While opening the account the officer was regularly in touch to get it done.after 1 month as the account was blocked I'm chasing the officer but he is not responding and now not receiving my calls nor replying to wathsapp messages.

All employees are uneducated mannerless.not customer friendly.wants to close all my account as soon as possible

I have applied for debit card, was told to be received in a weeks time, now more than a week not received yet, this is only 1 recent issue but in past also had bad experience, this branch is slow, sluggish and full of unorganized, non-systematic and non-disciplined people. I am thinking of withdrawing my account from, advise for others is not to open a/c here.

Hopeless bank.have NRI account with them.extremely poor management.n very poor service.have already withdraw my account n opened it with a other bank.
