Horrible service. Never revert back. Staff keeps changing. Bank Manager and deputy bank mangers keep shrugging the responsibilities. Customer feels helpless.never revert back to emails or complaints. Please don’t open account in this bank. I am 15 year old account holder and still they just keep harassing. Even the complaints and emails at customer care are not reverted back.

Horrible staff. Passing the responsibility to one another and ignoring customers. Shocking that Lokhandwala branch has such horrible staff.
Alpesh & Mansi is good & Cooperative staff & rest of work less people.

There’s lot of parking space for cars and bikes. Bank is at the start of the Lolhandwala Market. There use to be a Resturant here now that’s closed and bank franchise is here. Despite of being on the ground floor there’s no wheelchair accessibility and no wheelchair parking available. No valet parking. Have to park your car on the road. It’s a crowded place. Inside of the bank is like any other bank. 5 stars for parking space. In the morning when bank opens it’s less crowded. Afternoon and evening time it’s gets crowded. If you’re reading this then I want to say thank you for your lovely time.

Worse service. Illiterate employee's. 3rd grade exprnce with this branch. One of the worse employee of this branch name Mohammad
He said sir your ac open with in 2 working days.almost 2 weeks completed but where is atm kit he hs no idea.making fool of us.no respond cuted the phone.just did mail complaint against such poor employee.

The bank is ok.staff is sweet and friendly.but when you enter this bank you need to have atleast an hour with you as the waiting is dam long.

The biggest cheat bank in town. They kept my funds after premature withdrawal of an FD for 18 days lying in my savings account without remitting it abroad with a lame excuse of requiring compliance approval from regional office or headoffice. This was in Feb with many phone calls and personal visits.
This month we asked them during first week of April to seek complaince approval early as on maturity of fixed deposit on 17th April we need to remit funds abroad. They confirmed by 12th April that compliance formalities are completed. But when 17th April funds matured and arrived to my account they went back into the same excuse that they are waiting for approval from headoffice. They made me suffer for two days and finally today 19th April I transferred the funds via RTGS to my HDFC account and within 45 minutes my remmitance abroad was sent by HDFC.
They will keep your funds in the bank account with a small savings interest and delay your remmitance so that they can use this money and earn by investing in larger fund earning investment on short term.
What would you call this bank? Fraudster. Cheat. Harrassment Specialist.
I would not recommend to deal with this bank at all.

Poor phone banking service, no option for persons checking card application status.

If you are a non- resident Indian and want to convert your resident account to NRI status, it would take ICICI Bank NRI services in Mumbai 2 months minimum to complete the process. The bank employees have been trained to delay unless they are able to sell you ELSS or MF linked to insurance -which in my case I never wanted as I was overinsured. So please say "NO" to that otherwise your money will be locked in for 5 years which you will discover later if you do not read the brochure. FYI - They will not even give you a brochure and all this discussion is verbal!
