I have been charged heavily upto my TPA limit (Against 5L limit, hospital bill reached 480000/- for 2.5 days) and last full day kept on bed for TPA approval.

Goof up made in returning the deposited money as I have deposited 150000/-, adjustable amt = 17360/- but in return I got 127640/- against mentioned Rs132640/- on the
discharged paper.
Also they have taken extra Rs5000/- as a deposit money so my total 10000/- still stuck in hospital.

"My recent experience with Jupiter Hospital Baner Pune has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Despite multiple attempts to contact their TPA department, I was met with continuous phone system issues. I called more than 15 times, with some calls lasting over 15 minutes, only to be greeted by their intercom tunes each time, leaving me feeling completely unheard and ignored.

In my desperation, I reached out to their Thane hospital, but unfortunately, they were unable to assist me in resolving my issue. This experience has highlighted a serious flaw in their phone operating system, making it nearly impossible for patients to access the support they need.

I hope that Jupiter Hospital Baner Pune takes immediate steps to rectify this situation and improve their communication systems to ensure that patients like me receive the assistance they require in a timely and efficient manner.called your phone number more than 15 times, some of the calls more than 15 minutes the only answer is your intercom tunes. Then I have called your Thane hospital it works but they couldn't help me in this case. Your phone operating system is worst.

Dear Jupiter, By god's grace I am not a patient but only a visitor. Please do something about the parking opposite your hospital, it's way too muddy.

Excellent infrastructure, doctors and medical facilities with well trained support staff. Healthy and tasty food available for patients as per dietician's guidance. Parking is inadequate even on weekdays. Really need more parking space / car-parking tower. Customers often enter premises (security sometimes unaware that parking is full), roam around looking for parking within compound and exit main-gate to park outside hospital (in a nearby lane)

Very Excellence experience we had here, Really worth Hospital, All services starting from Nursing, Hous keeping to Food are really best. Rooms are spacious and there slogan" patient first" is in actual. Staffs are very co-operative, Dr Neeraj Rayate and Dr. Mandar Dhamangaonkar are very very super Doctor, hatss off to there efforts. We had laptoscopic surgery here, We are very thankful to both Doctors and team.

I have come here for a accute stomach infection and I was worried about ongoing covid chaos and all but I really find the hospital very good

Hospital is Very good for all type to critical illness, But billing department is very very slow, Mr. AMIT who is looking Billing department is very rude guy and very Agrogent. I would like to request Hospital HR team to give business communication training to them and try to resolve all billing related issues as earliest.

Pathetic management. Took an appointment almost 2 weeks back and when called to confirm the same a day back, due to holiday even no one was there to confirm. When we came in the morning at the specified time the concerned department was not even open. Also there was no information on when it will open.

Worst experience at jupiter hospital, Baner, Pune. Their doctor panel is very good but nursing is worst. Even the Admin and Insurance dept staff is good but the main Nursing management is very poor.
My son was admitted for Appendicitis operation. We had faced a problem from Casualty entrance itself. All the incoming paitients were at the same non isolated cozy area waiting for the RTPCR reports including sugical, viral, all types of patients for 2 to 3 hours. We specifically didn't like their protocol not allowiing home food specially in these covid days but their own canteen foods are allowed inside rooms. Also the Nursing staff answering false when asked about the discharge processes specially for Insurance patients. Very time consuming discharge process.very disappointed and will not recommend any of my friends or relatives for this hospital.

Worst experience at jupiter hospital. Their doctor panel is good but nursing and housekeeping is worst. My mother was given wrong medicine (medicine prescribed for another patients). We we lucky enough to catch that glitch before she gives medicine and asked her to show us prescription and that's how found that it was not for her. Please think twice before going there, instead having trust feeling when you are in hospital, i am feeling scared now. There are many small things were staff's carelessness and lack of knowledge for the area they are working is noticed

It should be named Disaster and not Jupiter. Horrible coordination. I think it's good to make it into a hotel rather than a Hospital.

Absolutely great hospital. We had 2 hospitalisations in last 6 months and both times it was very good experience. Great doctors and nursing staff. Very caring. Yes, sometimes there are delays but given the situation and full hospitals we have to give some concessions to staff. Everyone is trying to help you out. Overall cleanliness and food is top of the mark. Keep up the good work.

Billing and discharge process needs improvement in speed

I had an excellent experience with the COVID-19 vaccination team at the Jupiter hospital. Very well organised, well managed with an extremely helpful and efficient team! Thank you so much!

They do everything so good except medication and treatment. They are prompt only in checking if someone is bringing outside food or not. Their doctors don't attend to patient and patient just cries in pain. Never ever visit this hospital. They don't care about patients. They just make money from patients and their families

No proper investigations and the doctors these days are advising to see youtube videos for exercises instead of showing demonstrations to the patients. They charge you for medicines and equipments which were never given to the patients, also the nurses are not well equiped to suggest anything, they seems to be in a hurry and rush. Overall a very bad experience and will not recommend Jupiter going forward.

Today morning I went to Jupiter hospital Balewadi-Baner at 3 am with my 6 year old son having 102.7F fever. I have been visiting the hospital and observed that they have excellent infrastructure but very slow processes and untrained staff. I was surprised to see that for about 30-40 mins they were discussing who should take the patient. Later they told me that pediatrician is not available so you decide. I was surprised to see they refusing to take patient just because doctor with a specialization is not available. I requested them to treat my son with general physician and in the morning I'll find pediatrician. They somehow accepted and then treatment started. I think even though the infrastructure is excellent and doctors are great, poor process slow and untrained staff to handle emergencies, poor documentation and most importantly the refusal to take patients at emergency for a trivial reason is a breach of trust. How do I know that I'll get the service next time when I needed them most. Therefore I rated them 1 star. I had previously given feedback to their manager when I was admitted in May-2021. But I see quality of staff is not improving. That time the sister/nurse did not have thermometer. Finally I purchased and gave it to her. Can you imagine the nurse supervising patient with fever with no thermometer. But she never cared to get one or bureaucratic process made her wait. That forced me to buy one for her. Beside the sugar meter they were carrying were expired. For all patients in the ward the meter was showing high sugar. When many patients complained about the device they stopped using it.

Very Poor Management. Hopeless Service. I went with my 9 months baby having high fever 102 Celsius to emergency ward yesterday night. Guard tells us to go to ward where covid patients are treated. We refused as there were covid patients and insisted them to let us go on first floor where paediatric doctors are available so that they will treat on urgent basis. Rather, they tells us they don’t have permission to let us go upstairs. So idiotic and irresponsible behaviour. Worst experience. And Thanks to Surya Hospital where my baby was treated on priority and urgent basis.

Writing this review while sitting in hospital. I took appointment for 2 different doctors prior to my visit. Still I meet them after few hours and other patients are coming and going, this is the first time I'm visiting Jupiter. But definitely not happy with the service.

Very good hospital. All the doctors, sisters, house keeping & admin staffs are very co-operative. Hospital is very clean.

I was admitted to Jupiter hospital for 4 days, its a very nice experience i got here. Nursing and housekeeping staff has been very polite and supportive. I had blood sugar spiked during covid but dietician took every precaution to keep it under control. Food quality was very good. Admin staff regularly enquired about the quality of services being provided. A big thank you to Dr. Doshi for his consultation i was able to recover fast. I was admitted in the hospital for 2 days from 15th to 17th Aug 2021 for vocal nodules / white patch surgery. It was done by Dr. Sardesai / Dr. Ashwini. Surgery went off very well.

I'm very happy with this hospital. All staff members are very family friendly. Best hospital i seen ever. All facility are available in this hospital.

Poor management of insurance package details, we were misled my sales agent Anil who shared around 60k package for normal delivery under ICICI Lombard and later we came to know the actual package is 1.05 lac under icici insurance. Also, they only have one milk pump in entire hospital for which we have to request several times and got it only twice in 3 days. Baby screening test report not shared till date despite taking all payments. 5000 deposit paid initially not returned and no follow up call as well. Avoid this hospital if you can. Only their Doctors and sisters are good.

Great hospital, great facilities, rooms and bathrooms are kept clean. Vaccination is well managed. Also the canteen is amazing.
I would risk getting covid for the chole bhature and pav bhaji served here. Look

Every penny spent is worth of its medical infrastructure, 5 star facilities, simplified processes and at most care by best in town medicos.well recommended!

The cleanliness & overall hospitality of the hospital is good. The co- ordination between the hospital staff is poor we need to take lot of follow up for all the things. Even though patient is in emergency section they dont even attend it until Covid report is not received. Even though patient is paralysis and also completely vaccinated. The discharge process is too long & had to wait for approx 5-6 hr for same and ended up with staying one more day in hospital. The hospital is on a costlier side, so kindly check for the same before admission.
Edit- Finally we got discharge on second day at 2PM even though all process was completed a day before. Worst management.

The behavior of hospital staff, not doctors very, very poor, they are very arrogant, behaving rudely, not at all helpful. I have really faced tremendously harsh attitudes from the staff of this hospital.
