serious to provide service to customer. Employees are working like government department, no speed, no serious nothing.

Cash deposit service is better than other bank, s And all over services is good.and bank staff is also good specially Bhavesh Tiwari sir and amrita kushwaha mam. Thank, s for done my full kyc.

They don't answer the questions correctly. They always say to sit.but don't do work in time. Infact They seat infront of bank & ask us to apply Credit Card.of these bank.

Salary account was opened in icici bank few months back. Inspite of asking from them about address proof requirement as my current address is being changed they told no need and now they are sending all my documents to old address this is service provided by bank, name of employees working in bank are ASHWANI AND SATYAM
After few days a letter was send to my old postal address saying that they would freeze my account if mobile number, DOB, email is not updated. To my surprise how come i am getting messages update since 3 months i wonder. After contacting ashwani, i was told ignore this message. And presently i am not able to do any online transactions, this is how customer is harrassed. After contacting them again, SURAJ GUPTA their manager he is telling me dont talk rudely after 3 months of trouble and harrassment customer is suppose to do lovey dovey may be he is used to that nonsense.
After all this i am being told call customer care and update yourself, after 10 times of calling them my call had ringtone of their company, they ask all the details pin, cvv and password, which is very surprising no bank means no employee has authoritity to ask about these details
All in all ASHWANI, SATYAM and SURAJ are fraud, dont open your account in icici bank. I have proof of all incidences

Worst branch for icici bank i just had to collect my chequebook delivered at the branch they made me wait for 1 hour 15 mins just for collecting my chequebook in non rush hours

NOTE: TAKE A DAY OFF IF YOU HAVE ANY WORK AT THIS BRANCH OF ICICI BANK

HIGHLY IRRESPONSIBLE AND LEAST BOTGERED ASTAFF.
