ICICI Bank Shivaji Chowk, Kalyan-Branch & ATM

The branch does not seem to have organizational processes for managing deliverables. While another branch clearly stated that our cheque book and debit card had arrived, along with the fact that the tracking number showed that the items were delivered, the bank stated that they have not received anything. I even had the name of the person who recieved it at the branch. The team at the branch could not find the deliverables. I can only hope that it's not stolen or lost.

I did not plan to come here, visiting a relative in Kalyan and thought I will give it a chance and went to this branch for two things one was NoC regarding by home loan that was closed some ten years ago and second to revive a dormant account. Rajesh Yadav sir and Sudarshan sir were patient, they promptly addressed my needs, I got the NOC in an hour, i needed it since I was traveling back to US next week. Both explained me what do to with my dormant account, and ensured everything is done properly and timely. Amazing customer service, employees at this branch are very friendly, I was there for over two hours and watched how they interacted with customers, it was impressive how friendly and patient they were with customers. Branch is pretty modernized too, I did not have to fill a single form myself! Shining India.

To everyone who is thinking of opening an account in this branch.
They are just professionals liers who just gives false commitments and do not know there work properly.
I want to open an current account in this branch and (vaishali) one of the branch executive came to our house and did the kyc and took cheque from me that is 15 days ago still my account didnt opened she just says it is in process and do not gives any proper reason of why its getting late i think that they are just lazy and thinks we are fool they just waste our time thats it.

Customer service. 0. Customer Treatment zero. They dont listen to u at all. They dont have much offers.costs are told at the last moment

No trained staff at this branch and response plus attitude is like local bankers

They have just one bank employee catering to all the customers during the lockdown situation, which can make it slow for you to get the work done. So plan accordingly.
