We went from Chennai to Mumbai with elders. Our baggage lock was found open upon receiving the bag and immediately reported to the office. One pair of light weight plastic shoes were missing. Upon weighing the baggage, authorities were not convinced that it was missing. They made us wait for almost an hour and paid 250 inr for the damaged lock. The person was so arrogant, that he was not handing over the cash to me in hand. He kept that on the desk and told me to take it, which I did not. Finally after a series of hot exchanges, he gave me the amount in hand. Airways makes money by all hooks and crooks- whenever it is favourable for them. But when a customer asks for his genuine claim, he’s mistreated. To be blunt- instead of earning money by deceiving people (well dressed- manner lesspeople) and accumulating wealth- people can sit on he road side and earn money with pride. Head quarters of India's premier airline is located near the Terminal 2 of Mumbai International airport. The office is right between two international 5 star Hotels; ITC Maratha and Hyatt which gives it the status it deserves.

It's a 5 storey building with all amenities including open and closed parking lots, smoke zone, canteen area, fire exit, lobby with a reception and drinking water facility, tight security with CCTV monitoring etc.

This is where the company has its major support operations that ensures smooth running of the business across its entire domestic and international network.

It's accessible by public transport by road and Mumbai metro rail (Airport road station)

The office also has a Reservation counter within its premises where guests can visit to book tickets or clear queries about their reservation or discuss travel plans. Friendly and customer centric staff are available during office hours (9am to 5pm) at this counter.

Chaos at jet airway counter at T2 terminal dep level as many flights have been cancelled bcoz of jet airways operational issues. But the staff r still very friendly and calm. I would like to give 5* fr jet staff in handling the passengers in such a hot situation

I love jet Airways really, I was happy with their service, the cabin crews was good and kind. I u jet airways... Please! Don't shut jet airways. Naresh goyal u r only the person who can save jet airways and it's employees

You are a HORRIBLE company. You postponed my flight by 3 days! I had to spend 1 hour on the phone with your customer care service and it cost me dozens of euros. They finally put my on a flight but I had to wait 18 hours at the airport. And your company REFUSED to provide me with a hotel room for this time! This is INSANE! I had to fight to at les last be provided with some food.
Because of this, I lost one full day of vacation, I had to rush at the airport, i had to cancel one night at my hotel and it was not refundable, i had to pay for another night by the airport, I will have spend two nights with NO sleep, no shower
what the hell is this? !? I have never seen this before!
I talked to probably 10 people of your company and I never heard the single at least apologizing for all the inconvenience

Also, before all this happened, I begged for 2 weeks on Twitter someone to change my seats in the plane. I had no answer and no satisfaying answer at the end. By phone they could not do it either. What is this one more time?

Are you still wondering why you are going into crisis? With such a poor sens of customer care this is just normal!

The breakfast of Jet Airways was very tasty but I am little depressed and very not satisfied because the food today provided us was not that good in fact it was not good

Abhijeet Sircar Hi my name is Abhijeet sircar I booked 6 return tickets for my family on jet airways, it was Mumbai Chennai return pnr no. ALYIPR, after making the payment immediately online they say that due to error in the system they cant issue me the said tickets after making the payment in full. This happened on the 16th of November, every day I call them up to know the status of my refund but till now no one has been able to provide me any details.iam totally flabbergasted at the attitude of the airline I request them to please refund my money at the earliest.

Head office for Jet Airways situated beside the International Airport of Mumbai. We can book tickets for both domestic and international destinations over here.

Business place. But the lobby is more like a super market sometimes. Staffs too high handness behaviour at times creates unpleasant situation.

Snacks are getting smaller and liquor choices are Nil. You either drink whiskey or Beer! Still better option than Air India!

Very good service by the cabin crew, flight was on time. The food served is indeed delicious. In flight entertainment also acts as a plus point.
