Recliners not working. Recliner seats are wet.
Please close the screens if not able to maintain and provide good cinema experience to the customers.

The quality has gone down.dirty auditorium, smelly, mismanagement (they keep on cleaning and once you enter the movie has started). Last three movie outing has been a big let down. It's sad to see such a beautiful multiplex going down because of quality

Mall is good but not Theater … worst ever experience with multiplex …. Never ever expected … that too from INOX … poor quality chairs … cushions were also teared … i had changed my seats after talking with staff…washrooms were also dirty and bad smelling. I WILL NEVER OPT FOR INOX IN FUTURE… doesn’t worth to rate any star still giving one star because not able to submit

The brand is Inox but the seats are worst, screen 2 C-5 the seats were not having cushion and was very uncomfortable also looking at entire screen it was like I'm watching in some random 2nd grade theatre

Washroom were pathetic all toilets were having drainage issues and it was smelling like gross

Paying and coming to theatre was a nightmare

Theatre is fine seats are relaxed the popcorn was crunchy or fresh like PVR. The unlimited popcorn and drinks offer was cool

From the outside the multiplex looks very well kept, but the auditoriums are very dirty and there is a lot of seepage, that ruins the experience of no matter how good a movie is

Very poor management Very pathetic service staff is not at all have manners how to behave with customers.
I had purchased big bucket & I was charged for same popcorn guy said it's offer unlimited you can get unlimited refill he said it's medium bucket & offer is only on big bucket big crooks are there charged for plain popcorn & cheese popcorn was charged same price.
Do you guys feels customers are fool?

Came to watch Tenet afternoon show on 26 Dec, 2020. The security insisted on downloading aarogya setu app, claiming it to be mandatory and even though we were getting late and missed 15 min of movie, they didn't let us enter. The hall, albeit following the alternate seating due to covid, felt extremely dusty, had a strange smell to it and it seemed as if it was not aired, ventilated and cleaned after being closed for 9 months. Felt suffocated throughout the movie and it spoiled the experience. If you want to have a good viewing experience, please go somewhere else.

First movie post lockdown in PVR nanded, place is clean as usual and most imprtant sanitation and social distancing is maintained continuesly, nice experience

It's been more than 6 years I am watching here at INOX, 2* because seats covers were dirty like somebody who sits long with oily hair and after it leaves sticky stain on it.though it's a dark cover but still stinks when we keep our head. Washrooms were too small failed to hold single screen public at a time.disappointed this time because if somebody is watching 3D MOVIE glass should not have much scratches on it. But most of the 3D glasses had scratches. M watching TANAJI now.

Good place to enjoy movie overall experience was nice. Amanora mall is a nice mall to hangout and to shop.

These theatres have all the hallmarks of INOX theatres all over the country, like stadium seating, excellent sound systems and a very efficient ticketing system. Also like other INOXs, the food & beverages are beyond the reach of ordinary mortals. While it is true that watching a movie in all its glory is the primary goal, when they promise a total experience, the costly food does diminish that experience.

Awesome atmosphere. High quality picture sounds great setting is very good and comfortable overall great place to watch movies and enjoy your own time with your friends and family. Overall great place.

Inox had lost its class and standards. I had gone to watch a 3D movie, had to get 3D glasses replaced 4 times. There was a time where inox had very high standards but now.

One of the best mall.

I go there for 2 reasons.
1. The ticket costs are reasonable considering that it is a multiplex.
2. The parking cost also is decent, Rs. 20 for cars even on weekends.
Here is an additional reason - decent crowd (won't be embarrassed by the dresses that people are wearing - I have felt that couple of times at another mall).

@ around 5: 45 I asked her about kabir singh movie the way she was talking to me and the tone she was using was so rude even she can't understand deference between 40 fourty n 14 fourteen. How shamefull is this the theatre like inox hire such a staff. Worst experience ever.

Their 3D glasses for 3D movies are worst one. Sone of them are scratched and damaged, they don't even care to throw them away. Their caramel popcorn sucks.

Although it's situated inside a desolate, broken, out of function mall, once you step inside inox, you tend to forget all that as the atmosphere seems very lively! It's never too crowded and tickets are mostly available too! Seating and ambience is at Inox level, which is good.

Cooling is good. Audio video excellent. Theatre is not crowded because of many screens and many shows. Must visit once.

3d quality was not that good, sound was overwhelming, guess they don't know the difference between quality and noise, they pumped up the sound way too much.

It has maintained its standard & staff from the very beginning. I have celebrated my daughters’ birthdays here & they have done a wonderful job to make it special for them. Yogesh, has always been a standard factor, very supportive & coordinated & managed things well.

Good place to be. U will enjoy the sitting experience as chairs are not too far from each other that makes u enjoy the company of the person u r with!

Needs to upgrade. Upholstery in poor condition, seats are narrow and legroom is less compared to others.

Best option to watch movies. Nice ambience and theatre quality. The screen and speaker quality is really good.

Worst experience some scene are cut from movie add between movie is too much instead of showing add they can show hole movie without cutting scenes

It was overall an good experience but there was a stinking smell was coming in between in the theatre no-4.

Very good multiplex. Prefer screen 1 & 8 as they are large screens. Weekdays and morning shows are very resonable within budget. Spacious and well maintained waiting area. Large washrooms and clean drinking water is available. Theatre feels bit cold during shows so advise to carry jacket or shawl for comfortable viewing experience. 3D is not upto the mark. If i have option I would choose to wath the same movie in 2 D version.

We all collage mates visited inox theater in amanora and had a blast in watching movje uri the surgical strike and we enjoyed a lot

I go to inox almost every week. This time it was actually good. Nice comfortable seats. Movie started on time.
The snacks combo offers were awesome. I recommend you to visit at least once and enjoy yourself. You can also take your family.
