Good business place.but big issue of network. Small shops & some of the shop keepers always give best & friendly service to all the customers- specially Print Mart shop of Jatinbhai & its next cosmetic shop of Dinesh. 5 stars to both shops

Well it's not actually a mall. The place has small vendors & service providers at the place. From mobile accessories - repairing shops / beauty products / Patanjali store / courier services / travel agents & so on.
The place is just near by the Mulund West railway station.

There are various small shops, like mobile repairing, printer reparing, courier services, small packets ready foods shops etc, Mulund Railway stations, and BEST bust stops are very nearby,
So the locations is vary favourable, for business,

Name sounds like it's a big shopping mall like koram mall or Viviana mall but is not like that. It's a small shopping complex at the ground floor consisting of few shops, cyber cafe, Xerox centre, 4-5 courier and cargo frenchisee and some general stuff shops like lingerie shop, tailor Shop, monginise cake shop and gangar eye nation.
Upper floor are having offices of some companies and a few coaching institutes.

No attractive shops, not a attraction for youngsters.
Majorly filled with business offices.nothing like a Mall.too many offices.they should change name & keep as Kapesh Corporate Park.
As only one shop of Monginis is Happening

Best part of this place is it’s conveniently located. Parking space is on the 4th floor via car lift.
