Third class services in this covid pandemic time, Ghokhale road ICICI bank staff and security. THEY DID NOT help us to customers and customers prombelms.security couldn't enter in the bank to the customer if any customer having mager issue regarding theirs payment. As per Bank staff instructions security closed the bank shutter before shift logout time of bank staff. WHO IS THE RESPONSIBLE PERSON OF THAT BRANCH?

I dropped my D. D in Gokhale road ICICI branch Yesterday in thane they did not cleared still end of the day. Also whenever i go to the bank they didn't told me we can't recive DD in Bank you drop your DD in near bye ATM drop box.

These people are CHEATS! Plain and simple.they hold on to peoples' money as a sadistic exercise of power. Vikas in particular is an absolute thug. Do not engage with ICICI unless you want to lose money.
