ICICI Bank Kandivali East Lokhandwala, Mumbai-Branch & ATM

If you're coming here for loan enquiry, go visit some other branch. I don't know otherwise but the loan officer here has no information no etiquettes. I know the loan system and things better than her. All other things are good but not the loan manager and process. Skip this branch for loan enquiries!
The online services of ICICI are better than these people and provides more information and also allows you to negotiate on the ROI!

I visited here for my OTP issues and mr. Ashish tambe and madan thakur, did an amazing job to help me out.

I cannot say if the job was done, but the service is very helpful and prompt.

This review is for the ATM of ICICI Bank here.

The cheque drop box is closed since many months. I did inquire with the Bank staff but they had not answer.

One can drop cheques only when the Bank shutters are up and inside the Bank premises.

There is only one ICICI Bank ATM in entire Lokhandwala Township and this is causing a lot of inconvenience.

Request Bank to start the cheque drop facility inside ATM asap.

Good branch to bank with. 1 star less only because of above.

All staff is good caring helping but outside lady manager is very rood many times atm is close not working n that times also manager said this branch not taken other branch cash only home branch please change that deputy manager she is not able

Poor services. In this internet era customers have to spend time sitting in branch. And moreover they are not bothered about customer ease of banking.
