We came today in Jupiter foundation for consultation for ENT there the PRATHIBA Sister was very rude with my uncle agree we are paying less it doesn’t mean they will be rude with patient my uncle is un Educated that doesn’t mean she will treat him like government hospital the tone was very rude and pathetic please look in to this her seniors.
Doctors are very help full and good management because of some staff the experience is getting bad.

For treatment purpose I have to be here for almost forth time this year just cause of which selected Jupiter Hospital. Thank you so much for taking care of patients.

My brother recently underwent VIU, which was done by Dr. Ajay Kanbur Sir an excellent Urologist. Sir is extremely kind, helpful, patiently listens to all your queries and explains everything in great detail to alleviate your fears. His assistant Sandhya Panicker provided us all information regarding the admission formalities, available packages, insurance related paperwork. The entire process right from the admission to the procedure to discharge was seamless. Excellent doctors and staff. The entire team at Jupiter hospital is amazing.

Pathetic Hospital Especially for Cashless Claims. They take deposit despite of cashless claims. The deposit will be refunded only when the claim is settled by the insurance which takes minimum 3 months. Have to follow up multiple times to get the deposit refund. Horrible experience. Avoid Jupiter as much as possible.

My experience with Jupitor hospital is very negative. First time we have admitted our dad. There's no fix schedule for Dr round. When ever we ask nurse or Rmo answer is "we have no idea dr can come any time". Any time means afternoon or evening or late night for example 11 pm. It means, as a relative if I need to talk to Dr about the treatment then I need to be there for whole day. So, I have to take long leave and sitting here for whole day to get a glimps of a Dr. I have raised my concern to admin couple of times. But no use. They have no control. Also, canteen food standard is very low, however they charge very high. They charge higher amount compare to the price tag given in the room. Since i have to be there in hospital for whole day I have no choice.

Irresponsible, pathetic, and only want to extort as much as money possible from the patient's family. I lost my brother at the of 23 at this hospital and I wish we could have taken him somewhere else in Mumbai than this money-minting machine, which calls itself a "Hospital" and plays with the life of its patient!

One of the best hospitals in Thane. Well equipped, well staffed. Each & every staff member is polite & helpful. Cleanliness is top notch & punctual staff. Doctors are also extremely knowledgeable, very polite and easily diagnosed disease. All Pathology test are available here and also very reliable rate.

I consulted with Dr Alpa Dalal, pulmonologist. She is one of the best in the field and works with me with lot of empathy and care for diagnosis and further course of treatment. Her team including Dr Tarang Kulkarni and Dr Prashant Patil are equally efficient and caring. Thank you ma'am and team for all your support!

My company had scheduled COVID 19 vaccination for myself n my husband. Got to confess that the staff's attitude is one thing to comment on. Especially the manager (Mr. Suchen) at the Health check department. He did not have the courtesy to talk or attend patients n furnish with the necessary info. Throughout my interaction with him, he was yelling and grabbing eye balls at the place.

Pathetic experience! Would highly recommend other healthcare centres in that vicinity. Jupiter hospital seems to be loosing the brand name due to such ruthless behaviour of staff

Got vaccinated at Rainbow pre school organized by Jupiter Hospital. It was managed very efficiently.excellent coordination and planning

Worst vaccination experience.there is no one to clearly explain the procedure that the form had to be submitted post vaccination then they call us after 2 hrs and ask us to leave al work and submit the form in hospital don’t even give us time to reach there.such rude staff! Can’t even manage a vaccination drive

Best Hospital in whole district. Staff is very supportive. Most humble and best doctors are there. Cleanliness is great. Only problem is parking which is always full there, very less parking area for the patients vehicle.

I had the most amazing birthing experience at Jupiter. To start with my gynaec Dr. Meeta Dodeja was a blessing for me. Right from the day I conceived to the day I was discharged from hospital, she has been available to answer all my queries and helped me stay positive throughout the pregnancy phase.
The birthng staff and facility at Jupiter is exceptionally good. The first 2 days are overwhelming with constant feeding, recovery and sleepless nights but the sisters were available at all the time just at there ring of a bell. I highly recommend

Good treatment is been given to patients but a person should have a mediclaim/insurance policy with him/her.

Very pathetic service. I went with high fever and dizziness. But they ask me to wait for 3 hours and they have done nothing. So I left from there angrily and went to another hospital where they have started treatment within 5 minutes.
Also for each department/testing they are asking to fill up multiple forms which are almost same. When will these systems become centralised in this type of hospitals in metropolitan city. They made me to put in a wheel chair for much time and I asked them to provide a temporary bed since I was feeling dizziness. But they failed to do that also. Decided to complain this to health officials in thane

Today I took second dose at Jupiter Rainbow. The entire process was fast and systematic. The area was clean and organized efficiently. The saff was very helpful and agile in case any assistance was needed. A good experience. Keep up the good work.

Very Unprofessional Hospital!
When you ask for OPD appointment they will tell you to take it from the help line number. When you book appoint for a particular doctor via help line and ask for the fees of that doctor, they will say anywhere between 1500 - 2000.means they dont want to disclose the exact fees? When i insisted for the exact fees they ask me to contact OPD.why they dont have list of docs with fees and inform customers while booking?
It doesnt end here, i booked an OPD appointment for next day 11.45 am and in the morning around 10 am someone calls me and says pls dont come today, the appointment was full and given to you by mistake.
I spent 4700/- in the casualty and cant even get an appointment of the consultant to show my reports for further treatment.
Very disappointed!

I went for my second dose of Vaccination at Rainbow International school, Khewra circle and the experience was really amazing.
The whole management and coordination was just amazing. My registration and billing process was super quick.
My Vaccination was done within minutes (+ 30 mins of observation).

Three months back I got my knee surgery done. Specially doctors were good. Nursing staff in ICU was not satisfactory some of old nurses were quite rude and reluctant to attend the patients. New comer Nurses were very kind and gentle. Patients beds to be replaced or repaired immediately to avoid any misshapen
OT staff was good.

Today along with my three family members I visited Rainbow school at khewra circle Thane for our second dose of vaccination. We were very happy with the service given to us by the Jupiter hospital staff. It was very well organised, at every desk the staff were very cordial and helpful. My family and me thank the entire team of Jupiter hospital for all the efforts they put in.

One of average Hospital in Thane based on my recent visit for medical checkup.
Be always with your admitted relative.
Found two incidents which gave a negative impression.
. One was used of dirty cotton while taking blood sample
. Second was horrible.mixed up of reports of two patients which was avoided thanks to their relatives.
. Third lack of Drinking water.
Better think of other hospital if you have a choice.

Went to dr.yogita pendurkar in organ opd all the staff shraddha, vihang, Ankita and sister Monali, pricila and kanchan is very cooperative

This hospital just charging high fees without providing solution to problems and no care for patient, i visited this hospital for my ear infection, i paid 1600 charges for doctor pradip uppal.when i visited there, his assistant checked my ear and provide me a basic medicine which i was taking from last 15 days.i demanded for doc for checking me as i paid that much fees for doc, he came after 3 hour from my appointment time and just gave me 1 min and did not check me properly.after 3 days of medicine which was not necessary for my problem and same issue was continue, than i decided to visit another doctor where i got proper treatment of my problem.

I had a very good experience with Dr. B C Kalmath. Treatment done was at its best. The hospital staff and doctors were very cooperative and helpful.

In Jupiter hospital we co-operate all hospitals staff. Doctors, nurse, mavashi, boy, security all serve better.we satisfied with hospital service.patient name Shruti padulkar.

I convey thanks to DR VT INGHALEKAR, DR MOHIT GROVER, DR HASEY, DR, SURANSH AND ALL the staff of jupiter hospital for helping me to go through spine surgery.

My kid was been admitted to Jupitor hospital after he got secondary complications in tonsil operation. He was admitted under Dr. Pradeep Uppal for this treatment. The way he handled the case was excellent.

It used to be a good hospital but now when it has completed 10years and gained trust it has started looting like a local baniya does.
It is well equiped with machinery and excellent doctors but the management is hell bent on looting like any thing. The medclaim owners, mediclaim company and the hospital management are to be blamed for this mess. Sharing what I experienced.

1. Are u a hospital or a taxiwala/rikshaw wala, at admission they give u a form where it is written, all procedures carried out at night from 8 pm to 8 am and holidays and sundays will be charged extra 33% more than the regular cost, which itself is 100% costlier than other hospitals.

2. U have to buy medical from their medical store but the medical wala their is the biggest looter. Doctors dont mind generic medicines but they will give only all the imported costly medicine, to give u a example
Meropenem antibiotic injection given to almost all patients in icu for infection,
One they give costs ~3600/injection
Generic one which they have but dont give,
Costs ~600/injection both are same no diffrence, got approval from our doctor and from the management and brought all medicine from Prabhat medicines.
Had a bit argument with the medical owner, and as he sensensed the argument will let others know about the genric scam, he straight away offered me 10℅discount. I was in no mood to argue and left as my dad was serious. I brought all the medicine from outside. Before the medicine bill would come to around 20k to 25 k/day, but when i brought it from outside it cost me only 4-5k/day.

3. Had admitted my mom to Kaushalya hospital their we were asked to take samples to Hindhuja hospital for tests which are done only their not even in jupiter, Hinduja lab charged us ~6000 for two tests.
When moms complications increased doctor from jupiter visiting her in Kaushalya asked us to shift to jupiter we panicked and did as asked. Their again the same test were repeated and samples sent to hinduja by them but the cost for the same test in our bill was 16k?
Now here we know the actual cost component which was 6k what was the extra 10k amount for. Did they send the samples by plane or helicopter?
They are charging 200% more of actual cost

I and my husband always do our yearly health check here. It's been 3-4 years now. Everything is very smoothly conducted. The staff and front desk ppl are very courteous and helpful. Overall a pleasant experience always.

Pathetic service. They behave like they are interested just in Money & not in wellness of the patients. It is more of a hotel than a hospital. Staff is very rude. Thane is definitely in need of a good hospital.

Good coordination and courteous team, starting from Reception to technician's especially Ms Anushka, the way she handles all the patients and keep track of tests being conducted for each person. Commendable.

Please avoid such a horribly managed hospital in case of emergency. Today I rushed to emergency ward for my kid's (2&1/2yrs) high fever and unfortunately I was alone with my baby. As it was afternoon and being alone I parked my vehicle in one side (though it was not allotted for parking) as there was no place for parking. Few securities (name of one security is Vineet Rai) were fighting with me for parking, I requested several times for allowing me 5mins to meet emergency doctor but they didn't allow. Then I parked my vehicle outside and later on one guy (probably security in charge) came to me and trying to educate me about the parking rules. Though he realized that my baby was severly crying on account of my absence in front of him but alas such a badly managed hospital I have never seen in my life. I understand the limited parking slots but still would like to draw attention of higher management to look into the matter and atleast give slight relaxation in case of emergency, as we have to visit Jupiter because of Dr. Sane.

Hi, i was having hole in my right eardrum to which I have done tympanoplasty on 15th sep 2018 By Dr. Pradip Uppal/Dr Uma Uppal, which was well managed and service was very good.within 45 days I got good result. Now my eardrum is intact. I Am very happy with the result. Very good and caring Dr and staff. My rating is 5 for that

Be careful about the security deposit that they retain after your discharge! After couple of months when I called them to return it they gave some billing related reason which they should have explained and got the money from me during discharge itself. I felt cheated. Otherwise I was happy about the care

Alert! This place is known for killing people. They'll loot all your money. If you're seeking genuine treatment please please avoid this hospital and meteopol hospital. The securities guards and admin staffs are bunch of idiots. They'll put your emotions at stake every possible time. Admitting someone here is equal to throwing someone on grave alive

Hospital and medical facilities are good. I did not like the concept of Delux rooms and super delux rooms. Only difference is wooden partition and curtain partition. Is patients privacy not priority if in delux room? Delux rooms needs to be redesigned for providing privacy. Only for wooden partition you pay 10% more. Services are sane.
Security rules can be bent easily. If you follow rules, hospital staff will command u with all rules. Those who dont follow. Hospital staff has no guts to enforce rules. I have personal experience that people stay in ward without pass. Worst part is house keeping staff. Jupiter takes hell lot of money from us but house keeping staff doesnt come on time and u literally have to beg or shout on them. Housekeeping is useless.

Staff behaviour is rude and basic administration is very poor.they are doing only job.intensity to help is pathetic. Luxury Hospital but patient care is poor. Glass of water is not avaliable at OPD.even after asking they are helpless. All staff will divert you cafeteria. What a service after paying 1000 buks and request for water

Very poor service by Doctors.they don't care about their patients. We came from 600 km aparts from our village.for the treatment.and we were waiting for the appointment since 10 am and doctors was taking meeting for 2 hours.shame.on the doctors. The doctors should take care about the patients.will rate - rating to this. Hospitality is ok.but the Doctors experience is very Bad

One of the best hospitals in Thane, with a wide assortment of specialist services and doctors. Very kind and disciplined staff.
Hospital is fairly reasonable, specially for its size of operations and quality of service.

Hospital services are good. The place is also maintained very well.

One thing I didn’t like the exit from hospital in the night is to Emergency entry. One night one ambulance came very speedily among the people standing over there. The driver even doesn’t bother the people are waiting outside may suffer any accident. The ambulance vehicle number was MH04-HY-3568. I request hospital administration should take strict action. The security guards helped us.

Make patient feel as he or she is their own child and protect. Excellent patient care and you feel you are in safe hands. Thank you so much for all the care given.

We've been associated with Jupiter for more than a decade now. We've found the Doctors to be experts in their field and the staff very friendly and helpful to patients and their family members.

This is multi specialty hospital on the service road next to Viviana mall at Thane West.
It has all the medical scan facilities. Routine blood tests are done and company package tests are also done here.
The facility was used for radiation by my family member.unfortunately the radiation machine used to often have problems every other day then patient has to wait for few hours till it was rectified and then changes were made to schedule.
Doctor & Staff were cooperative enough.
Limited Four wheeler Parking is available in the hospital premises.

Dear Harshadbhai. I m truly n heartily thankful to u for all the help and support that you extend every tym to me. Indeed Juipter is only hospital I have come across where doctors don't recommend tests just for the sake of making money.

Both Dr Sane n Dr Ingalhalikar have been extra courteous and kind in handling my son's case. A big thanks to you. Truly appreciate the help that you extended to me.
