Good thing about Indigo is the vast network of flights across the locations however it is not that appealing.

The staff seems to be decent enough but they need improvement in interacting with their customers. Had a mixed feeling about indigo as sometime the experience is good and the moment you think they are excellent, someone will prove you wrong.

They can improve the baggage department as I have experienced the rough handling with my luggage.

Customer care needs a lot of improvement as they will always tell the commonly used lines and if you are lucky enough, you will get your query answered.

The worst customer service ever. They tore my bag while I was traveling from Dehradun to Ahmedabad. It’s been more than 3 weeks they have been promising me that they will give me a refund, but they haven’t called me since then. It’s always that I have to call them and they say that some one from our team will call you which never happens

Instead they want to tell me that this is how we are forget what happened and carry on with your life

Worst planning. Flight missed due to staff not supported at Banglore Airport. Before timing last gate closed. Aslo Cancellation and flight exchange policy not reliable to any one.
