When we go to inquire about our own money, it is important to know how the other person should answer. When you go to this bank, you feel that you should not only respect yourself but also have a manner of speaking.

Worst and scammer bank. They are fooling people. Those who are going to take home loan, don't take home loan from this scammers. I applied for PMAY subsidy while taking home loan and they have also said that i am eligible for PMAY subsidy and i have submitted the form also. But after applying till one year I did not received any update from PMAY department. Then i inquired about my PMAY they have sent mail to me saying that *YOUR CASE IS NOT BOOKED UNDER PMAY*. For a middle class people 2.67 Lakh is very big amount but this scammers don't have feelings. This is very disappointing I have loosed my 2.67 lakh because of this bank. World's worst bank is ICICI bank.

The bank staff really works very hard to provide the worst ever possible service, even for any smallest work they make sure that you have to suffer at any cost.

Pathetic service by bank employees. To activate account I had to visit multiple times. Worst behaviour by executives in terms of service.

Went and asked to open an account. The staff member, without explaining the product says I need to give a cheque of 1.5 lakhs and minimum balance is 25000. He did not bother to show us the different types of accounts with features.
When researched online later, it turns out that he was lying. No such requirement to open an account.

Waste of time going there!

#One of the bogus branch i experience in my entire career, the way they are treating to customer's like we are beggars or they are doing some obligation in us, this branch people's will definitely spoil the Icici bank reputation.so Bank plz take care of this all bogus people which is in this branch nd giving third class service.

For salary account opening bank person asking me PPO number I don't knownwhy the PPO number is required and bank person behaviour is no good like language, incomplete information he has.

Totally waste of time and money in this bank. After waiting 4 hours out side the branch no proper response from staff.uselesssss

Their system are always down than why we should keep account with ICICI bank. No one is co operative even branch manager Dharmendra Tiwari gave his contact no to me to call before leaving my home for banking related work since I stay 20 km away from branch. But he never pick up the call now what to do. I have escalated the matter to customer care it's corporate and registered office keeping RBI ambudsment soon I will approach ICICI bkc corporate office with ambudsment mail to file case of mental harrashment and if it's not resolved than in next month I may legally file case with DG RBI Mumbai zone claim reimbursement in mental harassment and torture to customer by bank employee.

The worst service i experience from this branch I had visited this branch 3 times for home loan address update, always told me that server down not possible update, i request the manager to accept my request letter and update later, they r refuse to accept and told me come another day or visit another branch.

Most Pathetic branch of icici. Very slow service.long queue for home loans. Every visit here is a regret and waste of time

I just can't believe that I am writting my review again.
One day I came and was standing on queue and my turn came after 3 hours and the moment I went inside employee said they had power short circuit so now they can't check or solve any of my issues.
Now that's the genuine issues which I understand so I had to return back home and I was told to visit next day.
Today is the next day and when I came they say I have to be in queue again and wait for my turn.
Is this some kind of joke or this bank think only they have all the work in the world and we as customer have nothing to do but to stand in queue.
Such a pathetic service bank I have never seen in my entire life.
There is is nothing I can much about but all I can write this review.

Its one if the worst service private bank I have been to.
Everytime I visit its take more than 2 to 3 hours to reach to the counter as we have to stand in a queue due to this pandemic which I agree but to reqch from 1 to 10 they take 3 hours.
I cant imagine how much time they would take for person who has 30 no. In the queue.

It's pethetic branch of icici bank. Dont visit bank untill unless u dont get any other bank. They beheve with customers like customer is dog. Today my experience is worst. I have current account, saving account, credit card, home loan From icici bank and got very good services From others branch but this kalyan branch is worst.
Bast part mr. Komal and her one lady colleagues are just like SBI bank staff. Worst staff and branch behevier to worst to customer.

Worst ICICI bank branch I have seen ever.no proper managment, poor service. Not given value for customer time. I am standing in que at 9.00 amand still waiting at 12.21pm to reach counter. Date 05th sept- from 10.00am to 12.30 they are able to manage 22 customer for conversion. The bank is giving priority for cash deposit and withdrow. This is 3rd time I was waiting at branch for more than 4 hours in que.

Is aadhar update facility is available in this branch? Please confirm.

Worst bank ever, they will beg in front of you for taking loans and if you fail to pay even one EMI, they will start sending the recovery agents to harrase your family members at home. Do not take any kind of loan from ICICI. The agents have no fear of law and policies of bank also.

Every time I come here to withdrawal cash at this atm cash is available. Three machines are assembled here for n 1 more machin available to deposit cash any time. This deposit machine can deposit u r funds directly to u r account. Like this service of atm
