We had gone on a trip to Bangalore, Mysore, Coorg and Ooty through India Tours and Travels. Rizwan and his team were very supportive right from day one and customised our trip exactly as we wanted. Must say it was an amazing experience. All the hotels were good and the stay was comfortable. Just a small suggestion that heaters must be included in the package at hotels in Ooty.
Our driver during the trip, Pratap was a gem of a person. He was a very well-mannered guy. Always had a smile on his face and was very calm and composed all the time, displaying excellent driving skills. He was also our guide during the entire trip.

Highly not recommended and a complete No for family travels.
It has been the first and worst experience ever.
They arranged for tickets but our agreed location was not on the route which we learnt from the driver on the journey
After multiple attempts while reaching out to rizwan and zeba they gave us hope that they are trying to check with the vendor to sort the issue. When they couldn't get an answer to our issue they changed the question.

My family had to suffer due to this and we had to make another arrangement to reach our destination.

Kindly do not compromise on values for your cut.
