Very good experience while stay in Jaslok Hospital. All the staff are very co operative, specially all sister staff are excellent, morning shift and night staff both.

Higher cost for poor facilities.
1star for Nursing department they have empathy towards patients.
Rest all departments are working to take money and when you ask no explanation.
Room are in poor condition compared to rates they charge.
1night stay for DJ stent insertion process rs 86345/- that too in twin sharing room.

My uncle Anil Aswani was admitted there For a spine surgery recently and he got the best treatment by Dr. Devesh Dholakiya. The surgery went smoothly thanks to him and he recovered asap! The entire hospital staff and nurses were very kind and caring, including Mr. Ranjit More who supported at his best. They made it feel like home at the hospital!
All the doctors including the physiotherapist are very skilled and knowledgeable, the hospital is well equipped with everything that could be possibly needed and got the best treatment and care during the most stressful surgery he had to go through, they made it really comfortable for us!

Jaslok hospital”, Department of Cardiology, Cath lab where my mother got her second life when all the doors where directly or indirectly closed for Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation (TAVI) due to other critical abnormalities related to her but then with hope of light, I was directed to Dr AB Mehta, director of cardiology. He conducted TAVI within days without much of questions, full of confidence and blessings of god TAVI was performed on my Mom. After surgery, within 24 hrs we can see the good impact in my Mom health.

Words are not enough to show the gratitude for Dr Mehta. Our complete family will always be thankful for life time. Big salute to Dr AB Mehta and Jaslok hospital where medical treatment is best and true meaning of “Lifetime care” can be seen for humanity.

I ptno 211225248, got discharged, after 28 days from Jaslok hospital. Apart from initial hitch with billing guys. (mentioned in my earlier review). My stay there was absolutely pleasant.
Though i m still not convinced with different charges for insurance and cash patients.for same treatment in same class.and some additional rediculous daily charging for Floor, Covidcare and bio waste disposal
Reason to get treated at Jaslok was my Primary Doctor Fahad Afzal.i have no words.to say the way he and his team of dedicated resident docs Vishal, Himani, Seema and Mihir.day & night monitored during my absurd, roller coaster ride of blood counts.after and before chemos

PR team Smit & Ranjit headed by Palak, moment they got information of my billing issue, Smit swung into action and got things resolved within an hour.accepting our conditions for daily payments.both Ranjit & Smit have almost daily followed up, resolving any issue.like friends do.in a very convincing manner.
11th floor both medical and non medical staff.have been supportive.going out of the way.to make us feel comfortable. 5 to all of them.to name few Kamlesh, Sadhna (shining star), Yogesh, Sunny, Smita, Ankita, Hemant, Ganga mama, Ashokmama are among the nonmedical team.amongst Medical staff.sisters Kajal, Archana, Shreya, Nisha, Sutjahta, lakshata, Floor incharge sister Sushila & Sakshi. All are Gems of floor, equally dedicated were Chemo Sisters Sneha, Vedika, Mansi, Deepali, Saily.ensuring right dosage & montoring multiple times durring the day.
Finally my lifeline Dietitians️. Bhavisha. (. Just like what Rumisha did last time). Made it sure that every meal i got was up to my requirement.as my palate condition changed daily due to chemos.helped me very much in early recovery.
In short. I got admitted in E class.but got the feeling of A class.

Not sure what's the process and what the issue with vaccine slots for 18 -44. Slots are already booked before opening, the moment you check at 7pm sharp, and you keep refreshing, no matter how fast your internet speed is, still you will get to see already booked. God knows whats the hack

The waiting time on the road to even enter the premises of the school was very long and we were standing in the hot sun for hours. Although the staff were nice, there was a lot of confusion. The waiting period for every proceedure was long due to few booths. As of today, i feel the number of staff should be more to handle such big crowds. Being crowded there is no social distancing.

Jaslok held a vaccination drive in our society and it was great! So well organised and swift! The staff was amazing as well! Thankyou jaslok!

We are coming to Jaslok hospital for last five years from Bharuch.we are extremely happy with the caring staff around and patient centric approach during the medical treatment. We give our special thanks to senior PR manager Hemlata. We are impressed.

I wanted to give Zero rating for this hospital. I have no grudges against the staff but i really hate a doctor called Dr Bharat Sivdasani. He is one hell of corrupt doctor in Jaslok Hospital. I have seen him asking under table money from my family as well as some other families in front of me.

The worst part is he also bargains about the extra money and if anyone denies he tells then to treat then somewhere else. When we say that we will complaint to the management he says that all management knows about this and they are involved too.

I thought doctors take some kind of Oath where they promise to treat people and save their life before money. Doctors like Bharat Sivdasani are a black spot on renowned hospitals like Jaslok. I don't like to use prefix Dr in front of his name.

If the management of Jaslok are really concerned about your image, I request you to take action against such useless doctor like Bharat Sivdasani.

Amazing people, great care and selfless. You all have made my stay stress free and given me a Family away from home. Keep it up.
