ITC Maratha, A Luxury Collection Hotel, Mumbai

Nita was very helpful as I was working in my room. She came and clean my room swiftly and efficiently.

The moment I stepped in the hotel I had the best experience till now, what a best in class it was, great hospitality, highly recommended.

Dear ITC Management,

I am writing to express my disappointment with the breakfast experience I had at your hotel on 27 September. I have stayed at many multi-star hotels in India, and this was by far the worst breakfast I have ever had.

The service was pathetic. The staff seemed only concerned with attending to some of their regular customers or foreign nationals. They passed by my table multiple times without asking me if I needed anything.

The food was average, except for a couple of things. I was not expecting this from ITC. The placement of the food was also incorrect.

Finally, the plates were all worn and torn. I suggest that you change your cutlery as soon as possible.

This is based on my first visit to your hotel, and I am not sure if I will give it a second chance.

The hotel has some very beautiful and amazing sites. The rooms are very big and luxurious.

I just want to say every one should experience the luxurious services of ITC maratha

I stayed for the past three days. Its wonderful ambience. Great hotel. I had a good time. We got delicious food, good entertainment and a relaxing area. Also they have a gym to work out as well. I recommend stay for either an individual or family. Fulfil our desires!

I had been there to attend one of our clients wedding on 9th JAN 2022 … it was not only shocking but absolutely disheartening wht the guests went thru…. There was no serving staff in the food area … the worst.no water bottles … so they replaced it with water filter instead half way of the wedding.the used plates were piled up on the tables … there was no cutlery to eat.it’s really sad. I felt really bad.this five star had zero standards pathetic

Amazing. Can recommend this to anybody coming to Mumbai. May be a TV with USB port would make it better but alright. The food is also great and very fresh, especially the Indian dishes.

One of the finest 5 star hotel in Mumbai. 5 mins from international airport. Room are too good. The size of the room and washroom a huge. Their breakfast is a huge spread. They have 3 restaurant all different cusines. They pan asian is too good. Staff on each service point are excellent. It's a pure homely feeling. 100% value for the money.

Very narrow place where food is served, not well placed food items, for a big crowd, in covid times not enough tables to stand and eat, no social distance was maintained, half the crowd was not wearing mask.

Service is good.but have to improve a food quality.yesterday was there for a occasion not fully satisfied with food qualities.

The ambiance was too good, it was my first stay experience in Maratha and I loved it.
The staff helped me out in every manner and even at late nights, I would definitely suggest my friends and family for staying up in Maratha.

It's a great place to stay. Nice ambience. I just feel paying over 6000 rupees for an executive room per night needs to come with something as simple as a toothpaste. A balcony would be welcoming. Other than this, it is a nice place to stay.

ITC hotels are known for its food and luxury. Peshwa pavillion offers one of the best buffets in town. One will never fail to fall in love with the food that is served there.

The ITC Shertan chain it self a top rated hotel franchisee all over world. This was awesome stay in this Luxurious 5Hotel at Mumbai, Maharashtra. The interior design n all amenities are there. It's just above the class. The hygienic n cooperative staff of hotel. Fast Room service. The variety of food, starting with Starter, soups, snacks, fast food, main course Indian N other all types of continental foods are there. I really loving it?

The reason is to give 3stars, there was always cars queue on gate, today also there were 5,6cars were standing in queue of gate.the entery process I guess is slow. Kindly do all the checking inside the gate.do not rush outside the gate.disappointing

Absolutely pathetic management and equally expensive. Definitely deserving 5 -ve stars. People knocking at the door at 1.30am enquiring whether u were supposed to be checked out due to confusion.
You will definitely have to wait for in room dining for at least 1.30hrs and get served cold food. Obnoxious food Pricing. For an omelette they charge INR 725+ taxes and still you get served cold. Have to followup at least thrice to get food. You will surely be served cold tea when asked for in the room without any exception (tried 4 times). You will have to always ask for bottled water in the room. Even if you request them for 3 bottles of water, they will always bring you 2. Don’t know their fixation to sending 2 bottles inspite of emphasizing for 3 or more every single time. Every time you order something and in-room dining staff will mess it up. They have very sub standard gate key devices installed. It automatically stops functioning and you have to keep doing rounds to the lobby to get the key activated.

Good place and elegance. Loved the rooms. Stay was amazing with butler services. Very flexible that they upgraded my rooms for free ️️.

May be is is still recovering from Covid shock.

Ballroom to attend a wedding. Food service was bad! Constantly running out of cutlery, some dessert items too! Kulfi was so frozen solid that the servers too deserted the area! Needed 15 minutes to thaw the kulfi enough to cut small chunks with a fork.spoon couldn't be used!

While the place claims to be five star and is based very close to the T3 terminal, it leaves a lot to be desired as far as customer service is concerned. Check in time is at a weird 3pm for some god forseen reason that even the staff don't know about. The rooms are comfortable, but have to be cleaner in terms of hygiene. Bedsheets that have the yellow patina of age are definitely not a standard of the itc chain. Breakfast was good on day one, but lo behold, the items and spread was exactly the same on day two. If a guest stays for more than a day, it talks about being consistent, but for the itc chain that prides itself on good food, it is disappointing to the very least. Customer service at the breakfast lobby is very bad, the guy clearing the tables almost dropped a knife on my foot without even the courtesy of saying sorry. Waiters and staff seem lost in their own worlds to the point of exuding snobbishness. Very disappointed. Both the service and the attitude are an eyesore.

Hotel is Amazing, very clean and well maintained. Food is awesome especially the mutton biryani. However the services is very average, response for anything you ask is late and never get a call back if they say they will. Beside this it's a good property to live

It was a great feeling when you see Social Distancing and COVID-19 protocol followed. Staff Anurag kudos And the remaining dining staff sorry can’t share all the names. Rooms were very much the best what I must have seen.

Hygiene and cleanliness is must in this covid situation and ITC Maratha is the place which fulfilled all the norms perfectly.

Amazing and classy hotel; like all ITC hotels in India. As such, there are only four authentic 5 star Indian brands: Taj, ITC, Oberoi and Leela. Wonderful ambience (from kind of material used outside as well as for the interiors; simply classy, beautiful Orange hue) great staff. But absolutely slowest and poor check in process in India (not because of staff but ITC ERP) and online booking process (Again same problem). Need to take inputs on how to improve web processes from the other wannabees like Radisson Hyatt etc

My stay at ITC MARATHA was excellent…The front office staff was very supportive n coordial. The food at ITC is excellent n yummy.

Super experience at ITC Maratha, i really wish to stay longer. It was my girlfriend's birthday and Sayali from front office arranged a cake and room decor which was really beautiful. She made sure that we had an amazing and memorable experience, which we aactually felt. ITC Maratha is now my one of the favorite hotel in Mumbai and I'm always going to choose to stay at ITC. One of the best stay's with my family. Had visited for my Parents 40th anniversary and the stay was really awesome and amazing. The service of thw Hotel and the Staff members is really commendable. The safety policies regarding the pandemic were followed very well and everything was upto the mark. The hotel overall is really clean and absolutely well maintained. They serve delicious breakfast. I would really want to go there yet again. Surely recommended. Must go!

I was there for a corporate event, liked the interiors and security checking process, however the catering service was too slow. Roti it took so long to refill rotis initially that many people didnt have it.

We tried the chocolate restaurant known as fable. The chocolate was very elegant and delicious. The staff seemed to be affable and helpful.

Easily accessible place. Nearby Sahar Airport. Has huge banquet halls and a huge lawn area to host big parties. Simultaneously approx atleast 3 marriages can go on inside the property. The staff is well spoken. Some food items weren't that good though and some of the staff seemed a bit snobbish too. Otherwise an ok place to dwell.

This is one of my expensive stays in India, it's a five star so nothing specific as everything is glorious, we had dinner at peshawari restaurant, panner kulchan and butter chicken we're up to the mark.nice ambience. Overall amazing experience

My favourite is the Peshwa pavillion. Went with guests for the Christmas lunch buffet. Good spread. Great food. Great ambience. Friendly nd "eager to serve" staff. Value for money.

Truly 5 star. Not because of the infrastructure or ambience or facilities, but for the staff. Ready for anything, always ready to help. The smile and the vibe you get is something which one must experience. For the price you pay, every penny is optimised. You will never repent spending. Special mention to Ms. Lavanya at tje front desk who helped us checking in amd checking out.

Breakfast at the hotel is amazing. I got upgraded to a suite which was impeccable and had all luxuries I could possibly think of. Every little detail carefully looked after and the room service was quick. The butler service ensured I got what I asked for. Overall a fantastic experience! Nice

I frequently travel for business to India. This was my first time to stay at this ITC Maratha Mumbai hotel. To my surprise, the hotel meets my standard as 5 star luxury. The color and design of the room and hotel was very nice. Room had very good lighting and bathroom was nice. Special ammenities for a good sleep such as herbal fragrance, ear plugs, eye cover etc.is a nice touch. Bed was very comfortable with nice linen. Pool area is a nice place to relax and gym was also good. The hotel seems very busy even in the late hours after midnight with aorline crews coming in and out. Breakfast buffet is also good. I don't know exactly how to describe the staff interaction experience because it was also very nice and all are obviously well trained, but I would add that the staff provide a general feel of luxury in interacting with guests. This could be good or bad depending on personal style.
Overall, I would consider staying here again.

Really poor experience. The property is now quite old and I'll maintained. Dirty carpets, dirty water bottles, cockroach on the buffet counter and absolutely unwelcoming staff. Extremely disappointing.

Traditional peshawari cusine which you gotta eat the quintessential way with your hands. Daal bukhara is a must try! Kebabs are good too. Found it a bit over priced.

Best interiors including their halls, restaurant, ambiance.it's all king size and lavish. I just love their food whenever I visit the place. Their fish, murgh biryani, murgh in gravy with naan so amazing. Their spread in the evening snack is just delicious. Love the kullad tea which they prepare.

Went for the first time. Actually went for a friend reception. It was held at the lawn. It was great. Found the place was quiet large n it's good for wedding or any other social gatherings

ITC Maratha the name itself is named after the emperor Shivaji Maharaja who conquered Maharashtra the hotel's architecture has alot of history behind it.

Thanks to DM Roohie for my smooth Check in and Aishwarya for the room orientation. The guest relations team took me around explaining me the architecture as me and my friend wanted to explore something about this hotel as we are travellers and were curious. Aaliya took us around the upper crust lounge, spa and salon (pomegranate theme).

Vanessa helped us in and around the different restaurants to help us decide what we wanted. Prajakta helped me in getting print outs for my colleague as she was heading to work and getting a car arranged for us in no time. Highly recommend this hotel for first timers.
