Google show wrong closing time (closing at 4.30 pm) of this bank, I went to bank at 3.30 pm but reaching there I found bank closes at 3.00 pm very surprising.

Worst experience ever i have faced here.i had a home loan with icici bank bhayander branch.they increased the rate of interest and when i called Ms. Laxmi loan department person she said call me after 3 pm i usually call her after 3 pm she disconnects my call every time i call.very poor service

Very happy with all the banking services offered by Isha Madam.

While entering I asked watchman that i want to asked about the loan related documents. He told me go to counter no 4. I waited as she was attending other guy.once she was done.she told me counter number 3 and 2 they will help you without asking me what's the issue for which i waited for 15 min.while after she was ideal again after waiting when i went to counter no 3 to that mam and i told her I have my home loan account for which, I request to give me the list of documents which i have summited at the time of loan approval and i told her i have received the mail yesterday that my document list is ready.in that case her reply was the concern person is on a leave for 2 day so come after that i just wanted to know if the concern person is not available for 2 or 3 day dont you have other responsible person to handle the case is it necessary to wait for 2 to 3 days and one more thing if asked for the fresh passbook for the first time if the concerned person just went on the lunch you need to waith for half an hour in her absence no other people can print the passbook and give it.is it only her responsible to give it no other staff is trained to how to print passbook.
I wasted more than half an hour without getting positive response for both my work and i have to leave.

Worst experience and poor service given by the bank staff. Today visited bank for kyc around 11 am.watchmen said go to counter number one.walked towards counter number one. There was a female staff sitting idle on counter number one.sent me to other staff.the other staff started discussing within them self.and from them one staff asked me to wait upstairs bcz the person who do kyc is on the way. Her name is divya from salary dept.after waiting for 25min.she came and started my process for kyc and in the middel of the kyc she started forcing me to take debit card. I'm sayin her no I don't want debit card despite of that she is forcin me.she is sayin me that we give all customer debit card at the time of kyc.you have to take it. I said no and called my ICICI friend mamata shahu.she helped me in thiz case.then in anger I called her sir and started saying my case. I think her sir said leave it.then she stop talkin about debit card.then I left from there.and after that when I am leaving she is tonting me.she called and again she tonted me.then also I ignored.very bad. Thiz is how you treat your customers.
