Good place for around 100 people can not accomodate more may be for more people they have alternate arrangement please do check

Hall is beautiful, Location is accessible. In short it's a good place to make your function a memorable one. From staff some are very helpful but some were rude to us. Please make a note of it.

I have no words to express. It's a very awesome place to visit. I have attended the wedding ceremony. Good hospitality over there.

Nice place to have weddings and reception, decent food.parking is a little cramped up of the mall. I attended a wedding reception there and liked the arrangements.

Pros
1. Inside R mall so ample parking space (for groom and bride they provide parking for 4 cars rest guest have to pay for parking)
2. Hall have dedicated Lift so for older people its very convenient
3. Hall lobby is to spacious and have various selfie points and sitting area
4. Hall decoration is very beautiful and great ambience
5. Food quality is great, all guest of ours loved the food a lot, from starters to desserts they wide options of food and everything is tasty.

Cons
Changing room for groom and bride is small.

The place is amazing, has number of banquet for the various requirements and the Rmall is recently renovated so place is neat and clean. Amazingly decorated and good props are putted across the lobby area. Keep up the good work Ritz team

Top notch banquet hall, would be great if the staff could be a little more gentler, considering the prices that are being paid - the mall itself looks like it's deserted.

I leaf grand banquet is wedding venue located at palm beach vashi. There are bunch of things which take place in one place a grand wedding ceremony. This is the proper location for the grand celebration. Excellent banquet service, amazing banquet staff and lastly fantastic food.

They were exactly what we were looking for when we started to plan our event. They were super patient with all our questions during the planning process and during the days just prior to our event. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better team of professionals to make our day the most amazing day ever. Ileaf Ritz were and are so sweet, down to earth and personable!

We had such a great experience with ileaf Ritz! They were attentive, easy to work with and professional. They provided anything and everything we needed although we chose to keep it simple. They handled my family and friends perfectly and gave my relatives everything they asked. When it came down to the photos we had a blast! We recommend them highly!

Delicious food, polite staff, well organised. I would always recommend this banquet for functions.

Lovely banquet with space upto 1000 guests can attend. They have dedicated dining area. Location is at Thane-Ghodbunder road which makes it a prime location. It's located in a Mall so ample car parking available. Plus guest can also roam in the mall if it's a full day event. Ideal for large weddings and functions. Lighting and stage is pretty good. I attended my best friend's wedding here and I was very satisfied with the venue.

This was the venue for my wedding. Loved everything about it, right from the plush and grand entrance lobby, the huge luxury hall of 1000+ capacity, the awe inspiring decor, the food and catering service and the overall vibe of this place. It's truly a luxury for all kind of a venue and comes at a decent price, will highly recommend this place.

Although I visited for examination, I liked the place it is very silent in the hall & clean.
Decoration is quite good.

Great ambience but food not that good. Very poor service by caterer. I had attended a marriage on 8 th December in the second half of day. Selfie gallery was indeed a good initiative for guests to wait till the couple get ready for reception.

Attended a function on 15November 2019 at this Venue. I would Not Atall Recommend this. Worsed service. The man serving starter Snack and juise were not serving starter intentionally just Roaming here and thier not serving even upon calling. Not even laible for 1 star. Catering was Worsed no Supply of food empty trays. Good Jobs from thier side cutoff supply. *NOT RECOMMENDED*

It was a nice spacious banquet hall, well designed, interiors were also good. However seating for the bride and groom could have been better: (. Staff was also polite. Well maintained air conditioning. Considerable area to cover all the guest, also depends upon how grand the event is and what hall parameters you choose accordingly. But a good number of guests can be seated. And also located above the R Mall, so easily accessible and who doesn't know R Mall?: P Overall good place to have your functions to make it memorable! Good mall for shopping. Lot of varieties of shops. We had our program there. Very far from station. Took nearly 35 minutes in car from station.

There are three banquet halls here, I have been to Ruby. It is not v big, for small functions approx 50 capacity. Space for buffet is cramped up and you bump into people. Also AC wasn't functioning properly may be.

A headache for those who have booked and decided to have a event/wedding with Ileaf Ritz Banquet.

They will pester you to take money out from your pocket, even while the wedding is in progress. In our case, it was the groom's Father who was mentally harassed to get the paymemt done for a meagre 25,000/- even though they had 50,000/- deposit with them in addition to 100% advance payment.

OH.and yes, they decide to ask for 100% payment 1 DAY before the wedding day (when we had already made 50% payment in advance). They could have atleast called a week in advance to inform us. BUT NO, they want to harrass us saying you HAVE to make the payment or else, we couldn't get the lights and AC on.
Just imagine, the families are busy with the wedding preparations and these people decide to harrass us this way.

And yes the SERVICE PART
Service was non - existent. Some waiters were going around with the snacks, and when we asked to serve the snacks to the newly weds, they said tell the manager. And where is the manager? NO MANAGER. There was NO ONE in the wedding hall to whom we can address any issues.
Infact, even when we asked them for a knife to cut the cake, they told us, go to the kitchen and take it.
SUCH PATHETIC ATTITUDE AND SERVICE.

WOULD NEVER NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE FOR ANY EVENT. THEY WILL LOOT YOU.

They promised us many things when we made the booking. And at the time of payment, they backtracked on their own words. Even when we had their written confirmation, they said no that particular staff is not here now, this is not agreeable. SUCH LOOTS.

Prons-
It was a nice decorated and good interior desiged hall.
Good arrangements of lights and stage decorations and poweful sounds system.
Good use of each and every space.

Cons- Food servicing was very poor in between 10: 30am to 12: 30pm after a morning breakfast when the show was going on.
Seating arrangement were good but food (start ups and drinks) servicing waiters were not able to enter in the middle of the row. Which cause middle people keep waiting for the food for a long time.
After giving instructions to waiters and their senior authorities (ladies) still they unable to serve the food.
We found their more focuse was on function instead of serving people.

If this thing is improved then all were good.

We did not have a pleasant experience at Ritz. We booked the hall for my wedding almost a year prior to the actual date to avoid any hassles later. There are very few visually appealing banquets in Thane and this is one of them. But we get a call 2 days before the event saying we would not be getting the dining hall we had booked as they were renovating the place and instead we would be given the smaller one! We had around 700 guests for the wedding and the dining hall was not big enough to accommodate the crowd, which led to them bumping into each other. This is the last thing a family would want to hear about their wedding. Very disappointed. Even the air-conditioning in the bride's changing room was not functioning properly. Food was fine and decor was nice, though I cannot help but say that the decor is extremely expensive (even their basic packages). The mall maintenance is very poor and the escalators don't function half the time. Hope their services and standards improve.

We conducted our Daughter's wedding here and were very happy and satisfied with the arrangements. The entire staff is very cooperative and available at short notice.
We wish them all the best in future and hope they exceed customer expectations in future too.

Beautiful, posh, well maintained Banquet Hall. Great to arrange a wedding ceremony and can accommodate upto 300-400 people in a single hall.

You wouldn't be able to imagine the fancy banquet halls the mostly empty R Mall in Thane holds. Very classy hall with convenient parking.
