I had the pleasure of dining at the JW Marriott's Lotus Cafe in Juhu, Mumbai, and the experience was truly exceptional. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and elegance that set the tone for a memorable dining experience.

Amazing, beautiful, has lots of restaurants and counters for food and drinks within their premises but do check the timings of each restaurant as few close down early.

Very beautiful swimming pool.can have a dinner date or any other celebration here at evenings to make it memorable.good location for photographer to explore his camera capability and improvise their photography.

The JW Marriott in Juhu consistently delivers a lavish dining experience, and their buffet is no exception. Attending a team lunch here was a gastronomic delight. The spread was extensive, catering to both local and international palates.

Starting with the appetizers, the kebabs were tender and the sushi was fresh. The salad bar had a variety of options, including some unique fusion salads. The main course boasted traditional Indian dishes like biryani, alongside international fare such as pasta and grilled vegetables.

The dessert section was a particular highlight, with treats like the rich chocolate fondue and the classic Indian gulab jamun. A special mention to the live counters where chefs prepared chaats and pasta to individual preferences.

Service was impeccable. Despite the crowd, our plates were cleared promptly, and our glasses were never left empty. The ambiance, overlooking the Arabian Sea, added to the overall pleasant experience.

From the moment I have arrived the staff greeted me with warmth and professionalism. The room was not only comfortable but also immaculately clean the attention to detailed really stood out. Staff is very rude, I have taken annual membership thrice. Once they have sold you membership then their priority shifted. In the 3rd annual membership because of COVID lockdown I haven’t got the room. I called them many a times but room was full all the time. I request them to extend my membership or allot me the room as per my membership plan. Nobody has bothered, staff has changed and haven’t utilised my membership. Extremely disappointing and awful.

JW Marriott Juhu provided an amazing and spacious experience, deserving a 3-star rating. However, the front desk service was disappointing and somewhat judgmental towards us due to our rental scooter and casual attire. Another letdown was the unnecessary wait in our room for a minor food spill to be addressed. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel's size and amenities were impressive, and other employees were courteous and attentive. Overall, while JW Marriott Juhu had its merits, the service issues affected my rating

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Mumbai, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby until the time I checked out, I was treated with the utmost care and warmth by the staff.

Very good hotel. Very nice food. Staff very friendly. Toilets are spik and spine. Only thing is for conferences the arrangement is not good in MAHI. The screen should be at height and speaker should have dias.

It is huge hotel, beautiful place, Yet one needs to have water in the washroom to meet the need of heterogeneous group of people visiting hotel.

Post pandemic second wave has not been able to degrade grandeur, opulence and luxury of this great hotel classic hotel. I think they are also allowing a very competitive rate so my workshop organiser found it lucrative and really, it was to everybody's benefit, I must say. First, accommodation. This is my fourth visit. I saw double accommodation a little
less huge. Also I didn't like their wash room system which operates without lock and you drag from two sides the room gets big but you see commode and bathroom. Is it a great idea? Don't know. Then the window; they are sealed as usual but the outer side of outer glass panel, why it should be so unclean? Signature of pandemic? I don't even remember how was it last time.

Breakfast is complimentary and like most five star they lean so heavily on variety of Indian sides that their international look seemed missing. Strange you have sausage, ham and one mild fish and chicken, of course there were cold cuts. But I think paucity of international customers is the reason. Overall goodness prevails.

This property is a beach view hotel. Staff and services are exemplary. Gym is well equipped. Inhouse bar offers good music and quite lively on weekends. Options such Starbucks, Baskin Robins, Wine and Beer shop are walkable distance outside the property.

Tip - Even room numbers offers sea view.:)

Extremely poor. I had stayed with my family from 28 July 2021 to 30 July 2021. J W Marriot, Juhu, Mumbai, had accepted lots of reservations was fully booked but didn't increase the staff. There were long wait for breakfast, lunch and dinner. To share one of lot of horrible experiences, I had ordered pasta which was served almost after more than an hour of ordering by then we had already finished our desert had almost forgotten of the order too. My advise to concern authorities in J W Marriot Juhu, people sign in to stay in hotel for experiences, if you took on reservations then you should have added team members to provide services. There should be courtesy to prioritize children, senior citizens and differently able guest in case of queue. In this unprecedented time of Covid 19 it was not a good idea to have your dining area get so crowded exposing guest to risk. Very disappointed with services, a complete let down by a hotel claiming to be a 5 star. Would not recommend

Good Fare for buffet lunch. Cheese variety not up to mark. Currently lesser choice in Non veg dishes offered. Desserts are great. Food is great. Staff at Lotus Cafe skilled, courteous and service levels excellent

We had a staycation for celebrating by wife's birthday at JW Marriott Juhu. The team arranged a complimentary birthday cake on our Arrival. We booked an Ocean View, King bed room and got upgraded to executive suite on a higher floor. Staff was well behaved and a good hygiene was maintained throughout. Food is a bit expensive, but we had Breakfast and Dinner as part of our package. Swimming pool was closed due to Covid, but you can visit the beach. Would love to visit in future for a weekend stay.

We visited JW Marriott Juhu Mumbai this weekend on the occasion of my birthday. Staff was very gentle and helpful. They gave us 2 cakes for birthday celebration. The room booked for ocean view top floor and view was just amazing Dinner and breakfast was included and it had lot of varities. Swimming pool was closed due to restrictions but if it was open then we would have enjoyed more. We really enjoyed our stay and would like to visit again.

Business class 5star place in Andheri - Vile Parle area, suburb of Mumbai City. Sea view location, near by from very femous Juhu beach. Area is know for residential area of lot of famous bollywood people. All time crowded place with with Bollywood Parties, Page3 Occasions, Business class meetings etc.

Hotel room is nice but service was not always punctual 3 out of 10 services ordered were not punctual, food ordered was nice, the hotel informed of a promo discount for long stay for food menu towards the last day of checkout which is of no use

Best thing about this hotel is location.
All the windows are sea facing.
You get wonderful view from there.

It's six * hotel with nice and cordial environment near a excellent suburban villa station on the beach side entrance and good guides to follow in this village of beach side hotels on the mumbai coast line with all the city services. Have fun!

I have been their few times, there is a lotus cafe downside in the hotel.
The rooms are good but i dont know why the bathroom are soooo big unnecessary provided.

Loved our stay here! Great place to stay nearby the beach, Mumbai, and the airport. Breakfast here was very tasty and the options were perfect! We loved the live music and the staff! The pool is one of the best pools we have enjoyed in any Marriott. Rooms were clean and quiet. The beach was easily accessible, but recommend if you are going to swim that you swim in the pool.

The hotel is grand and gorgeous. The interior as well as exterior of beautiful, elegant and old school. The food here is costly but tastes pretty good, they also have open restraurant and buffet available for outsiders. It's good and with the money if you want to enjoy a grand and luxurious place. It has a beautiful garden and swimming pool, you can also enjoy sea view from the garden. The rooms here are pretty decent and all rooms have great sea view. The staff is also very cooperative and helpful.

Location of the hotel is good, on the beach with awesome view from window hotel exterior looks classy and nice. Unfortunately I was in quarantine here prior international travel so I was not allowed to go out in the public places of the hotel.

Food - food was average. If staying for a longer duration you might seek for the change in food. The breakfast was really good and tasty.

Cleanliness – Rooms were really clean. They have maintained each and every corner of room.

Safety - Safety standards are up to the mark.fire, PA, AED and CPR kits are available all around the hotel.

Services - Services are quite prompt in the hotel.the service calls are very responsive and they try to complete your request ASAP.

Amenities – Hotel amenities are good. They provide free wifi with really good speed. No need to purchase the upgrade package. Another point is about laundry. Laundry service is really cool there was no color damage, no shrinking of clothes.

Toilet – The toiletries provided were enough.

Room Comfort – Room is really comfortable only the thing I found to point out is the mattress is very soft. We just go inside it.

One of my all time favourite places to get a scrumptious buffet at is most definitely the Lotus Cafe. Love the spread. A lot of varieties are available and you'll surely find something that pleases your pallet and is unique. We visited on Holi and the dessert section had was so good that I couldn't resist and I got myself to try each and every dessert both Indian and Western. If you are a foodie and want to enjoy a kind size buffet, you must definitely visit this place.

The staff is good. Had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The view from the room was awesome. In dine staff suggests dishes that suits your requirement. The bar attendent is knowledgeable and suggested perfect drink for the evening. Overall the entire experience was superb

The Food was really Excellent. They really had a variety of dishes at the Buffet ranging from cold cuts to cheese to starters and so on. But the real topping on the cake was the dessert It was really difficult to decide

A beautiful hotel- came to mumbai from nz, stayed here for institutional quarantine.food was mediocre- kids have a light palette and the food is repetitive and mostly indian, pretty spicy.they catered to our dietary needs perfectly though!

after 7 days we were informed that the covid test was to be done on the 7th day only, which meant we had to stay another couple days at the hotel until our results came in.this is pretty upsetting as the covid test could have easily been done earlier.needless waste of money.however, we were upgraded to a larger room so can't really complain much.we've stayed at this hotel many many times before and are practically regulars at this point and the staff have always been kind and courteous.sad that our stay was limited because of covid but will be staying again in the future!

Good place if you have money and mindset. Only issue is traffic. Hell lot of traffic outside the hotel
Also no parking for Bikes. Even if you own a 10-15lacs worth harley Davidson

The front dest staff by the name of Pascual is up to a high mark, he deserves 5-star promotion! We requested for a room with bathtub which we got as opposed to previous room with sea view. Outside our room is a sorry state.the hotel needs refurbishing but the sea view is wow! The breakfast buffet is super, highly, highly recommended so is Aman and the chaiwalla guy! Stars!

This hotel has two bars with room facilities available. Rooms has amazing interior and friendly staff. It has nice view near juhu area where u can enjoy sunset and sunrise near beach. It has various facilities like pool, gym and various other facilities

Love the Ambiance. Staff is really polite. Great stay. Amazing Sea View. You will find various types of cuisine during the Sunday noon buffet with live song performance. Nice place to do professional meetings over brunch. My all time personal favourite.

This hotel is the best place to enjoy the beauty of nature as it is nearer to juhu beach, also located in prime area where you get all the required commodoties and things necessary to make your stay comfortable. Rooms are wide and contains all necessary facilities. Services are awesome.

One of the best hotels that I’ve been to. There is sheer luxury in every aspect of stay in this hotel. The rooms, the lobby, the restaurants, the view of the Juhu sea, the staff and the service all are exquisite. I would love to go back and stay there again. Don’t be surprised if you bump into celebrities in the restaurants and by the pool side.

One of the best 5 Star Hotel in Mumbai. The sea view is amazing. Attented the seminar and hall was also very beautiful. The food out there is unbelievable with hugw variety of dishes in Veg and Non veg. I recommend everyone to visit thia place for sure. I think the stay will also have unbelievable experience for sure. Now i am waiting for the next visit soon.

Pretty nice from inside but management needs to be improved especially security and gate keeping. No security. It was my 1st time. There was no one at the gate to remove clutter to enter inside. Tried other gates but those were closed.

Just avoid the Saffron restaurant. Rest it's a grade 4 Marriott property, true to its fame with a sea view. A private beach would have increased the charm of the property multifolds.

Prime property with no justice to brand name, exorbitant rates poor service, it's buzzing with people (most of them complain have heard American and British guests complain) front office people are not trained enough to handle situations (vague answers), being a elite member of Marriott the way things were handled was pathetic, imagine for normal guests what would have happened.
Payment machines cannot handle any other stuff apart from visa and master card, they kept on insisting to present only these 2 cards

The staff is very polite and helpful. Whenever you enter they great you in the traditional Indian way with a namaste. There are a number of restaurants here with great food. They have a salt water swimming pool too. The Juhu beach is also easily accessible from here. The view from the rooms is beautiful. You can see the beach and the sea from the room.

A very huge enormous place for visiting and getting relaxed with friends and family. It is near to the Mumbai's famous Juhu beach
