I had mixed reviews but in my case I was admited there for 5 days due to my accident. The facilities were really good doctors visit about 2-3 times a day. Cleanliness, hygiene was on point. Nurse sister took care of me but other sisters were bit mean. They sometimes ignore and don’t do there work properly my mom has to ask them again and again about reports. Sisters and nurse literally behave badly they only used to lie and don’t listen to patients. Doctors were very cooperative and try all best ways to their treat patients. Hospital also provide timely food to patients with some minimal amount of money (food suggested by doctors), medicines etc.one the biggest railway hospital it has all facilities from testing labs, x ray department, sonography, ct scan, mri to canteen etc.huge number of doctors and staff available.

This is located in mumbai central and is one of the hospitals that are alloted to railways staff for their free medical checkups and treatment. During covid, free vaccines were available here for railways staff and their families. Good facility is provided but there’s always rush available. You will have to wait too long for your turn. There’s also a pre procedure which you will have to follow for case paper. Overall service is good. But minimum 4-5 hours will be invested for small checkup.

I think that chief medical doctors have to visit randomly so patients can contact them for instant departmental queries.

Most of the Doctors and staffs are very rude.
They always insult patients and parents.
Doctors behaviour is like Filmy Don.mai apni wife ka treatment gynecologist OPD -1 me karane jata hu waha pe ek Male doctor hai bahut batamij hai, patients and parents ko itana dara deta hai ki dusri baar uske pass jane ka himmat nahi karta.

JRH se nafrat paida kar diya hai mere wife ke man me.

रेल्वे ने इतना अच्छा हॉस्पिटल बनाया है लेकिन वहा का डाक्टर और स्टाफ JRH का इमेज को मिटी में मिला रहा है l मै अपनी बहू का डिलीवरी का ट्रीटमेंट्स करवा रही हु लेकिन डॉक्टर का बात करने का तरीका से जाने से डर लगता है l
मैनेजमेंट को इन डॉक्टर्स अंड स्टाफ को पेशेन्ट एंड पेरेंट्स से बात करने का लहजा सिखाने का ट्रैंनिंग देने चाहिए l

This person is in Vaccination Centre is so annoying and insolence i don't know how he got this job an how hospitality allow such a uneducated person to work, Very bad experience in this reputed Hospital he Shout at me that he don't give me vaccine what ever you want to do do it and in vaccination centre he didn't ware mask because of this people our name of our India is getting spoiled.

Trying to update itself, encroached footpath, accommodates on Payments Pvt Patients, conducts major surgeries & refers critical cases to other welknown Hospitals, substandard Medicines of Co unheard of.
Must he handed over to corporate Hospitality for better Results & inner cuts, slogs, etc.

Services cleanness, administration and specially dr. And staffs brothers and sister all of them doing really really good job. Keep it up team.

One of the worst hospital where you will waste your time, energy and end up with sleepless night

My case was referred from BY hospital to JRH in Feb20. Dr P J Halder & team has taken my case as challenge and was discharged on Mar20.
Due to Covid, I could not follow up but in Nov20 Dr P J Halder& team contacted me to know about my case & detected Hernia. Hernia surgery has done on 15/3/21.
My both surgeries have been operated by Dr P J Halder and team.
He is very much polite, very experienced, very soft in nature, fully dedicated & devoted to work.

This hospital is managed by Western Rly. This hospital serves Rly. Staff. It had 4 story bldg.and very much near, adjacent to the Mumbai Central express terminus. It has centrally located on the main road. It is clean and hygene is maintained every where. It has been recently beautifuly renovated with all facilities for the patients coming here from all over India. All the staff is good, co-operative and capable of their duties. Overall a good, big hospital in Mumbai.

The worst hospital u can ever get in lifetime, this is the pathetic hospital if u enter here then do not expect to get your life back you will be going to heaven beware all fake doctor and interns, the hospital staff are very rude too they will never share the report as well if u ask them.
They kill people willingly no heart at all

This hospital is not at all resident/student friendly, you will come to know when you somehow join this institute without thinking or consulting, the hostels they provide for students are in pathetic condition (no wonder we are only to be blamed). 6 students in one flat, with one toilet, heavily super heavily infested with bedbugs, baki melody khao khud jaan jao

My Dad was admitted in Jagjivan Ram Hospital for Covid treatment and I am writing this review based on experience he had in this hospital.
Firstly the quality of treatment given in this hospital is the best. My Dad found out that personal attention was given to him and other patients around. Unlike other hospitals which make you believe that you are ill and you are in hospital bcaz of that and most importantly they hamper your mentality by treating you like you are most critical this hospital gives you freedom and peace of mind, their treatment is just like you can get at home. Special thanks to Dr. Anil and Dr. Shubham for their efforts and personal care which my Dad found most helpful.

Well one the best in south Mumbai excellent care for patients whether it’s emergency or when u get admitted. Drs n nurses everyone are so professional it helps u recover faster even the ward staff is well trained and well mannered thanks Wochardht

This is suffering hospital Reasons. 1. Too much waiting time 2. The system is not so much organised. 3 There are cats roaming around between legs. 4. May cause serious infection but administration is not worried. 5. Many doctors are rude when they talk specially sonography, gynecologist. 6. They think and behave as if they are not paid. 7. Government has hired them to treat railway employees and family and they say free medical facility but here you will suffer to get free treatment. 8.
The opd timings of many opd start at 11am but in order to take appointment you have to be present there even before 9am. 9. There is somewhere token system but still people fight there to get opd paper and long waiting in queue. 10. There is no discipline some cunning people will get into queue without your knowledge. 11. Nobody will guide you with sympathy where to go next and also OPD timings and days are not displayed right when you enter. 12. You will certainly visit the day when the facility not available. 13. You have to stand in queue for an hour or more and fight against some cunning intruder to get free medicine as token system not followed. The

अस्पताल काफी हद तक साफ है । सुरक्षा भी काफी अच्छी है । असिस्टन डॉक्टर्स अच्छे से सारे सवालों का जवाब देते है । डिलिवरी वार्ड के मुख्य डॉक्टर्स काफी रूड है । बिल्कुल भी कॉपरेटिव नहीं है । मुख्य स्टाफ नर्स (डिलीवरी वार्ड) अपने आप को पता नहीं क्या समझ ते है । उन्हें बस 8 घंटे ड्यूटी के निकालने है । किसको क्या प्रॉब्लम है कोई लेना देना नहीं है।
उन्हें कुछ कहेंगे तो अपने पर पूरे बरस पड़ते है ।

Good Hospital with all types Medical facilities for patient's and All kind of tests are done here. 10min far from Mumbai Central Railway Station

One of the biggest hospital of India Railways. People from remote areas of India come here for treatment. Earlier the infrastructure was damaged, improper and dirty. But now renovation was conducted which rose the level of hospital. It is matching international standards in terms of service, diagnosis, wards and labs. The services which are not available here are fulfilled by sending the patient to other hospitals (private/govt) via ambulance. Good going.

Hospital is clean. I had gone there for a medical test. One thing to note is that the elevators on either side are for outsiders and the middle one is for staff only. Please remember this otherwise they will harass you in front of everyone.

Staff has no good attitude towards patient. No care about patient. Very rude staff as their ego of working in gov hospital is higher than care towards patient. Patient with 500+ glucose level is discharged just cos of shortage of bed. Very sad

Previously the structure and the inner design was not so good but now after good renovation the hospital has improved a lot, ac wards, good space for the patient's family members, greenery around campus of this hospital, good doctors

It's very carefully maintained and doing responsive answers to customers I think most of customers are happy from there services, I have visited 2-3 time there are good responses from doctors and staff. But this hospital services available only for railways employees and families
