JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar

I think one of best luxury hotels in Mumbai aerocity. Very close to Mumbai airport and everything about it is good. It’s a big hotel close to Mumbai international airport.only issue we had was they took around 20-25 minutes to check in.

Had my father's 75th Bday celebration here. Amazing food, ambience and staff. Special shout out to Sowmitra who was there throughout, handling our incessant demands with a smile and patience that was inspirational. Thanks a ton to u! Also Kudos to the whole team for making the moment so special.

We are a couple with three small kids. First time in India. We staied six weeks in the hotel. The staff was just wonderful. They did everything to make us feel at home. And It worked,
Beyond the excellent service, we found here new friends. We had a challenging start and the hotel staff made it way much easier for us. We are very glad that we selected this hotel and strongly recommend it as a perfect place to stay.

It's like a convention center. Alot of men in suits strolling and actual staff working and scrambling to serve- proportion is amusing to watch

It's predominantly an airport hotel. Right outside the international terminal. It's got all the works including a large banquet hall.

Great ambience. Rooms are very good with all amenities. The Pool was closed due to covid restrictions. Food is not very good dint really like the buffet dinner and breakfast. The variety was wide but taste was missing.

I often stay in this hotel for business and every single one of the workers are caring, polite and friendly. Room is very luxurious and love the big bath tab.
I had some personal issues and asked for help at the reception. Afreen a young beautiful lady helped me straight away! I really look forward to stay in this hotel again!

Love it for the fact that it's at a very convenient location closeby to international Airport for business travels.also has a class apart hospitality and maintenance compared to the others closeby.the rooms have a lovely open balcony space with some greens.makes it a level up again.the perfectly fresh and clean smelling corridors add up to its glory.the rooms are also a class apart compared to majority of the other hotels in the closeby area.a major plus point this one has is a shopping and recreational mall space in the same compound fr last minute shopping The ORB.again the ORB has a few good restaurants too just incase your bored of the regular dine in options of such hotels.and wish to explore something else. Marriott also has an inhouse great Italian restaurant which serves a wide range of Good Wines with your pizzas!

Rooms were really posh and spacious for Mumbai's real estate.

Conference hall was beautiful and chic.

Food was awesome.

And Concierge services were ultimate.

Helpful and courteous staff. Well organized for the current pandemic protocols. Flexibility in checking in and checking out is a great benefit being close to the airport.

Truly deserves 5star rating, awesome property with excellent staff in every department, I and my husband booked a stay for 18 dec one night as we were celebrating my husbands birthday, I would like to mention and thank Mr Myrone Fernandes for the great hospitality he arranged right from special arrangements in the room to the special service at the lounge in the evening. Also a big thank you to the lounge F& B staff Varun for the level of service and attention given to both of us. We really enjoyed the stay and it's been added as a memory in our life. And lastly the morning buffet breakfast spread was truly a amazing experience, too many choices to select from. A big thank you to the Marriott staff for making our stay memorable.

Best Luxury Hotel in Mumbai. It's good for business travellers as its close to international airport. Also best for leisure holiday with family and loved one. We opted for pool view club room which has stunning view of swimming pool. Food was delicious. Also buffet lunch n dinner experience was quite good at JWCafe. Rooms are equipped with all the amenities like coffee table, study table, chairs. King size bed was too good. Loved that luxury soaps, bathroom was clean n big comes with huge bathtub and all the toiletries on place. Only the sliding door was little clumsy. Liked The view from the room. Staff is well trained courteous and always ready to help. Overall good stay.

The worst service I have ever experienced in a five star hotel. Irresponsible and absolutely non accountable. The housekeeping did not clean up my room and the front desk’s first response was that I must have put a DND. Was rude and hung up. Never ever come to this hotel

Staying for work. There is such a terrible noise from the wedding in the ball room. It echoes through the ventilation shaft. I stayed in different mariots too but this one is the worst. Satay away.

I self parked my car in the basement at midnight. There were no signs on how to get the hotel from the basement. It was a long walk all the way up to the main entrance.

The name says it all. All Marriott property n management are too good. Thats d reason we always choose to stay in Club Marriott property. Cleanliness, Food quality, maintaince, ambience are all super. Staff were too polite n co operative. We felt like staying at home. Thank u so much Hotel staff.

Hotel price is cheaper conpare to other same grade hotels. This is because they do quantity and not quality. Service is extremely poor and you have to queue up to get a table for breakfast. Since the floors of the rooms are clean they will never hover or broom it.

A good place to stay and experience the luxury. It’s situated in a very ideal location. The rooms are bigger as compared to the JW Juhu property. The staff is very courteous and friendly. The food options are good and there is a mini mall located right next to hotel where you can find Starbucks and couple of pubs to hang around. All in all a good place if you are on a business trip.

Property's infrastructure and location is great. I stayed here from 26th to 29th Nov 2021. I was staying on the 15th floor and found the rooms really very spacious compared to all other hotels in the adjoining area. Only one issue I found was everything in the room looks outdated and showing off age.
Special mention about the sound proofing of the rooms- really very bad. When ever they have parties at their clubs cause of the loud electronic music the sound just filters to the room and it becomes really hard to sleep after that. If the sound proofing was improved there was no other issue with the room.

It is very very good property and its too near from Mumbai International Airport so everyone who have a holt for next flight for 1or2 day then they have the best option to stay here.

JW Marriott Mumbai is by far one of the best hotel that I have stayed in. It is very close to the Mumbai airport. The ambience is very much to my taste which is rich and luxurious. The rooms are excellent, service is great. We stayed here for 2 night and 3 days. The Food at the Cafe is so amazing that we ended up eating all our meals at this very place. They have lot of variety when it comes to food. The best part of our breakfast was the fresh sugar cane juice. I was lucky enough to get a glimpse of their executive suit and the ballrooms where apparently Balaji shooting was happening for the movie "Ek Villian 2". Unfortunately due to covid, we could not use their pool. But you can go down for a walk around the building into their garden at the back. There is nothing much outside this hotel so you are restricted to be inside the hotel or take a cab to go places. That is the only part what I did not like because I always like to take a stroll after dinner or early morning to explore the area outside the hotel. Having said that it is right next to the airport so that has its own advantage. It worked perfect for us as we had a late night flight and we did not have to rush or stress over the traffic, it took less than 5 mins to reach the airport from this place. I am very happy with this hotel and this will be my go to whenever I am in Mumbai next. Check out the photo to see the vibe of this place. Good job guys.

I visited the hotel to meet my aunt. The hotel checks every tick in terms of COVID guidelines which is amazing! The lobby was super busy, lots of arrivals and departures. The cafe is good too, I miss the old times where we could see a menu. My aunt felt technologically challenged when it came to scan the QR Code for the menu but, the restaurant staff was there to help her. The staff is very courteous and a pleasant General Manager.

The whole experience at JW Cafe was overwhelming! We were made to feel to comfortable and welcomed right from the beginning. Thanks Neeraj, Pavan and Jerald for an amazing hospitality and great sensitivity for customer needs! You guys really made it memorable

My stay at the JW Marriott Sahar was quite pleasant. Despite of the current COVID situation, the standards were well maintained with adequate sanitisation measures being taken. The room was in a spic and span condition when I checked in and same was ensured by the housekeeping staff on a daily basis. I did not visit the restaurant but only used the in room dining services which were great with no compromises on the food quality. Whichever staff I interacted with were really cordial and humble. I would like to particularly thank and mention Housekeeping staff Mr. Santosh and the Transfer desk staff - driver Mr. Imran. JW Marriott would remain my preferred choicw for any future stays as well.

Super service even in these pandemic conditions! Particularly loved the gesture of packing breakfast at wee hours of the morning (5AM) and also taking care of the rooms and allowing an upgrade. The food was brilliant too.

Undoubtedly the swankiest place to stay near T-2 international airport, & could easily be on top 2 ranks for breakfasts in nearby vicinity

Terrible service they have. Twice in one they couldn't delivered food on time. That too when hotel guests are dependent on them.

It was my dinner date, food was good but what attracted me was the interior and the location.its worth a visit if you are staying near airport.

No social distancing whatsoever. 7000 cases a day in Bombay and they are not doing any measure to control the spread. The breakfast place is fully crowded. There are huge waiting lines behind. Seating capacity is at full. All tables are used, rule of using alternative table has gone for a toss.

The shut the front entrance to the restaurant so no one knows. Everyone has to enter from the back.

Very poor hospitality by too hostile staff. The marketing people will keep calling you to subscribe membership. However, when it comes to availing the services, they will keep on pointing to different people.

I was there for a critical meeting. I informed the hotel well in advance about my needs and that I was expecting some support as soon as I reach the hotel. However, the moment of truth was moment of misery. The person whose name was told to me as the contact person, was not aware of anything. When I said that I need to redeem the vouchers I had, the rude answers given made me feel as if I was begging for some favours or was borrowing heavy credit on mercy of the guys (this was despite spending handsome amount for purchasing the club Marriott membership for this hotel). The marketing person still shamelessly kept calling me to renew my membership, which indicates how non-sensitive these people are.

Really lovely hotel, with excellent staff. In particular, I enjoyed eating in J W Cafe, where the attention to detail in service was exquisite. Rooms very clean and fresh. And well appointed. Top marks. Thank you.

From checkin to check out it was pleasure! Jasmin at front desk made our check in process so convenient. Breakfast, breakfast ambiance and whole breakfast staff made having breakfast pleasure each day!

So they did super decoration in lawn for wedding was amazing.
They served high tea with live snacks counter.
Food tastes was superb.

Just attended a New Year s party with friends at JW CAFE.

Came as a shocker to us that music / drinks / food service was stopped at 1.30am.

We were not informed by the staff that food counters was closing at 1.30am.

Rest of Mumbai new year parties were all on till 5 am.

And Here, we had paid through our nose and could NOT even eat our dinner.

Also there was a VERY Inexperienced DJ playing who did not maintain any momentum and also played only 2 English numbers in the while evening.

Would suggest NOT TO EVER GO TO THIS PLACE FOR NEW YEAR'S OR Other Parties

THE MANAGING STAFF seemed to be AMATEURS.

Extremely friendly and helfpful staff. Amazing rooms with great lounges, cafés & restaurants. Food also really great in jw cafe. 5stars hotels aren't really my thing but this one is an exception.

One of the best five star in Mumbai. Serves delicious food and also beverages. It also has a dance floor and dj nights to celebrate.

Visited this hotel for a conference. Since I went from the airport and it's very nearer, it obviously appeared fantastic.

Extraordinarily great and It is Master bit of artist and precision. One thing that pulls in an overabundance of is a mental trip of the This area from section it's is apparently close anyway moving nearer to it, it goes more remote. A shade of This area in morning and night Sunshine is wonderful.

Aesthetically and very thoughtfully designed rooms. Elegantly furnished and great amenities provided. The spacious bathrooms were provided with ‘Forrest essentials’ toiletries. The staff was very prompt and efficient. Also a plus point is the location which is right next to the airport. Special mention of the grand breakfast buffet spread which was the best!

A top notch hotel situated right next to the International Airport. Great ambience and food. Wouldn't miss staying here in Bombay.

Visiting the buffet section since the last 5 years. The spread and taste are amazing. Though noticed a significant inclination to desi desserts. Missed the earlier spread of mousse, tarts, compote, shouffles.

We went to JW cafe for the new year eve program, this was the 2nd time, the last one being in 2016. We were happy with the service in 2016, hence decided to go again in this year.

However, this year we were thoroughly disappointed in all aspects.

The DJ seemed to be inexperienced and wasn't playing the latest party music. He seemed to be playing from a pre determined playlist which also had the actual video playing on the screen. Other than that he was unable to play our recommendations.
Also he was not able to maintain the tempo as the mixing was poor and he was literally playing the numbers from start to finish.

The choice of liquor available was poor. Absolut vodka, when they could have given Grey Goose or Ciroc for the price they were charging.

The bar shut down at 1.30.in a 5 star? Are you kidding me. Announcements were made about the bar being shut down, when we did go to pick up our last round of booze, we were told they were out of stock of vodka. After we complained to the supervisor, the bar man managed to fish out a bottle of vodka.so much for Marriot hospitality.

Then came a shocker.after the music stopped, we proceeded to the buffet counters for the dinner, only to be told that the buffet was already wound up. This without any announcement, nothing was ever said that the food would be served only till 1.30.

So JW Marriot at Sahar practical shut down the new year eve party at 1.30 without any notice to its patrons even after charging a huge amount, while all of Mumbai had the permission to celebrate till 5 am.

Only after a loud protest, we were served some biryani and that was just a part of the main buffet.

No senior manager came forward to hear our complaints. In fact some of the people on duty seem to be amused as they were smiling away.

I would never want to go there again even for free

Great place for accommodation with the advantage of its location- Can’t get closer than this to the airport & easy access to the flyovers for venues across in the city.

Had chosen this to beat traffic surges in Mumbai especially during peak office hours.

Good location right next to the international airport. Went for the dinner buffet at the coffee shop - is a very good spread, among the better ones in the city.

The place lives up to its name. It's aptly expensive, but for that special occasion, one may divulge into such pleasure for oneself. Worth visit at least once.

JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar is a 5 Star Luxury Hotel located right next to the Mumbai International Airport in Andheri. It's easy to reach to via local trains, Metro trains, auto rickshaw and cabs. The hotel infrastructure is beautiful right from the entrance to the banquets, restaurants and hotel rooms. The staff is very friendly and treat you with respect.

Awesome holiday time with family. Exotic place, awesome food with lots of variety. Nice ambience, kids friendly, Royal service.
Specious rooms. Love to visit again.
